I was stopped at gate to check in luggage. Once I got got onto aircraft there were so many empty overhead bins and some were even empty. There were passengers with much bigger bags than me. I was worried that my bag would get lost but it all worked out

Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane, therefore almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport service desks and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

Gate agent immediately approached me once I got to the gate (via wheelchair) to see if I needed anything else. Then she took it upon herself to move my seat so that I had an empty row on the flight to prop my leg up on the flight, which was excellent customer service. She anticipated my needs & exceeded them. She signaled for me to board early, so I had enough time & space to get down the ramp. Gate agents like her are hard to find these days. I wish there were more agents like her. Flight to Indy- Plane were more spacious between the seats. My knees had 6”-8” between them & the seat in front of them. It was a new plane, so if this is the direction that United is going with their aircrafts, they will have lots of happy flyers."

Pros: "I had to pay $ 59 for a 40 pound check in bag? That's crazy and a 5 hour flight and no a glass of water, wow , maybe local flights in spirit airlines, but no international"

Cons: "Arrived at the airport at 6 a.m. for a flight that was for 7:20 a.m. They didn't have a co pilot for the plane and they had us in limbo for about 5 hours. Once they got a co pilot, we boarded the plane. Well after everyone was seated, we had to deboard the plane because they couldn't get it to start. So we had to switch planes. Once on the other plane, the seats were real cramped. It was the worst flight I have ever experienced. Also you have to pay for all your beverages on the flight."

Cons: "I could not believe all the hidden charges! I had to pay an extra $41.00 for my checked bag each way...and an extra $50.00 just to bring my violin on board!! I was not charged this extra fee on the outbound flight, so it was very inconsistent. Then, once you get on the plane it is VERY tight seating. Super uncomfortable. And I had paid an extra $15.00 each way to have a better seat. WOW, I really do not like Spirit Airlines at all."
Cons: "I'm only about 5'9" and my knees are literally bruised from pressing into the seat in front of me. Seats don't recline at all. So cramped and uncomfortable. No TVs or entertainment of any kind. Don't even get water for free."

Pros: "The tight quarters were challenging for my near 6 ft son. However, because the seats don't recline, he didn't loose any room to the person in front of him."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that the plane was late and the crew never told us we were late. I missed my connecting flight through another airline and had to pay an additional $200 I will never go to you guys again"

Cons: "They broke my luggage. Made me pay for my backpack which wasnt a suitcase and dont even offer a bevrage complimentary. There was no kind of entertainment to rate. Nor food to rate."
Cons: "Hidden costs of flight ($55 for carry on, $13 to select even a normal seat, $3 for water on board) meant the pricing was not transparent. Could have flown for less on another airline if I had chosen a ticket that initially looked more expensive."
Cons: "The flight was delayed both ways 3 hours. On a 3 day get away we spent 2 of them sitting in the airport. Will never fly spirit again."
