As a silver medallion I don’t know how to request upgrade and when I call delta I have been on hold 3 times for over 2 hours each and can’t reach anyone.

Thanks for the wonderful service. Flight attendants were all smiling and very friendly. However KLM allowed a passenger — who did not pay for the emergency row to sit next to me because he needed the extra space because he was a liarge man, and clearly didn’t fit very well in the economy seats. Thus I I lost all the extra space and actually would of preferred a regular economy seat. that would’ve been more preferential then paying $60 and getting less space than I would’ve had it in a regular economy. I understand the other passengers comfort was important and if that was the case he should’ve paid $60 as well."

I paid $11 for a tiny sandwich (it fit in the palm of my already small hands). I will definitely get good at the airport next time. It may be just as expensive, but at least it will be filling."

The airline cancelled the flight at 1.30 in the morning so no one was able to get a stay in a hotel not did the airline take any action towards helping the stranded passengers. We were given blankets and pillows. The best thing was the ground staff getting rude after all passengers complaining. They were basically saying we should get stuffed since we were booked for a flight next day same day. This is shameful! Needless to say that I will not fly this airline again!"

I understand that was beyond Delta's control, except for the fact that its Atlanta hub is grossly overused. But my connecting flight in Atlanta was canceled, and its "dedicated" phone line to re-book the flight was completely unresponsive. The employees in Atlanta were, as they usually are, surly, and myself and fellow passengers had to wait on line for hours in the wee hours of the morning to be re-booked. Oh, and Delta lost my suitcase in Las Vegas, with all my clothes and a business file, and it has not been located."

The Latina finally stood in the middle of the gate area asking for help from anyone who could speak English. I just spent 18 days I Madrid and never once was rejected when I asked for assistance. I was not happy with your employee and I was ashamed to hear an American treat someone that way. In the employee's defense, she was alone at the dest up until boarding time and was juggling a lot of balls without any other support. Not a good experience."

Heard other travelers discussing that they had been rebooked onto an alternate airline and then found a later flight on Kayak, walked up to podium and asked to be rebooked on that specific flight, which they grudgingly did. Of note, I was repeatedly reassured that they were "sure" I would make my connection without a problem and to stop worrying so much. My flight left out of Madison 2 minutes after my connection departed Chicago. I usually fly a different airline, whose flights out of Madison were all on time that day, and will do so in the future despite more expensive ticket. The actual crew on the flight was lovely and apologetic, did everything they could to help us despite the delays. At least that's something."

Cons: "Very delayed. Poor compensation. Poor explaination. They just didn't manage the situation well, customer satisfaction should be their first goal and they didn't seem to care. Fortunately for them, we were all a patient good natured group of passengers, but now that I think it over, we WERE mishandled and we should have been more upset"

The pilot somewhat made up for the delay by arriving to my destination in record time. A more frequent update as it relates to the delay should have been given. The cost of the ticket was reasonable but they made up for the cost by making you pay for your carry on luggage.

Cons: "The flight was fully booked during Covid. I just flew the other weekend with another airline and felt safe. I can not believe how gross and I safe I felt on this flight. I will never fly Frontier again."

At first our flight supposed to be 8:50 delayed until 10:47 , and delay 11:10 and go back to 10;15 we had to drive from all the way from flattvile make it there at 10 . The airplane left early right at 10 . We have to reschedule can’t leave until Thursday. I miss my work and I have my kids with me . We have to drive back to flattvile doe another one hour and half. That’s horrible"

Pros: "Was charged for a carry on bag in Madison for a bag that fit into the box marked "personal item size", showed the counter person that charged me that it easily fit, she then told me " a credit would be placed back on to my credit card", this has yet to appear. My next move is to go back to the counter at the airport here in madison and inquire into this matter."

Cons: "The $115 charge for my bag because it was 8lbs overwieght and the check-in personnel were very unhelpful and demanding, on the phone the frontier representative was also unhelpful, just out to rip-off customers as much as they can."

Cons: "The additional cost to pick a seat, and luggage. I no longer considered it a good deal. Our layover was extended 2 hours in Denver no explanation was given. The staff never came out to let the waiting passengers know. I only found out because I went to the customer service counter. Waiting passengers were mad and it could have been prevented. No food or entertainment was provided only a glass of water was free. All snacks and beverages were additional cost. No entertainment was available not even at an addditional cost. I probally won't fly Frontier again."

Charging for carry-on is ludicrous. I thought the huge layover time tolerable given initial ticket price. That was until I was charged for everything but the air I breathed. Frontier is no longer the premier airline it once was"

The seats were horribly uncomfortable and would not recline. Baggage fees are ridiculous. I'm avoiding Frontier at all costs in the future."

Terminal desk wasn't open when I went to check in 2 hours early. Had difficult time with kiosk. Paying $40 each for carry on both ways and more for a window seat. Flight was delayed from Denver to Madison."

Cons: "I didn't like that theyou had not been serviced by provisioning before we departed from Denver. There was plenty of time to service the aircraft and to not provision it is beyond me. The prices for food and beverage were high and to add tax on after the fact is a joke. To pay for your seat AFTER you had purchased your ticket was another surprise. Im honestly surprised I was not charged to use the restroom."

Cons: "Frontier is the new bottom-of-the-barrel in air travel. Bag fees for carry-ons? Who does that anymore? Especially when they all go on the same plane anyway. Seats are plastic buckets with no recline (which to be honest is great from the tall guy sitting behind you) covered in a very thin layer of pad and leather. No headrests, which means if you're taller than 6 foot, good luck being comfortable. Tray "tables" are a joke, it can barely accommodate a glass of water. Oh, and water? That's the only thing free with Frontier. Glass of OJ, Sprite, maybe Bloody Mary mix? Nah, you can pay for that. Brought headphones to plug in and watch a movie? Too bad, there's only the gray plastic in front of you. Basically, don't fly Frontier if you can afford not to."

Pros: "We waited 45 minutes to unload. When a child is sing ok ng at the top of her lungs for half an hour would it not be appropriate to ask her t o be quiet. It was an even I n b flight. I understand that babies will cry and some people talk loud but it is rude to sing loud we hen it is a late flight. You cannot count on parents to have common sense."
Cons: "They did ask that you wait for the people that needed to make connections to go girst."
Pros: "Except the animals. I still like the animals. Honestly, the only reason I ever fly frontier now is when it happens to be the cheapest. I do like direct flights, but I don't mind two hops if I can actually sleep on the plane because the seats are comfier on other airlines."
Cons: "Seats don't recline at all (they used to!), and they are much harder than they were before. Which makes it more difficult to sleep on the plane. When we landed, we were about to be ahead of schedule, but either due to some disorganization on the part of your staff, or due to not having enough Frontier gates in DEN, we had to wait at least 30 minutes to actually get off the plane, which made us very late to what was already going to be a long, late drive. You just made it worse and made us more tired. Also, not a huge deal, but what happened to the inflight entertainment? It seems like when you changed out the seats, the entertainment went away too."

Then, as we were landing, the turbulence was bad and we were descending extremely quickly. The plane then pulled up and started ascending back into the air and did a lap around the airport. I wasn't sure we were going to make it back to the ground in one piece. Not the most comfortable experience. Overall poor flight."
