Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)
The gate agent helped half a dozen people (not including those described below) understand they were boarding with the wrong group.
Fully one-quarter of the passengers boarded as disability or premium. This included a party of eight that boarded with one person in a wheelchair because "We're all together."

The insane process that followed the flight of rebooking - it would have been VERY HELPFUL to have access to the inflight internet so that I could have rebooked my missed connection before we landed in the ATL airport where it was past midnight and there were hardly any staff available for us to talk to and the lines to speak to anyone took literal HOURS to get through.
Row 19 on a 737ER is great for room, as long as you don't plan on reclining (I rarely do in a daytime flight)
A little overcautious regarding seating the cabin crew because of possible turbulence, but better safe than sorry, I suppose. However, it is a common occurrence on this particular leg, so don't board knowing you might need to take a "break" before you get to Atlanta.
The counter manager at PHX, Lanell Monarrez was a total witch and whispering to Lanya in front of me was very unprofessional. I paid a full fare 1-way ticket to get out of PHX as they were not willing to allow me to fly standby or make a change to my existing ticket.
Crappy airline service at the counter. Good flight crew.
I liked that the plane was clean, that the staff consisted of somewhat normal, more mature people, and that water and carry-ons are free.
I felt that having to pay $50 extra for a seat when I checked in was pretty deceptive and unethical. I think most people would agree that when they purchase a boarding pass, it is assumed that it includes a seat. Having to pay extra for a seat was something I did not plan for and it was out of my budget, but I had no choice, because I had to get home somehow! I'll be going without groceries this week due to this unplanned expense.
Going to Cancun. From Boise sucked. Are flight from Boise sucked we we're 4 to 5 hours late due to the gas contamination in Boise and we weren't informed until a hour + after from the time our flight was suppose to go out. We weren't very happy. They new the night prior, so we could have came to the airport 3 hours later and been just fine. Which also made us miss the connecting flight
