Pros: "A lot of legroom and good food for an airplane! The inflight entertainment has games, shows, movies, and a cool map. Plus the crew was friendly. This economy flight felt like premium!"

Cons: "My first flight was delayed by well-over an hour, having me arrive an hour late for my connecting flight home. There were no efforts to assist me in locating my connecting flight, to set up any accommodations while at the connecting flight's airport for the additional 4 hours of waiting time, no apologies for making me late for wedding rehearsals (I'm the officiant!). I had to actively seek out the ticket counter for another airline, through which my connecting flight was re-routed."

Pros: "Our flight attendants were very kind and caring, and we landed safely in Budapest. The kids even had the chance to talk to the pilot/co-pilot before getting out of plane, they really loved it. Thank you!"

Cons: "We were traveling 2 adults with 2 and 6 year olds. We were all seated on different rows and seats. We tried to fix it at the gate and we were given 2 seats next to each other and 2 behind each other...please train your staff to seat families together!!!"

Cons: "First of all, the boarding took an hour longer than it should have been so we all sat in the plane dripping with sweat, because it was 100 degrees in Houston and the plane didn't have A/C on until we took off. Food was not good, some mysterious meat they called beef stew and veggies with strange texture. We ended up drinking more since the food was bad. The entertainment choices were OK but the equipment was a bit ancient, my husband's screen ( we sat in the front where screen pulled out of the seat) was broken and was held by a duct tape(???!!!) The seats are small, I have flown with other companies on transatlantic flights and their seats are bigger and more comfortable in economy class."

Cons: "The return leg has been nothing but a disaster, in every way possible, specifically my time and financially. At no point in the booking process, when I paid over $800 for the trip, was I told that I needed a specific travel visa (Canadian ETA) to fly back into Toronto for my return flight. Subsequently when I checked in for my flight yesterday morning in Manchester, England, I did not have the required travel documents and had to be rerouted onto a flight into the U.S. at a cost to me of $350. The rerouted flight got me to Washington Dulles airport, where I then had to purchase a second flight to get me home to Cleveland, Ohio, at an additional/extra cost of $450. MY CAR IS PARKED AT TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT!!! I am having to now rent a car and drive there tomorrow (Friday) to collect my car, at another additional cost of $100 plus a 10-hour round trip. Due to the lack of information and communication on your companies behalf, I am down close to a $1,000 and will lose 2-days in work as of the additional days I am having to travel back to Toronto to collect my vehicle. I would appreciate contact from your organization to find the avenue I need to take for compensation of my time and finances. Regards"

Cons: "The only coffe served entire flight was offered simultaneously with the first meal, meaning i never had another opportunity. Beverage containers were never picked up and no secondary food or beverage service offered over a seven hour flight. This flights service was substandard in every way that my flght from Bosron to Frankfurt excelled -- very disappointing"

Pros: "I was upgrade to Premium Economy with my family. Kids enjoyed playground areas at Frankfort Main Airport. Very nice and clean installation"

Pros: "The Lufthansa flight was great. The food and drinks for 1 hr and 45 min was satisfactory. The airplane was clean and crew was friendly. Too bad only 10% of the flight was gone by Lufthansa. The rest was done by United Airlines. The airplane was new and clean, the crew was friendly as well.The food at UA was so cheap it is a shame. On the domestic leg they give you 5 fools fish or crackers and soft drinks for 4 hrs flight. At the same time each and every passenger was asked personally if he or she will buy breakfast making the person feel guilty if not buying breakfast."
Cons: "Lufthansa is good. UA food is cheap and not enough on the Trans Atlantick flight and hard liquor is not free. On the domestic flight they do not give you food even if the flight is early in the morning and 4 hrs long. That is a shame. Moreover they try to sale you a breakfast package that is design not to get spoiled for three months. The nutrition value of that package is zero even I believe it is bad for you. This is only in the USA. It is a shame how our Airlines treate the American passengers."

Cons: "The flight never took off. We had to wait 6 hours in line, and they still couldn't rebook many of us. When I was finally rebooked on a Swiss Air flight, the flight was invalid, Swiss didn't accept it. I was send to various different lines, and they didn't even understand what my problem was. Finally after spending 2 whole days at the San Francisco airport, I could take off with a 30 hour delay. The Swiss Air flight was wonderful."
