I was told my flight was delayed at 3:40am the morning of my 11:00am flight. My flight was delayed 3 different times. I live far from the airport I flew out of so this was a large inconvenience. We were never even told why the flight was being delayed. My entire 5 hour stay at the airport we were never updated once on the staus of our flight. I was also charged over $100 for just my bags and my seat. $45 for a carry on bag is ridiculous. I paid more for my seat and bag than I did for my actual ticket. Paying $13 to sit in the very last row is stupid. I will never be flying with Spirit ever again. Legitimate robbery. The website and app were also slow and hard to operate.

Hidden fees! We were promised a cheap flight, then last minute charged $400 in baggage fees. Also, the flight was overbooked and we almost got kicked off the plane. I was also promised an email receipt and I never got one. I am never flying Spirit again.

Smaller airports make travel easier, and more relaxed. No frills--to get even water on the flight you'll pay for a bottle. Personnel all tend to be friendly and helpful. With Allegiant I've learned to pack lightly and plan travel carefully. It's been worth it as I have been able to see friends and family more often. We even took an impromptu vacation this year when we found a great deal on airfare.

Extra charges for everything! Asked flight attendants for a cup of water as I was not feeling well and was told I could buy some water. I was also told my carry on was too big when it clearly fit in the container at the check in process.

It wasn’t terrible. It was average.

My television was broken. The seats were smaller than I imagined seeing that it was “even more space”. You would think that the seats would be just a little bigger especially to accommodate someone with some extra package (weight).

Flight attendants were very pleasant.

Well my flight got delayed four separate times. I was stuck in LAX for 3 hours. So much that booked another flight with another airline for the following morning. I had to book a hotel nearby LAX just so I could somewhere to sleep for the night. My luggage made it to Chicago safely, but I didn’t at least not with American Airlines. It took them an hour to tell us that they reassigned the pilot to another flight, not only that when it was delayed the first initial time (40 minute delay) about ten minutes before we were supposed to board they tell us that the flight attendant crew is going to take 30 minutes to get to the gate. Not only but those poor airline service staff were completely unaware of all these changes! They had to find out from the passengers what was going on. Honestly I will never fly with American Airlines ever again!!!

Flights were always on time . Most staff members were friendly. Seats are comfortable. I looove that they allow you a purse and a true carry on .

The check in was well staffed and went smoothly and easily. Loved the large movie selection and picture quality.

Food, comfort, entertainment and treatment by the crew on this flight was spectacular. There was a lot of food, good entertainment and importantly, the seats were wide and comfortable.

Very old plane, 767-300. The bathrooms needed a better and more thorough renovation.

temperature during flight. Freezing then hot, freezing then hot and never a comfortable temp. Food was terrible. Entrees were flavorless and smelled terrible. Time they served food made no sense at all either. Within the hour of getting on the plane, they served a meal which made no sense because most folks ate before getting on the plane. Stewardesses were not friendly (only 1 made me feel valued and welcomed)

This was my first flight with Dpirit Airlines and I was greatly dissatisfied. Here's why: 1. Not easy to pay for baggage online; complicated and time consuming. 2. Not clear when I purchased ticket that I would need to pay for carry on as well as checked, this felt sneaky and dishonest. Be open about charges. 3. Was not given a a boarding pass for second portion of my flight. 4. Seats don't lean back so was not able to rest very well. 5. Bright floresecent lights inside plane unpleasant and also made it difficult to rest. 6. Certain staff were short and unfriendly.

The plane was clean and it didn’t feel cramped. The crew was great and the pilot was even better! I will definitely fly spirit again.

There was no complimentary snacks and you had to pay for your drinks. They also didn’t have any entertainment, but I’m assuming imthe flight was too short for entertainment anyway.

I didn't like my flight either way! Changed gates at the last minute and on the return flight the pilot want to leave 25 minutes early

Delayed, poor info, no snacks, not even water. Lady at gate was rude. And unpleasant. Nobody kept us informed correctly and when we asked we were treated unkindly. Horrible experience with AA. Will avoid

Smooth timely flight without incident.

As retired military we were to have assigned seats since we purchased our tickets but somehow our return tickets separated us by 2 rows & opposite sides of plane. We were supposed to be in an isle seat & a window seat in the same side & row. We do appreciate all Allegiant Air does for the military. Wish all airlines did what they do.

On my flight to Orlando the video screen was broken and I had to figure out a temporary fix so I could see the screen.

Not much food offered on a long flight.

The service on our flight was absolutely amazing, the food was surprisingly great, and the long ride was as comfortable as it could have been in an economy booking.

My entertainment pad malfunctioned the whole time, even after it was reset. Thankfully I had enough things to keep me busy on my own, but it still would have been nice to have.

The staff and crew are extremely polite and focused on good service.

The seats on the Allegiant MD-80 don't recline AND the space between one row and the next is EXTREMELY tight. Much tighter than I have seen in an airline in a while.
