Pros: "The crew was good and the seats were fine."
Cons: "It was a short flight but it would have been nice to have a glass of water."
Pros: "Modern screens and seats"
Cons: "The temperature of the entire cabin was super hot during the 10 hours of flight. Very discomforting"
Cons: "The airline accepted our checked baggage, although they already knew that it would not make it to our final destination (Marrakech) on the same day that we would arrive. We had to pay, out of our own pockets, for the inconvenience. Apparently this happens a lot, and it happened to our entire plane"
Cons: "The airplane was super uncomfortable and it was a long flight. I’ve flown with Iberia to Europe in the past and this was my worst experience in terms of comfort."
Pros: "The crew was professional and courteous. USB charger"
Cons: "2 hr delay. Auxiliary battery crashed. Mediocre food. Poor wine. Limited entertainment"
Cons: "Leg room on Iberia flights is scarce, even though I'm only 5'7" tall. No snack or beverage service on a 2 1/2 hour flight."
Pros: "Boarding, on time"
Cons: "Not much room in seats. Especially if sest in front gets reclined."
Cons: "No where when I booked the ticket it said I would need to pay for luggage and I had to pay 50euros for 1 checked bag"
Pros: "First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free."
Pros: "Flight was short."
Cons: "Did not have any leg room. Could not get my knees and legs into the seat area."
Cons: "Not AirEuropa’s fault but they left before we arrived in Zurich because Delta flight 66 was so late that our 3-hour layover became the AirEuropa flight left before the Delta flight arrived and deplaned."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Better plane Leave on time.....almost missed my connection to NY Lost my bag"
Pros: "The plane was delayed 1hr and 30 minutes and I have to run to catch the connecting flight. I had to ask people to let me pass them at the police control in foreign country"
Pros: "Crew was quite polite and sympatic"
Cons: "The aircrafts is very old and small for all the passengers they put inside, and the food is really bad in quality and taste."
Pros: "Unfortunately there is not one positive thing I can say"
Cons: "The service was Appalling, this is supposed to be an international flight, I asked numerous times for the WiFi as there is no entertainment on a long haul flight. I asked for water and wine and was more than happy to pay the staff kept telling me they would return and didn’t. I’m not sure what they were always in a hurry to do other than to avoid providing good service. This was not the cheapest flight when I booked and this airline should come with a warning, poor service, equally disappointing food no drinks and no entertainment. If I had know this I would have paid more or flown with an airline that has an acceptable standard for an international flight and the service that should be provided. I feel at fault as I didn’t know an airline like this existed. I just thought it’s european and international and it will be fine. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. On my way home I was charged $150 euro for my bags which I was under the impression my bags were included. There was no stating of this high cost, once again I would have flown with another airline if I knew of this and didn’t pay leaving America as it said my bags were covered. I hope something is done to make sure it’s clear to customers that this is a horrible and basic airline and it wasn’t cheap. I’m disappointed in all involved and have learnt a lesson but I am dreading this flight home I am about to take. Regards Hannah"
Cons: "Madrid Airport is a nightmare! Long walks, confusing, crowded, etc."
Cons: "The company offers onboard entertainment but we have to pay extra for the headphones, ridiculous ! Just add $3 to the flight tickets but don't charge us money for stupid made in China headphones for God's sake ! Next time British Airways or Air France for me no more Air Europa. Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."
Cons: "I booked a Delta flight and got an Air Europa flight. The flight was two hours late. The plane was really old and and had no screens, USB chargers, super tight space and things kept breaking. I’ll never book a flight that is operated by Air Europa."
Pros: "Although I was able to board the airline didn't have my name or reservation number or anything... it was like i never purchased a ticket. I had to wait until the plane was boarded and hope that someone didnt show up to get in the plane. This was the first leg of other connections to go to Amsterdam and it was too close to ruin my complete itinerary."
Cons: "I did not appear in the airline system"
Pros: "I was put on standby because I wasn’t able to check in before getting to the airport. They were overbooked."

The flight was on the time and everything was very smoothi

Pros: "You can always expect reliable and in time service with Avianca."
Cons: "Outdated aircraft, limited space."
Pros: "Booked 1 month in advance... was treated unfairly"
Cons: "I booked one month in asvance and was told that I would be a standby flyer.. even after explaining that I had an international connection flight in madrid. I did not appreciate the added stress this news gave me."
Pros: "The crew was cackling and having fun in the back loudly, meanwhile there was no communication with us as to why we were late or when we would be arriving. When I called one of them over she had no answers and when I told her about our connecting flight she giggled and said I probably wouldn’t make it. We missed our connecting flight and we’re rerouted 4 hours later. We’ve missed our boat to Venice and all we received was an 8 euro lunch voucher."
Cons: "It would have been great to have left on time, arrived on time and caught our flight. I also would have been better if we hadn’t been laughed at and actually aided us to catch our flight."
Cons: "Fly on time, put babies together in one location. Have better food"
Cons: "Shorter lay overs between flights Direct flights from Palma to San senastian"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The flight was delayed and no announcement was made. The customers should be made aware. I paid extra for a premium seat which was too small for my husband’s knees to fit. He had to sit the whole flight with his knees turned sideways Into the aisle."
Pros: "Well, I liked that I had the aisle seat."
Cons: "It couldve not been 44 minutes late in take off. It was stressful because I reserved a shuttle that would've left me had I been an hour late. And there was no explanation; just copious waste of my time"
Pros: "I was glad that the staff was able to communicate in English. It helps when you're in a foreign country."
Pros: "Crew were lovely"
Cons: "Never check in your carry-on if they say there are too many carry-on's on the flight. I saw a lot of Spanish say no when they asked them to, now I know why. I am in Dublin 2days now with NO LUGGAGE or carry on, I have nothing, it all got "misplaced" in transit!"
