Cons: "Hawaiian airlines handling of canceling flights due to the virus was not good. They just canceled without notice or help on putting me on another flight home. JetBlue was amazing and took care of everything for me. If it wasn't for JetBlue notification of canceled flights, and a manager taking care of rebooking for me, I would not have made it home to Hawaii. Hawaiian airlines was no help at all"

Cons: "However, the food was meh. Whatever the noodle mushroom thing was... The noodles were over-cooked but the meal itself was just barely warmed. The sandwich later on was great, though, so I guess it's hit or miss. We also couldn't hear the crew's announcements at all. The sound system needs an update."

Pros: "Was surprised to have frequent snacks, fresh water rounds to keep from being dehydrated, pleasant attitudes, enjoyable safety videos that had a sense of humor and kept you watching, great music during wait times, seats in coach that reclined quite comfortably, nice pillows and fleece blankets."

Okay, cool. They put me on another one but didn't allow me enough time or give me a real boarding pass so I missed that one. Then I had to go get another flight that delayed me 4 hours. So I finally touchdown home, yay... NOT. CAUSE I DONT HAVE MY LUGGAGE. THESE INCOMPETENT WORKERS OF YOURS DIDNT THINK TO MAKE SURE MY LUGGAGE FOLLOWED ME. Now alllllllll my summer clothing, souvenirs, bras/undies, etc. LOST. Thanks for the worlds worst travel experience."

Cons: "Were held up by TSA in San Francisco because we were not given receipt for our dog who traveled with us. (We had a 2 hour layover in SF and took dog outside the security area for relief). Then the ticket counter in SF was understaffed and it took a long time to get the receipt printed (Once at the counter the agent was very helpful, efficient and quick). Should have a pet area inside the security of airports, like Palm Springs does."
