Flight was OK from Detroit. The bag check process and TSA process at Detroit was absolutely appalling. Very confusing, totally up to passengers to print their own baggage tags, very long lines to get baggage checked after you print your own label, insufficient Delta personnel to handle the mass number of passengers, etc. Getting through TSA was difficult and confusing and eventually had to move down several flights of stairs to go through security at a recently opened location. Would rate the entire check-in process as poor as I have ever seen.

It was a beautiful day and the crew was ready to go, but we all sat for a long time before being allowed to leave Madison. It's especially bad when we've all made ourselves arrive at 5am for a 6am flight"

Cons: "On July 7th, I was flying from JFK to MSP and then from MSP to PDX. Somewhere on the way, Sun Country Airlines lost my bag and they don't seem to have any idea where it might be. I was forced to spend my entire vacation without my bag. It's been 16 days, we called the baggage services office several times, wrote e-mails, even talked to someone in person in the MSP office and yet nobody's able to help. All we got were promises for a call back about the status of the claim, but nobody ever calls or responds to e-mails. I'm extremely disappointed and will call DOT and FAA if I don't get a response very soon."

Pros: "I was running late and they accommodated to me. I didn't get food or use the entertainment on the flight so that is why they are ones."

Our flight was changed from Madison to DC to Madison to Charlotte.
Boarding was relatively fast and easy and the crew was attentive throughout.
We were ticketed to heathrow instead of Barcelona . Why? per the incompetent ticketing person we had to get off get our bags go through immigration and then get ticketed for the remaining leg. This was not required We missed our flight. Per heathrow agent this is a reoccurring problem from Orlando. They notified British air but problem persists. We were rebooked and arrived 18 hours after we left Mco. Between this the mediocre food and horrible aisle bed. I will never book another British air again

Cons: "American isn’t my preferred airline for obvious reasons (delays, notoriously bad service, old planes, and a lack of amenities like WiFi and tv’s), but now I’ll never spend my money with them again. They took me off an already delayed flight after I’d already boarded to examine my smart bag. I know that lithium batteries can’t be taken in the underbelly of the plane and I knew my bag would likely be checked at the gate (why I removed the battery and left it at home in the first place). When they asked me if I had a lithium battery in my bag I said “no.” They then gate checked the bag and allowed me on the plane. After everyone had been boarded (half an hour after we’d been scheduled to take off) they then called my name out on the speaker. I had to then de-board the plane and re-explain to staff that there was no lithium battery in my bag. The staff didn’t believe me citing the infallible logic: “there are ports so there’s a battery.” I told them again and again that the battery had been removed and the charging ports—while there—were inert as they weren’t attached to the battery. STILL, I had to remove all of my clothes from the bag, and open every single compartment (of which there were many) for them to allow me to get back onto the plane. They were telling me that they might have to “rebook the flight” if my bag couldn’t get on. I don’t think I need to explain how agitated/terrified that made me."

If people have waited that long for one of your flights, give them a little food"

Cons: "I was charged for my carry on that they then forced me to check. Then one of the stewards on the second leg was an outright nasty woman regarding masks. I had my mask over nose and mouth. But apparently not enough and then she was loudly talking to the other flight attendants about it. One told me “I was perfectly fine.”"

The airplane left early right at 10 . We have to reschedule can’t leave until Thursday. I miss my work and I have my kids with me . We have to drive back to flattvile doe another one hour and half. That’s horrible"
Pros: "Was charged for a carry on bag in Madison for a bag that fit into the box marked "personal item size", showed the counter person that charged me that it easily fit, she then told me " a credit would be placed back on to my credit card", this has yet to appear. My next move is to go back to the counter at the airport here in madison and inquire into this matter."
