Pros: Nothing really was standing out to like.

Cons: Flight was late by one how which resulted in problems with car rental. Non standard weight limit for checked bag. It used to be ~50lb on all flights, it's 40lb on Sprint. I did not have to pay, it's just more packing effort. Spirit seems to try to sell everything, even if it's included already. To select a seat (any seat) I would have to pay ~$20. If I do not select I'll get it anyway. Seats could not be reclined. No entertainment.

Pros: Cost of the trip was low compared to other airlines.

Cons: Three hours delay because the pilot wasn't available. Seats do not recline and are narrow.

Pros: Leaving Spirit air

Cons: Check bag fee, high prices for food, charges for printing boarding passes, long lines, kiosks hat didn't work, flight attendants and counter people were loud and rude, very rude.

Cons: Delayed, no info on when or why, app didn’t update to show delay, front desk people rude.

Cons: I’m skinny and 5’2” and I felt squashed. Like I was in a dollhouse. The space is too small, it’s too uncomfortable. I couldn’t take my zip front sweater off. The seats and space are not proportional to humans.

Pros: Thanks for the monitors.

Pros: I like the Airbus models. They offer a bit more overhead storage & the cabin seems a bit bigger.

Cons: Better snack offerings, however I realize it’s a red-eye flight.

Cons: I could not access the games the lady next to me, and others were playing. When I decided to watch movies the earphones were so small they kept falling out of my ears, and I am a small woman. It was a long flight from Tokyo to Dallas, and the lack of diversion became a major irritant.

Cons: Paying $55 for a carry on bag. Totally stupid. its $52 if you check it. No where does it tell you that in advance. Every drink even water you have to pay for. Check in is like a cattle area. Crazy

Cons: The brand new plane is very small and cramped. There is no pocket and the tray table is minuscule.

Pros: When I checked in the website did not indicate any seats had been assigned, nor were any available. But when I went to print boarding passes, my whole family had been assigned seats in the row across. What a nice surprise. Dropping luggage at BWI was really smooth, and attendant printed out boarding passes for us.

Cons: Crew constantly announced for people not to congregate in the aisles waiting for the bathroom. Suggested people wait in their seats until the bathrooms were available, but this does not work unless you give people numbers, and call them up by number. Also, there is no forward indicator when the rear bathroom is available. Seats were miserably hard for a nearly 6 hour plane flight.

Cons: They cancelled my flight last minute because they didn't have enough crew members and the next flight was the following day at 4:48pm and I would've gotten to D.C. At 12:30 am Sunday...never booking spirit ever again. They just refunded me with nothing else....no voucher, nothing. I missed out on my sisters graduation ceremony and got charged for hotel cuz it was last minute

Cons: Crew would not allow rows of two to split and fill empty rows. I am not sure why, but that was really a crappy way to treat over-crowded passengers, also known as customers.

Cons: Good fare??? Well add in $57 carry on charges, $50 checked bag fees, $25 SEAT fee!!!!, $10 to print boarding pass, $3 sodas.... and the flight attendant asking all of us to please set the timer on our phone for 5 hours and 35 minutes so they wouldn't have to tell people 100 times!

Cons: They broke our suitcase on the way to BWI and then damaged it further on the way back. Spirit charges a fortune per pound in overweight and then can't even take care of your luggage properly. The seats are so uncomfortable and don't recline at all. We were delayed for 1 hour because they had an issue printing something for the pilot?! The flight attendants from BWI-Oakland were great actually but from Oakland- BWI they were nasty.

Cons: 1. Hidden fees to choosing a seat -- $18 per flight, not cheap 2. Not able to easily check-in online. It appears that I have to sign up for some kind of account first 3. Seats do not tilt back. Very uncomfortable for coast-to-coast flights, especially redeye. 4. The return flight was delayed for 3 hours. Except for announcements from the podium, no email or text messages/updates before or during the delays.

Pros: It got my to where I needed to go....eventually

Cons: Didn’t like the hidden fees such a buying your seat. Good thing I checked my email the night before and saw that. Flight was delayed 4 times with no explanation. Won’t be booking again with Spirit simply over the hidden fees.

Pros: Great crew. Fairly fast boarding. I guess people just don't bring extra stuff to be charged. I like the smooth and quick boarding. Very friendly agent at the ticket counter. I brought my own food and water. So it's great not to spend money.

Pros: Smooth ride. Got in exactly on time. Extra comfortable seats (big front seats, row 2).

Cons: The cheese on the cheese board is really low quality. Some of the worst I've tried ever. I think they could improve the quality of some of the snacks to match the nice liquor they offer. There should be outleast at least if there is 0 entertainment offered. Since absolutely no wifi or entertainment is available, obviously we are relying on our handheld devices for entertainment on this long cross-country flight.

Cons: Spirit airlines is as cheap as they are on the front end because they have a ton of fees they charge on the backend, and it’s a 100% rip off. Very upsetting to know that the luggage is only 40 pounds And they charge for extra carry-on items.

Pros: Nothing. But it's the cheapest flight, so I can't complain.

Cons: The seats are very uncomfortable. During the boarding, it was totally unclear what is the current zone. When I tried to board they said I should wait for my zone, but there wasn't any information on the screen so it's hard to know, especially if you listen to music and don't hear announcements. Please improve this!

Cons: My Oakley sunglasses in my checked luggage did not make it back from my flight. I should have paid a little more for money for a better airline. I am not a large guy and both of my shoulders were both in my neighbors seats. The fold down tray, my cell phone is bigger. All of my flights were delayed, some more than others. Never again Spirit. Trying to save a few bucks and had to spend $50+ per check bag and lost a $160 pair of shades.

Pros: The stewardess that was serving refreshments threw my pretzels at me and refused to list off drinks. There was no menu in the seat in front of me, so I was curious of my choices. Extremely rude and unprofessional, there is no excuse for the way I was treated.

Cons: The plane we needed for our flight arrived really late so our flight was then of course delayed.

Pros: Not much crew stayed in back almost the whole 6 1/2 hr flight and seemed not to friendly

Cons: It would have been better if they had departed when they said they were going to after a delay. Flight was delayed first 1 hr then two more hours. The airline finally posted that it would depart a 4 PM and we didn't even start boarding until 5PM. Then they tried to rush us on so that everyone was standing on the HOT jetway for 10 min waiting to get on the plane. Plane didn't take off til 5:35 PM. Over all on this trip I had three flights that were delayed. I'll think twice before taking American Air again.

Pros: It was a safe flight back to the Phoenix thank you.

Cons: More ethical vegan options.
