Cons: "The flight left two hours late. Apparently this happens a lot with this flight these days because it's an Airbus 380 coming from Paris to Dulles and turning around. The incoming flight was two hours late, so the departure was late. Our arrival in Paris was late. We made the flight, but our luggage didn't. Our return flight from Paris to Dulles was half an hour late because of people from connecting flights. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but no big deal (unless you had a connection)"

Cons: "We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."

Cons: "I didnt like that my flight was canceled and rebooked for no reason. This created me big problem in Athens that they couldnt find my ticket in delta. Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever."

Pros: "We flew Business Class from Atlanta to Punta Cana and loved the crew but weren't happy with the lunch portions or options; however, the return trip in Business Class the flight crew were good and the food selection and portions were what I would have expected for the upgrade. Thanks Delta! The pilot even got us in an hour early! Never had that happen before!! Kudos!!"

Pros: "I am 6'6" 300 pounds ... So I regularly book first class for trips over 2 hours in length ... Delta remains my #1 choice for both value and overall experience in first class. The difference between Delta and all other domestic carriers is just overwhelming. United and American/US Air could learn a lot from Delta. I could have flown this trip direct on United, but chose to fly through Atlanta on Delta for less money and a better experience from the baggage check to the gate to the in-flight experience."

Cons: "I upgraded to 1st class for both flights but the plane seating was very dismal and hadn't been upgraded in either of these planes for a long time. After we boarded the plane we were told that no drink, snacks or food would be offered. The attendant shut off the lights as soon as we got in the air and kept it dark in the cabin until 10 minutes before we landed. She never came around to check on us once or ask if we needed anything. I was so thirsty when we landed. I have decided that I will either go back to United Airlines or check out the 1st class options at American Airlines better next time. This might not have been their fault, I'm not sure what it was, but the flight was late landing and we took off an hour late as well which really put me behind schedule."

The airport looks like it is being renovated, which is fine, but there is no tape/cones to mark off the renovated areas from the walkways. You literally walk through dirt and construction sites. I didn't even think that was legal in the US?! Anyway, maybe it will be worth it once the renovations are complete, especially if AA is going to use it as a hub."

Pros: "Crew and actual flight were great but something was broken on the rear air conditioning unit. It was a full flight and 86F in Dallas and 77F in Columbia. I was seated in rear of the plane very very hot with all the people on the plane. I felt it was difficult to breath once we were on the ground in como. We were at the gate and everyone stood up to get off but the doors remained closed for awhile. It seemed to get even hotter."

A lot of people missed connections."

"My only real issue was that when I booked this flight through Kayak, I somehow booked via BudgetAir.com (though I was on your website.) Due to this, I was unable to access boarding passes coming or going via the Kayak app, or the Allegient app. Luckily I was able to print them prior to leaving home (and the resort printed them for on the way back), but using this site is definitely something I'll have to consider for my trip. I should have been able to access boarding passes electronically via the app regardless."

Cons: "Should have demarcations for groups as they are boarding. A rude costumer with his wife who’s group was obviously not was called to board the airplane( I heard him say we’ll jus go with this group since we are next) purposefully cuts me off and was rude and obnoxious about it."

Cons: "Having to check our bags due to lack of overhead space which was announced before anyone boarded the aircraft. Had they provided our bags to us when we exited the plane, or told us in advance that there would be no space and they would be offering free bag check, that would have mitigated the situation. Instead they wait till the last minute costing us valuable time. In the future, they should pay us the 25 dollar bag fee when they arbitrarily make this decision."

Cons: "Seats are horribly uncomfortable and hardly recline, WiFi did not work most of the time even though I paid $12 for it. Overall United is highly unimpressive these days"

Cons: "The flight from Chicago to Moline was delayed over 3 hours due to an engine issue. We were delayed to board, then once we were boarded, we sat on a cold airplane for over 30 minutes in sub-zero temperatures in Chicago. Maintenance was called to start the engines externally but the starter machine wouldn't work. Finally, we were made to de-plane. We sat for over 30 minutes waiting on information. Never received meal vouchers. No snacks or water was given during the wait. The steward was very nice and helpful but the gate agent was horrible. She seemed "inconvenienced" when you went to ask her questions."

Cons: "There was a delay because inbound plane was late. Didn’t like that jetway was very cold when we were waiting for our gate checked luggage. My gloves and hat were in the gate checked luggage."

Pros: "We were in first class and the internet was not working except for the last hour of the flight. Plus I and my wife were both charged $20 each which should have provided access for the entire5 1/2 hr trip."

Cons: "My one stop flight was delayed in both departures While checking in online I changed my seat to row 15C, and when checked prior to boarding, the change was not done and had to travel in row 39C The aisle space is too small, so every person coming to the bathroom pushed me, also the fly attendants while pulling the food cart. The leg room was too small. There were no sweet cookies within the snacks. Fly attendants did their work, but were not particularly pleasing."

Cons: "We didn't have seats assigned and the gate attendent didn't take the time to tell any of the 20 of us waiting for 15-20 mins to speak to a gate agent what was going on until AFTER she boarded the rest of the plane. When asked what was going on she responded "excuse me, I'll get to you when I get to you and thanks for your 'non attitude'" to the woman who asked her if she had any plans to greet us or even ackwnowledge us. Then the flight attendants became flustered as they realized they separated a 5 year old child and his father and sat the child in the emergency seat. When several of us attempted to help they were rude so when I put my headphones in to pass the time and didn't hear the woman ask if I was willing to sit in the emergency isle she snidely said "there's always one millenial not paying attention." Ummm.... I had my eyes closed and was listening to my music since they clearly wanted us to mind our own business and NOT try to help the father (meanwhile all of us strangers were trying to figure out how to rearrange in order to help). The only reason entertainment gets a 2 is bc I had good conversation with the passenger next to me, not because of anything United did. Really unbelievable that they continue to operate this way and treat PAYING customers like this. It's sad actually."

Pros: "Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. I had recently visited my,daughter and her family in March and flew with another airlines. I didn't have a good experience, they seemed rather bothered when I asked for some help. So this time my daughter booked my flight with United. Like I said everyone was helpful and very pleasant, it didn't seem to be an act. I enjoyed my flights. Thank you"

Cons: "Flight was delayed 5.5 hrs (due to their own fault) and they did not even have anyone come and tell us nor have any food or drinks for us in the meanwhile. They did not even have options for anyone to board another flight if needed. They did give 50 e-dollars to use for another trip at the end but I do t think that's enough compensation for their poor service. I probably would avoid them on another trip."

Cons: "Original flight booked was for 1:30. Week before changes to 5:30. Then 6:30. Arrive at the airport and flights delayed to 7. Then 730. 8. 830 etc etc etc til 11. No explanation. No food tickets. Rude responses like this gem: pointed out how long I was waiting with no word --> told by a united employee that he's been there since 7am. I point out he's bad to be there. He says he's not. I guess a united volunteer then? Then only handed out water since 'it's a short flight'. Useless."

Cons: "There was a lack of information the whole trip. We couldn't hear the announcements of the crew or pilot so we didn't know what was going on. When. The landing gear malfunctioned it took a very long time to hear what was going on. Then, upon deplaning, there was only one single gate agent waiting to help the flight. Very poor service!"
