Cons: "Dear sir or Madam, I’m writing this complaint as I feel so mistreated and so disrespected, I had a ticket# 2208688265549 with a confirmation# WP6DHB travelling from Tulsa , OK, USA to Cairo, Egypt. Everything was great as expected and recommended by my uncle who travels with your respected company at least twice a month till I got to Frankfort airport to take flight# 0582 from Frankfort to Cairo. I was stopped while heading to the plan by the flight manager as he called himself later, and told me that I have to only have one item on the plan, I already had one carry on and my hand bag that has my laptop and the charger, I told him that I was told by Lufthansa customer service the night before traveling to confirm the luggage weight and size that I’m allowed one carry on plus personal item like a hand bag or lap top bag and they have to meet specific dimensions. I even offered to call the customer service number for verification, he replied ‘’I don’t care, I’m the flight manager and you will do what I say’’. His words were really hurting, I showed him the tag on my carry on that I got from the previous flight it said (approved carry on) don’t remember exactly what it said, he reached to my carry on and tare that tag, I didn’t think that was appropriate even if the tag had no value he doesn’t have any right to touch my luggage without my approval, then he tried to grab my ticket from my hand saying I will get you off the flight, I got really upset and told him don’t touch my belongs. There was a moment of silence because I think I raised my voice (my apology to him and to the company for that), I realized that the conversation is not going any where so I decided to file a complaint (not because he wanted to me to only have one item but mostly because of his attitude) so I asked him for his employment ID number he walked away without saying anything, waited till he walked close enough that I can ask him again this time he refused to give me his employment ID number, asked him for his name he said it so softly, I asked him to spell because I didn’t hear it right he said it so softly he refused, then I had to look for his badge and the name on the badge I believe his first name started with P and last name started with T. I waited a few days till I got to talk to my uncle and told him what happened as he is the one who recommended Lufthansa and he has a lot of experience with your services he said that they might need to do that because the flight was complete and they want to offer luggage place for everybody, but what I surprising is there was many empty seats on the plan my seat was 032C and the 2 seats beside me (032A and 032B) were empty also there was a lot of carry-ons room everywhere. So I don’t know why he was this way with me, I’m really disappointed specially that is only my first flight with Lufthansa since 2015, that flight manager made me have an extremely rough experience. one more thing when I told him I’m going to compla"
Pros: "Crew very efficient and professional"
Pros: "Efficient boarding"
Cons: "Food was poor, dried up and not enough for 10 hours flight. You did have the option to buy more."
Pros: "Service was good, got to change my seat last minute to sit next to my husband."
Cons: "No entertainment for the kids, changed the gate 2hrs before departing from A60 to A1 - not fun with 2 kids had to walk across the airport."
Pros: "Good space between seats"
Cons: "Old and loud plane, especially loud and shaky on taking off"
Pros: "More leg room than the A330-300 we took to fly from Charlotte to Munich."
Cons: "The ground crew. One young employee checking the boarding passes in Munich was rude and condescending."
Cons: "The boarding process takes too long as people try to take too many things"
Pros: "It was a smooth and uneventful flight. Friendly crew, nice light snack, and good beer (and lots of water to stay hydrated). No complaints here."
Cons: "Nothing comes to mind."
Pros: "Flight was on an updated airplane. Liked the restrooms downstairs."
Cons: "Was satisfied."
Pros: "Boarding was quick, staff was kind and helpful."
Cons: "N/A"
Pros: "The crew was incredibly pleasant and helpful"
Cons: "The entertainment system didn't work for many passengers, and had to be continually reset, and sometimes still did not work. When it did aorkX it was extremely slow and unresponsive. Also, the USB and electrical outlets near the seats did not work and power devices"
Pros: "Excellent service, great airplane, and a high level of professionalism on the part of all Lufthansa crew members. I felt pampered."
Cons: "I was in the next to last row in economy class. The person ahead of me put his seat back as far as it would go. that is his right. Behind me were two friends traveling with me. I doubt if their seats reclined (the last row) so I did not attempt to recline my seat. As a result I was a true "sardine". There was so little space between my face and the seat back ahead of me I could not look at the video screen, which was positioned at an angle when the seat was back. I just closed my eyes and let it pass. Economy plus next time? I have long legs."
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "In seat entertainment, better food."
Cons: "Agents in Budapest were not pleasant at all."
Pros: "First meal was great, second meal was just ok. Seats felt a little cramped for an international flight."
Cons: "Boarding felt like a disorderly free-for-all with people making two competing lines that had to eventually merge. Designating a clear queue would probably not only speed things up, but would improve passenger happiness. You could literally draw a stripe on the floor for each entrance."
Cons: "Day before the flight, Me and my husband did the online checkin as soon we got the email to ensure that our seats are together. At Milan airport, we verified our seat numbers again with the staff to make sure that my seat( which was assigned by Lufhtansa itself) is still the same and is Window seat. She checked and confirmed at the airport that my seat is window seat and there won't be any changes. At Frankfurt airport, while we were ready to board the flight, we were told that the system had assigned my seat to someone else even though i had the seat number printed in my ticket and verified it the same morning at Milan airport too. The Lufthansa staff member M.Hoy ( M.Ahoy) was not at all helpful to resolve the issue. After requesting him to give me another window seat or resolve this system issue, he behaved in a very disrespectful way. Even though it was airlines mistake in reshuffling my seat at the very last moment of boarding the light, he was not at all helpful and spoke to us in a very rude way. I am a regular flyer with Lufthansa/United flights and this was a very horrible experience. I am very disappointed."
Cons: "The seats are very uncomfortable."
Pros: "Short"
Cons: "Very bumpy. Not a good flight"
Pros: "Plane0was on time and they served us a very tasty sandwich."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Great service, food, crew."
Cons: "All was fine - more room on the short flight than the intercontinental flight."
Cons: "Seating was entirely too cramped. It has gotten worse over the years but this Lufthansa flight reached a new height in discomfort. You cannot even eat nor put your seat back. I am a short person and it was miserable for me so I can only imagine how uncomfortable it is for persons of average height. The fees have become ridiculous. I now fly only when absolutely necessary. Sad that the customer comes last."
Pros: "Lufthansa's newest 747-8 airliner was quite the treat for international flight. 100% LED lights with subtle purple-blue mood lighting overnight looks pretty and mimics Virgin's design. Dozens of movies to choose from in addition to many more entertainmrnent options in the widescreen touchscreens. And actual silverware for food, even in economy. The addition of Premier Economy (wider and longer seats) copies the design from United's Economy Plus, at the expense of regular economy's legroom (I believe). Note: if you have noise canceling earphones or headphones like myself, get the 2-jack airline adapter. Lufthansa uses the proprietary dual-jack, at least in economy."
Cons: "Pasta dinner only had 1/8 piece tomato. Stick to the chicken."
Pros: "Food was actually daily good"
Cons: "Flight was rerouted to drop off sick passengers. 10 hours after being served lunch and after the sick passengers had disembarked, there was little update on the flight status and no update on passengers getting dinner. The crew did not hand out water or snacks in the duration but instead ate and drank themselves in the crew area. If you wanted to eat or drink you had to interrupt them, and specifically ask to have a glass of water. If as a flight attendant you are hungry or thirsty after not having anything for so long, it's a good assumption the other 250+ passengers are also. Very inconsiderate."
