My flight home was the best flight I ever had! My flight to Baltimore was undoubtedly the worst. If I could give advice to anybody flying on Spirit Airlines, I would tell them to pay attention to details. Ask about BAGGAGE. It cost more to carry 1 bag than it cost to carry myself. A little work pn my end might have changed that. I can say, you might be shocked by the discount, but you will make it up in the baggage. One other thing, I'm handicapped, they assigned me seat 31A on the way to Baltimore. I don't know what a febel man with a cane and stressed breathing is told that is a window seat. It is the very last row on the aircraft in a corner with NO WINDOW. I think they could use a lot of work on communication between the ground crew and the air crew. If the ground crew sets you up for failure, the air crew has to try to make for it. You aren't dealing with rats. My flight to Baltimore was the worst I ever had my flight home was the best.

The flight crew on the plane was nice.

The was a woman that was at the airport that was coming to assist once the plane was empty, she was rude and unprofessional to me and my daughter after 2 day of cancelled flights and chaos trying to get home after Irma. The airline broke my stroller. I am still trying to get that resolved. There are rules they are willing to bend at times to benefit the airline, however if you ask for exceptions as a guest they give push back and overall has very little concern about me and a small child getting home.

Flight crew was amazing! Quick, courteous, responsive.

TSA precheck. My reservation indicated it was entered, but it didn't print on the ticket. When I brought this to the attention of Spirit CSRs, The answer was "Yeah, sometimes it does that." Unacceptable. TSA precheck is a convenience for passengers and, more importantly, an added level of security for TSA personnel. Prechecked passengers have already been background screened. These passengers are known safe entities in an uncertain security environment. Each person prechecked is one less security threat TSA needs to assess, meaning TSA can focus more effort on potential threats. Denying a precheck customer precheck status makes everyone's life more difficult. Fix your system, then train employees on how to appropriately deal with these issues.

When the flight was delayed and has a risk to be canceled the desk representative helps to change my tickets to another flight at no extra cost and without any delays. I like this extremely customer friendly service when representatives make an extra step to provide a solution!

Zero entertainment on board. You can't afford anything even at extra cost. I think at least providing a WiFi could be a good option!

The pilot managed the turbulence very well. The TVs were messed up so the flight attendant reset them for us, that was helpful

Have never flew jet blue. The planes interior very outdated and the leather on the seats was ripping. Glad I brought my Clorox wipes. Saw gum stuck to my seat pocket safety guide. Crew from Orlando to Austin was nice but not too attentive. I had my call light on for about 5 min I spilled my drink on my self and needed napkins. I just got up and went to the back and got the napkins myself. They were back in the back talking. Also someone else had there light on twice as long. no one answered. The lady in the front saw it but kept hiding behind the partition and looking back. I guess that wasn't her area.

My flight home was the best flight I ever had! My flight to Baltimore was undoubtedly the worst. If I could give advice to anybody flying on Spirit Airlines, I would tell them to pay attention to details. Ask about BAGGAGE. It cost more to carry 1 bag than it cost to carry myself. A little work pn my end might have changed that. I can say, you might be shocked by the discount, but you will make it up in the baggage. One other thing, I'm handicapped, they assigned me seat 31A on the way to Baltimore. I don't know what a febel man with a cane and stressed breathing is told that is a window seat. It is the very last row on the aircraft in a corner with NO WINDOW. I think they could use a lot of work on communication between the ground crew and the air crew. If the ground crew sets you up for failure, the air crew has to try to make for it. You aren't dealing with rats. My flight to Baltimore was the worst I ever had my flight home was the best.

The flight crew on the plane was nice.

The was a woman that was at the airport that was coming to assist once the plane was empty, she was rude and unprofessional to me and my daughter after 2 day of cancelled flights and chaos trying to get home after Irma. The airline broke my stroller. I am still trying to get that resolved. There are rules they are willing to bend at times to benefit the airline, however if you ask for exceptions as a guest they give push back and overall has very little concern about me and a small child getting home.

Flight crew was amazing! Quick, courteous, responsive.

TSA precheck. My reservation indicated it was entered, but it didn't print on the ticket. When I brought this to the attention of Spirit CSRs, The answer was "Yeah, sometimes it does that." Unacceptable. TSA precheck is a convenience for passengers and, more importantly, an added level of security for TSA personnel. Prechecked passengers have already been background screened. These passengers are known safe entities in an uncertain security environment. Each person prechecked is one less security threat TSA needs to assess, meaning TSA can focus more effort on potential threats. Denying a precheck customer precheck status makes everyone's life more difficult. Fix your system, then train employees on how to appropriately deal with these issues.

When the flight was delayed and has a risk to be canceled the desk representative helps to change my tickets to another flight at no extra cost and without any delays. I like this extremely customer friendly service when representatives make an extra step to provide a solution!
