I lost a bag in the process of getting home and I’m a little stressed about it
The delays were the real problem. The crew and staff were amazing and kept us informed and taken care of but what should have been a 6 hour flight with 1.5 hour wait ended up being a 13 hour day in the airport and in the plane waiting to board then waiting for takeoff. Great flight once we got in the air. Pilots and flight crew were awesome 😎.
Check in went smooth, flight was on time and our checked bag was delivered in a timely fashion.
Full, attentive service from the fist class cabin flight attendant was superb. Really exceeded expectations.
Direct and non stop. We were late checking in but had paid for our luggage to be checked and they easily took the bags at the gate for us. We unfortunately had to take our bags through TSA and lost a few items...
Oh the days of yore when there was some space. Wedged in by an extremely overweight passenger and sitting cramped for 4 hours is no one’s dream trip. One shouldn’t have to pay more for 1st class just to survive the trip. Literally the 1 day is ruined with recovery. Hugely obese need more room and should pay more for the required space. Staff were very nice, no hitches with baggage. I really dread flying., related to comfort.
My TSA precheck did not appear on my boarding pass, even though I entered my TTN at time of purchase and verified it was on the Alaska Airlines website under my reservation.
Very friendly staff, very responsive to complaints about the cabin temperature. 😁
First class only upgrades seat width. The bottom cushion of the seat sloped forward so much that I was constantly sliding out of my seat. The meal was awful, granola and dried fruit? Seriously, for what I paid to upgrade? I can bring my own sawdust and rotten fruit for a whole lot less. Priority boarding is great except when you have a hundred economy passengers stranding in the aisle slamming you in the face with their enormous carry ons and smelly asses right under your nose. I want my money back for that leg of my trip. It wasn’t worth the money for such a minimal upgrade.
One of the restrooms didn’t work. The ones that did never got replenished. Flight attendant just sitting there on their phone. No notification that the bathroom was broken so long lines. Apathetic crew.

Not really a “Delta” problem but worth mentioning: Boarding was a difficult process. TSA seemed understaffed and Pre-Check took longer than regular TSA. The supervisor was frazzled and yelled at travelers. Once through TSA, we had to put our carry-ons through another x-ray machine. Then queue up to board with both boarding pass and ID. Then, when we got to the stairs on the tarmac, we had to show our boarding pass again. Maybe this is just normal for Kona since the terminal is outdoors (but still a “secured” area).
Checkin was good, fllight ws good. Onlly complaint is lack of foot on 6 hour flight from Seattle to Boston. Snacks were flimsy - chips and cookies. could have offered something more substantial for such a long flight. I know you can buy food in airport but for the price you pay for a ticket, they should step up for the passengers.
Flight was delayed, we could have been notified earlier and in a consistent manner. App was not refreshing for another passenger to get the latest flight status. We could have stayed and waited at the hotel instead of waiting at the airport had we known the flight was going to delayed for more than 5 hours. The toilet is too tight, and needs to be cleaned more frequently (every hour). The entertainment screen froze, the touch screen not responding to touch. We were upgraded to comfort, it is more comfortable than regular economy seats.
It was fine. 55 minute flight. No snacks or beverage service offered. Boarding went smoothly and my walker was waiting for me on the jet way.
My flight was cencaled due with the bad weather on Sunday the crew was poorly mistaken my luggage supposed depart with my flight instead I didn’t have my luggage for almost 3 days the website is poorly respond to my complain until I have someone to do it my connection smooth their not even respon or email me even the have my luggage
8 hours late and the plane smelled like urine, that smell in the morning when your child wet the bed in the night.
Everything was good except wifi and a leaking drink chiller. The floor was all wet and my bag was soaked. Did not notice until debarking. Have not heard back from Delta. Even though this was leg one of an international flight in first class, they denied access to their Sky Club - very disappointing!
Very late arrival at PWM. Late jet getting to ATL. Equipment problem with aircraft - could not get enough water onto plane., Another delay getting FAA approval for flight with bottled H2O. Not the crew’s problem.
The flight was delayed by a hour and I wish they had communicated it sooner. No issues on the plane, it did take a while for food to come.
Smooth and easy boarding, comfortable for the entire 5 hour flight, and the seat back entertainment was great! I appreciated all the features, from location info and maps, movies, the ability to connect with Bluetooth headphones, and good selection of movies. Food was good, normal airline snacks (I didn’t purchase anything)
it was so bad. I tried to board my flight from vancouver to saskatoon. And to my surprise they did not board me cause the flight was changed and no email was send to me. and on my boarding pass which i got from seattle says different flight. I did not knew anyone from Vancouver, air canada crew was rude, i asked for today flight but they were rude and i had early morning dental appointment in saskatoon. I was so much in pain and my whole day is wasted today. and i suffered alot. They did provide me hotel but they did not provide me any food. I am really really disappointed first time had so bad experience with air canada. I may think twice to book it again. If i can get any reply or any composition that would be great. Thanks
leg space better than expected. two washrooms for one plane isn't enough.
The seats on this flight were almost roomy enough to be the basic amount needed for human existence. I think my favorite part of this flight was it landed at an A gate, which was the most palatial part of Sea-Tac I've ever seen - a massive improvement from the S gates.
Everything was fantastic. Modern plane. All the amenities! Although the paid snacks and meals are pure robbery. Like i understand airlines need to make money, but 11$ USD for an overnight oats with some nuts in it and barely any pieces of apple.... Highway robbery
Never happened, because of the first delayed flight I lost the connection and had to wait overnight and take two flights to reach my destination.
The flight was delayed, but other than that everything was fine.
An hour and a half late is UNACCEPTABLE. The negative impact to our family is unconscionable. And for the price we were forced to pay...
Flight cancelled due to fog. No other flights available for 36 hours. Directed by United to book passage on another carrier, and submit receipts for reimbursement. Did that. United now states they will not reimburse. Currently out 2 grand.
Although there were two delays, they were communicated clearly and the boarding process was expedited. The crew was pleasant and efficient.
Plane was super cold. No entertainment unless you were with mileage program Getting off the plane was super slow
Beverage service was not good. Also just one service in 5 hr 30 min flight. No ask fir water ir anything beside one time beverage service.
Flight was delayed because of a bird strike. They had another plane available within 45 minutes.
It was a code share with Alaska - would have been great if I actually made it on the plane, claimed I didn’t have a ticket or a seat even thought I was checked in.
Seating was horrible. Small seats. Access to flight information and extras very iser unfriendly. Kept losing internet after paying for it. Staff in madison was as unprofessional and unhelpful.
The counter/baggage counter was busy and so many people missed flights. We got stuck sitting on the plane over 2 hours at the gate while they were doing an inspection is wrong. Many of us missed our connecting flights because of it.
The main problem was delay. The plane was at the gate early and bags were loaded. However, there was no crew for the flight. They were inbound from LGA and had to land and make their way to our gate. It took more than 40 minutes. Then, once the crew arrived and boarded, one of the crew members had to deplane and then a replacement crew member had to be found. It took another 40 minutes or so to get the final crew member. In all, we took off about 2 hours later than our scheduled departure time. Once in the air, the flight was great. Smooth most of the way. The crew was professional and efficient.
Our flight was changed from Madison to DC to Madison to Charlotte.
Boarding was relatively fast and easy and the crew was attentive throughout.
