Though, me and the AA rep., had to cross-run about a mile up and down the escalators at terminal 8 , my baggage was left behind and did not make a transfer to FinnAir 6. At final destination I was asked to file a lost baggage claim. If not the initial flight from Logan, everything should go smoother."

Cons: "Finnair flight AY06 are old aircrafts. Every other in-seat monitor was out of order, flight attendants could not do much. That created mess for passengers, trying to move their seats to the ones with working monitors....."

Cons: "This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight."

There was nobody and the gate, so we were relying on automated notifications from the airline. They kept pushing it later by 30 - 45 minutes at a time. We could have gone to the airport much later but just didn't know that."

Cons: "When I called AA on July 13 because there are no seats left for me to reserve for my ticketed flight home on July 22, they blamed it on you, Kayak, for not having me reserve them when I bought the tickets (tix purchased May 10 for a July 15/July 22 return flight). What is your process for ensuring your customers have reserved seats? I had booked seats for one leg of my flight at time of purchase but not any other legs ... doesn't make sense to me why I would not have done all at the same time unless I couldn't because it was too early? Please advise. BTW - I still don't have guaranteed seats for my flight from Phoenix to Boston on July 22. Any help you can provide is appreciated."
