I like all the Support that I have received during my flight.
Flight cancelled at last time 3h before and it was unforgettable because we have working engagement and we need to go home. Im very disappointed for this flight
They flew us to Zurich and have us layover there for a night with very last minutes notice, so we had to wait at the airport for 6hrs.

They didn’t have enough meals for a few last row passengers.
No SMS receiver for the check-in, obliged to do again the check-in for the corresponding flight
even with delay upon departure, the crew managed to get us on time to Lux, nice relaxing and generous service.. Classic good quality products. The opening time for the drop off was a bit late.. long queue of passengers waiting already before desk opened.
Give yourself over 2+ hours layover because if flight is slighlty delayed and you miss your connection, Lufthansa will do nothing for you
I paid extra for more comfort, didn't get any better than any other seat, tv didn't work on both seats, it'd
I purposely bought a seat upstairs and your airline moved it to a random aisle seat. The only good part about this being an older plane was that the seats weren’t so tight that I couldn’t relax at all. Still will never fly Lufthansa again.
Flight was great only departure was delayed to saome ground crew issues
Flight LH760 from Germany to New Delhi, the food was excellent, the crew was fantastic, the seats in economy are usually tight these days, so I can say that the seats were Ok, the entertainment was OK because for some reason the sound is not very clear, overall I enjoyed this flight, compared to the flight (UA 962) I took with united from San Francisco to Frankfurt in this trip, that flight was horrible. Thank you Lufthansa.
When I booked the flight with Cheap Flights I actually booked in Business Class. When I got the confirmation it showed that my flights had been purchased by Cheap Flights in Economy Class with an Upgrade to Business Class. At first I was surprised and then the problems started. If you are not a seasoned Traveller you would not have been able to handle the issues this created. 1: the lay over time for the connecting flight in Frankfurt was 45min, which is extremely short and even the slightest dealy would have resulted in me missing the next flight. 2: the checked baggage allowance in Buisness class is 2 bags/ ea, 32Kg., however, my ticket being booked in Economy with an upgrade to Business only allowed for 1 bag/ 23 Kg. when I did the online check in my Boarding Pass showed a checked in Luggage allowance of 1 bag/ 32 Kg. which was very confusing. I called the Airline and asked what my checked in Luggage allowance actually is and was told 1 bag/ 23Kg. Since I have a frequent Flyer Status with the airline my baggage allowance increased by 1 bag / 23Kg. When I arrived at the airport I asked to be booked on an earlier flight, in order to avoid the stress and possible missed connection and I was lucky that this was possible. If this had not been possible, I would have missed my connection due to weather and even I am not quite sure, if and what the consequences of my cheap ticket would have been. My point being: if all of the above would have happened to an unsuspecting/unseasoned traveller, this trip would have ended in a disaster. The issue with the pricing is that the alledged money my airline received and what I actually paid to Cheap Flights shows a $1,000 difference. In conclusion, I would stay away from Cheap Flights if you want a hassle free experience!
When we went to the lounge they told us to go into the main lounge and not the full business class section, later they told me that Lufthansa wont pay the full fee to alloq the business class passengers entry to the nicer sectikn where all the other airlines nusiness class passengers go into. Very poor arrangement.
It was a good flight overall, I just hate it when we get delayed because there is a small amount of layover time in Munich and you have to actually run to the next gate.
For this long of a flight one would expect some more service, like a snack, entertainment or reclining seats
Zero legroom or space in economy. Flight was delayed into Munich causing a missed connecting flight and other missed bookings. :(
