Very poorly planned and completely unacceptable!"

Cons: "The service was Appalling, this is supposed to be an international flight, I asked numerous times for the WiFi as there is no entertainment on a long haul flight. I asked for water and wine and was more than happy to pay the staff kept telling me they would return and didn’t. I’m not sure what they were always in a hurry to do other than to avoid providing good service. This was not the cheapest flight when I booked and this airline should come with a warning, poor service, equally disappointing food no drinks and no entertainment. If I had know this I would have paid more or flown with an airline that has an acceptable standard for an international flight and the service that should be provided. I feel at fault as I didn’t know an airline like this existed. I just thought it’s european and international and it will be fine. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. On my way home I was charged $150 euro for my bags which I was under the impression my bags were included. There was no stating of this high cost, once again I would have flown with another airline if I knew of this and didn’t pay leaving America as it said my bags were covered. I hope something is done to make sure it’s clear to customers that this is a horrible and basic airline and it wasn’t cheap. I’m disappointed in all involved and have learnt a lesson but I am dreading this flight home I am about to take. Regards Hannah"

For checkin in 1 bag at the counter! The website was deceptive in its wording with 1 baggag is free and the rest has a fee. Therefore, i understood that i didn't have to purchase a check in luggage fee. That right there is living expense that I depended on for my trip. Thanks Air Europa! The check-in agent and another Air Europa representative at the Madrid airport did little to anull my fee that I felt mislead about. That was terrible customer service! I tried to give my flight a chance, but the touch down landing was probably one of the worst jolted sloppy touchdowns I've experienced. I looked around to see other's surprised reaction. I don't know of how Air Europa stocks or current state of economy are; but after dropping €60 for 1 checked in luggage, I'd expect a free beverage or light snack provided. Even the hot tea was €2.50. Im not happy and warning other's not to use this airline."

J'ai pris une petite valise à main qui devait rester avec moi dans l'avion avec plein de chose fragile à l'intérieur mais malgré toute la place disponible dans l'avion pour la mettre, un Stewart sans explication m'a demandé de la mettre en soute. En effet, je vais pas vous mentir que je n'ai pas bien réagi à sa demande désagréable car la taille et le poid de mon baggage à main concordait avec les règles mise en place par "easyJet". Je me lève un peu plus tard pour demander un simple verre d'eau au même steward qui m'a stoppé pour ma valise, mais celui ci avait décidé de me faire "chié" jusqu'à la fin en prenant tout son temps pour me remplir mon verre d'eau et au lieu de me le donner directement, il a préféré le garder quelque minutes dans sa main en me regardant d'un air moqueurs. Enfin j'ai voulu essayer "easyJet" pour la première fois mais vraiment plus jamais."

It also took over 40 minutes for the bags from our flight to load onto the baggage carousel. There was NO communication about the bag size/charges,etc. until we arrived at the counter to check in for our flight. They have an agent who monitors bags- you will not sneak by."

Cons: "I purchased a ticket for a day trip from LTN > AMS and was sold an overbooked ticket. While there were other options available, easyJet slightly undercut the competition to sell a ticket for a seat which they never indicated was standby. Since my trip was only for the day, taking the next flight half a day later wasn't a great option. I attempted to check in but was presented with an unhelpful error and then told me the situation at the airport checkin. Inside Luton terminal, there is no easyJet representative to speak with past the security checkpoint until you arrive at the front of the line for your flight boarding. The suspense and lack of service was unnerving. Some passengers might appreciate a small compensation for the inconvenience of taking the next flight. If you absolutely need to be somewhere, don't buy a last minute ticket on easyJet. They don't tell you if you're buying a real ticket or just a standby spot."

We then waited another 45 before we took off. Staff was very nice and could tell they were stressed but at least they didn't make it any worse."

Despite having already checked in online, Ryannair apparently thinks I should have spent my holiday hunting down a print shop as not to incur their "get a printed boarding pass from an unpleasant ticket counter employee" fee. No boarding pass kiosks and unclear why they would not provide a digital one upon online check-in. Or rather it became clear as I handed over my debit card. Seats are intentionally designated apart from your travel companions so you'll pay more to have them switched to sit next your friend. Cabin is extra cramped. Ryannair is all-around terrible by budget airline standards."

Cons: "I paid for a seat specifically because I saw that there was one with an empty seat next to it but after settling down with another passenger in the outside seat and a space next to me, suddenly everybody was moved around and I got a very young boy sitting on the outside seat. Needless to say his parents weren't happy so his father moved down and sat next to me. So no more elbow room for me and I can't believe that young children are sat next to complete strangers with their parents at the other end of the plane. What if I had been a weirdo? Could you please arrange for me to be reimbursed for the price I paid for this seat. Don't get me started on boarding. Why did we have to stand in line for so long when the plane was obviously not ready for us. Passengers are people, not cattle."

Cons: "Complicated checkin online since I booked through last minute.com and not directricly with Ryanair. I am concerned that each time when Ryanair lands they immediately proceed with the next boarding without taking enough time to check all the security measures"

Cons: "Queuing for 45 mins at boarding at 21.25 pm which grew to 10.05 pm! no apparent reason for this although we were all given manual luggage tags and then they were checked off again before getting into the plane- the Malaga ground staff could not answer questions as they didn't speak english well enough.. poor. onboard completely overcrowded locals and no help from crew on seating = lots of spare stoats at back.. i.e. space."

Cons: "All passengers were lined up waiting to Board at the correct gate at leading up to and at the time the flight was supposed to depart at 11.55am. There was no communication on the flight boards and no member of staff from Ryanair or other near the gate. At about 12.30 two members of airport staff turned up and started the boarding process and eventually we got away an hour late at 12.55 still none the wiser about the lack of communication, service and delay. It would take a lot to persuade me to fly with Ryanair again."

Cons: "The gate was changed and when we were due to board then we were delayed boarding. No apologies. A passenger was moved from the rear of the plane to the front as he had been abusive. He then began insulting the ladies sitting next to him. One of the ladies became very upset and couldn't stay in her seat. No apology was given to her on behalf of the airline, she wasn't offered anything or consoled in any way. The abusive passenger was let off the flight with no reprimanding. This upset the lady even more and she let the crew know about it. Finally, as we were heading to collect our baggage, we saw Gardai arrest the abusive man. If that had been me in that ladies position I too would have been very upset at how I was treated. The lead crew member was calming the situation by constantly talking to the man in question, but something more could have been done for the lady who suffered the most abuse from him."

Also they close the gate 30 minutes before and it takes 30 minotes to get to the gate Very difficult process so fate was closed and I had to pay 60 eu for luggage which was never clear anywhere and I had to check-in 3 hours before you have to check in before u can print the boarding pass so I was looking for a boarding pass but could t get it since I didn't know I had to check In???????? Mo5hi g explained anywhere!"

Pros: "I booked the front extra legroom seats. Worth every penny. Easy flight and great price. Very efficient at boarding etc. So arrived home on time."

Cons: "Why did I pay for a priority que ? The point being exactly what ? The herding of customers into a cattle gate affair ? Last call 45 mins before the flight. Cheap flight - cheap organised. I note below someone has stated crew were professional and VERY entertaining ...... thatnis not professional I am afraid. A crew that is busy entertaining the passengers is a crew that lacks focus on the primary role of the cabin safety ... Human Factors !"
Pros: "Everyone was very nice, and the flight was uneventful. Will fly again and learned lesson about luggage fees."
Cons: "Had two bags to check. Paid for two bags in advance. Didn't know there was a total weight allowance across two bags. First bag ate up most of total weight allowance which forced me to pay for the overage on the second bag of €70. I thought I could bump up my second bag to the higher weight class when checking in instead of having to pay the overage charge that was three times as much. Found out during boarding they were checking bags for free...should have done carry on and avoided the extra costs."

Pros: "Did not have food ,no entertainment. The flight back home we were in the queue to board when our hand luggage was tagged to go in the hold. There were many people behind us who we assumed would also be tagged. They weren't !! . We had to wait 30 mins at Malaga to pick up from the baggage reclaim by which time we should have been half way home. We queued to ensure that we were on the plane early so that we could store our hand luggage . Why not just make the people who have checked in hold luggage check in their hand luggage as well. Or at least make it the people who couldn't be bothered to queue or get there early who have this inconvenience We normally fly Ryanair because they're on time and good but this will make us rethink"

Cons: "Landing late at night and having to wait for buses. When you book a seat at the front, the buses mess with the order so you end up on the last bus to leave, last to reach customs, last to get out of the airport. From touchdown to taxi - one hour with no bags to collect - that's very poor. Arriving at midnight with children this extended delay turns a sleepy activity into a fractious activity. If there was another choice on the route, with better options, would happily pay more to take it."
