Cons: "JetBlue's livery is really beginning to show its age. The entertainment screens flicker and flash and the once-luxurious leather seats appear worn. The crew is still great, as usual, and our flight in general was excellent."

They patrolled the aisles and routine pointed at passengers directing them in a hostile manner to keep their masks on their faces, even when they were trying to eat or drink. They also threatened customers by stating it was a federal law several times. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I will not fly delta again by choice."

Cons: "The crew at the check in on our way out of nashville had the worst attitude I have ever experienced from an airline. They got us quickly up to the counter (good) but when I had to ask questions because I didn’t have time to read the signage they got an attitude with me. “Didn’t you see the sign?” And turning to another employee, “isn’t there a sign with all the information posted?” Same employee came down to the terminal and announced the wrong destination for our flight while we were boarding. On the way out of Miami and back to Nashville the crew had great attitudes but it was so disorganized we had the longest line to wait in to check in for both concourses. People were going to miss flights. They fixed that eventually but I’m not sure they did it fast enough for some. Getting through security was far faster than check in. Also, they nickel and dime you for luggage, snacks, etc. It’s a no frills flight. I’ll probably give them one more chance though."

Paid substantial amount to check bags and for seat assignment......after choosing seats when flight was booked online! Crew and flight were fine but will not fly Sun Country again. Too much hidden BS!"

Cons: "This weekend has been an awesome spending time with my Arizona family..... but my experience at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is DEFINITELY NOT "America's Friendliest Airport" as they like to advertise throughout the airport! When I went to check in with the exact same airline that the 7 of us flew out on, Sun Country Airlines, I was told that my bag was suddenly 9 pounds heavier than when we left.... even though my bag was packed EXACTLY the same and nothing had been added. As we were finishing up paying, a random lady from the ticket counter stopped me and in a very snobby and aggressive way told me I needed to check an additional bag. I was BEYOND CONFUSED because this bag was considered a FREE "personal item" when we left Portland and now I'm being forced to pay an extra $40 dollars. She then started talking to me VERY aggressively and belittling me as if I couldn't afford the extra charges. That was not the problem! I wanted an explanation as to why the policies are suddenly different just 72 hours later? After I re-ran my card and paid the additional charge, we start to leave again, AND THE SAME GIRL tells me I need to check ANOTHER BAG that was considered a "carry on" when we left Portland. She was starring at my family, our belongings, not listening to what I had to say and continuing to harass us, while demanding I pay more money, without answering any of my questions! I spent $120 to check our bags just to get back home- $75 more than when we left! I asked for her badge number to reference my conversation with her when I call and speak to her manager and she refused to give it to me! Her body language was defensive, unapproachable and snobby- rolling her eyes multiple times.I was able to see read her name on her badge before she flipped it over, "Mika" who happens to be based out of Portland International Airport but working out of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport today, December 10th. Sun Country Airlines advertised themselves as "travel convenient and trouble free for all passengers"...... WHAT A JOKE! I will NEVER fly on this airline or recommend them to anybody ever in my life! Lots of turbulence on this flight, which limited beverage service. Despite the length of the flight, there was only one beverage service, and the "snack" they handed out was a single packet of Biscoff cookies. It was a newer plane with outlets for plugging in devices and a shelf for placing a cell phone to view -- all that was great. The free entertainment was also great and much appreciated, as my husband had finished his book and needed something to amuse himself during the long trip. But if the airlines could just give us passengers a bit more seat space, it would improve things immensely; the guy next to me was well over 6-feet tall, and he couldn't help but extend his knees into my space.
