Pros: "Delta flights run one time and their fleet seems newer than most with comfortable seating. Having free movies in the seat back ahead of you is a big plus with a good selection of movies. Snacks are good and crew is always friendly and accommodating. We fly almost exclusively with Delta for the aforementioned reasons."

This resulted in appropriate food not being available to the customer on the flight from Boston to Amsterdam. The customer had to literally starve on the flight. 3. The pursers and stewards on the flight from Boston to Amsterdam weren't pleasant and courteous at all. For anything they were asked, their responses ."

This is when they informed me that the flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on the 9pm flight (Mind you, this is 12:30p and I have a 2 year old with me). Cons: "This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight."

In this flight from Boston to LAX - I heard there were 80 Priority checking - are you kidding me. Group 1 does not help if I have 80 Priority seating and one family took 12 people in with one elderly. It's good to place Elderly and Military up front first - but to take the Whole entire family - that's not fair - you have 8 able bodies who should be in line with the rest of the crowd. Also who heard of 80 Priority check ins - normally, that's Group 1. Never flying AA unless I a desperate."

Perfecto flight

Not this flight but the flight down to Tampa was horrible. The lack of prior needed communication was a 0/10! I think a six hour delay is ridiculous in my opinion and could be avoided.

There is no food offered, not only are you not allowed carry on luggage with your flight but the checked in luggage is 10 pounds less than the traditional 50 pound limit. That is very disappointing and certainly compromises the value of the discount pricing.

The seats are small and hard. There are zero frills whatsoever. Everything you can think of costs extra. Beyond that we were surprised at how uneventful and easy the flight was. We only spent 3 hours on the plane (Boston to Florida), if it were more than that I might look elsewhere for a bit more comfort...

Worst airline experience of my life. Do not recommend. News flash: allegiant has never heard of connecting flights. You’re dumb enough to take two allegiant flights on the same day? Well, buddy, get off the plane, race to baggage claim, wait forever, haul your bags to the ticket counter, pay another baggage fee, then get your sweaty butt back in that security line and figure out what to do about the flight you missed. Because allegiant does not check your bags to your destination. It’s their policy. No joke. If you catch a connecting flight, your bags will not. That’s just the allegiant way!

Flight delayed 1.5 hours.

My family in Arizona didn’t have a printer to print our return flight tickets, so I took a screenshot of our tickets on my phone. Apparently, when you go through security they enlarge the QR code, which makes it blurry, so it can’t be scanned. We had to go back to the check in desk and pay $5 for each ticket to be printed. Lesson learned, print out all flight tickets before you leave.

Flight was cancelled because they didn’t have a plane. Waited in the airport for hours after being delayed 4 hours initially. Had to drive 15 hours to Florida. Never flying Allegiant again and will never in a million years recommend this poorly constructed airline.

Cons: "I had flown from Honolulu to Denver arriving at 6:30 am this morning having paid $25 for a checked bag. So had to get luggage and turn right around to check-in for Denver to Cedar Rapids and pay another $25 with the same airline because I wasn't able to check all the way through! So I feel I was charged double"
Pros: "I liked the comfort that the plane gave. I also enjoyed the fact that the crew was all very friendly and kind."
Cons: "There was no music or free tv to watch on flight. There were delays due to high traffic."
Cons: "They had flight delay issues and WE got pushed onto a next day flight but WE had to pay for our hotel when it was their planes delayed!"
Cons: "Our plane was constantly moved around prior to boarding and it was 2 hours late."
Pros: "I originally self checked in for my delayed flight from Boston to Newark, but forgot to add TSA pre check. I went to ask an agent if she could add it, which she very kindly did. She also offered and put me on an earlier flight, which made my day! Thank you!"
Pros: "It appeared as though I would miss my connecting flight and then crew moved me to an empty seat by the door so I could get off to make my flight!"

Cons: "I wasn't allowed to bring in my carry-on luggage I was forced to check it in. We were told the compartments were fall once we boarded there was plenty of space in the luggage compartment it was a bit disappointing. I think the entertainment is overpriced as well"
Pros: "I have no complaints. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Flight left right on time and we even arrived in Cleveland 30 mins early. It was a full flight and was even overbooked, I volunteered to take another flight to provide room but then it turned out I was able to take the last seat. Small but clean airplane."

Pros: "I was so impressed with the captain and flight attendants handling the engine problems we had that sent us back to the gate for maintenance at Boston. They were calm and professional and (as a fearful flyer) I felt confident the captain was absolutely making sure we were safe to progress."

Cons: "Nothing stood out, no one went above and beyond. When boarding, a flight attendant said there was no room in the overhead for my carry on and told me I had to check in my bag. When I finally boarded the flight, there were many empty spaces that could have fit my carry on"
Cons: "Were held up by TSA in San Francisco because we were not given receipt for our dog who traveled with us. (We had a 2 hour layover in SF and took dog outside the security area for relief). Then the ticket counter in SF was understaffed and it took a long time to get the receipt printed (Once at the counter the agent was very helpful, efficient and quick). Should have a pet area inside the security of airports, like Palm Springs does."

Cons: "Flight was delayed due to air traffic control issues so I only had 40 min layover to get to my next gate. Also when we arrived we were on the ground for a long time before we could pull up to gate to unload. I have a 3 yr old & 5 yr old & had to run to make it. We made it but luggage didn't. My first luggage was delivered quickly, the 2nd luggage arrived 3 days after we arrived home."

Pros: "The crew was nice and boarding went smoothly. I'm glad that they now offer complementary small snacks."
Cons: "I can never get the entertainment to work on my personal device and the seating is always tight in economy class."
Cons: "Seats are too close together. I could barely fit my knees in, and I'm not an overweight person."
Pros: "One crew member for the baggage crew was helpful."
Cons: "They lost my luggage which I had to put my medication on. I ended up needing to go to the emergency room to get the medication."

Cons: "Customer service was rude to us about our carry on. It was fine on the way to Boston, but made to pay and check it on the way back. other customers had bags our size but we we're rudely told "you need to go pay for your bag that's it". The bag fit effortlessly in the top on the way there."
Cons: "Delays, had to stay overnight in Chicago since we arrived 6 hours late"

Cons: "The seat assigned online not valid because of change of equipment. Did result in upgrade to business. Very happy outcome."
Pros: "I like how easy it was to check luggage and boarding passes quick service"
Cons: "For reasons known only to them, United managed to separate the reservations of my wife and mine. Having paid for the trip with the Mileage Plus Explorer card, the first checked bag is free for each traveler. At the kiosk check-in at Logan, the machine wanted to bill us $25 to check my wife's bag. It took another 20 minutes to get this rectified."
Pros: "Crew was very nice."
Cons: "Plane aisle was a tight squeeze with carry on bag plus seats were very close together, and I'm a small person at 5'1". Otherwise flight was good."
Pros: "The flight was delayed but the gate staff and flight attendants did an excellent job helping us to get quickly to our connections"
Cons: "Did not like the delay that happened and we arrived 2 hours later. I was suppose to arrive 10:30 and I arrived 12:30. I wasn't able to go to work for that reason."

This trip was by far the best flight I have ever had in my 62 years on the planet. For $49 round trip from Boston to Philly can’t be beat. The staff was super friendly and the aircraft was brand new!

No reclining seats, delay of over 5hrs

Check in was terrible

Flight staff was great! No free refreshments onboard but that was expected. We took off an hour late and waiting for our checked baggage to come around took forever so that was a little bit annoying.

Crew was awesome and pilot was a woman - even better - we need more of those!!!

No food but drinks available to buy. Trip good!!

The black flight attendant with braids is way out of line. She basically assaulted me by running into me like 3 times on purpose after I asked nicely to be moved due the large man in my isle. She told me no, the plane was empty So this should not have been an issue. She also started an issue with another passenger in a racist manner… also just a tip when a flight is empty spread people out a little bit specially during a pandemic. I will never fly frontier nor recommend it again because of that woman.

I paid extra just in case I missed my flight. I did, I missed my flight and then I was told they could not find that extra payment I had paid on Kayak. My money was taken and flight was canceled

They cancelled my departure flight, and the rebooking process was not easy. My returning flight boarded late. You get what you pay for.

This was my firsts time booking through this Airline and NO ONE told me about checking in 2 hrs early according to the phone phone rep or 45 minutes early according to the RUDE rep in the airport either way I arrived at the airport an hour before my flight and couldn’t board!"
Cons: "Frontier could take some time to better inform their first time customers of airport arrival times. I lost my seat AND was forced to book ANOTHER flight for 231.00 because Frontier didn’t think of their customer FIRST! Not to mention that was the ONLY flight leaving Boston until Wednesday"

I was there 45 mins before the flight was supposed to leave at 6:20 because of a flat, otherwise I would have been there much sooner. Then the flight was delayed until 7. I had more then enough time to get to my flight"

Pros: "The two gentleman flight attendants were quite friendly and entertaining. They welcomed every single person with a smile and a greeting. They laughed and joked a bit on the intercom, keeping us entertained while we waited for the flight inspection paperwork to arrive."
Cons: "I do not like that Frontier seems to "nickle and dime" everything. I feel like at least a beverage should be complimentary with my flight, but every single bag, beverage snack comes with a price on Frontier."

We're highly educated competent young women and they treated us like dirt. Then they charged us $99 extra per person. We would have been better off flying jet blue. And we didn't check in because it was an extra $25 fee This is RIDICULOUS !"
Cons: "Small planes/seats, despite open rows in exit isle no one was allowed to sit in them (they wanted to charge $45 to passengers who asked to move). Added $120 worth of baggage fees. Maintenance delay, baggage delay. Just don't ever book this airline, you will regret it."

Pros: "Connecting flight cancelled They don't fly there again for three days. no arrangements with other airlines. Had to buy a new ticket on another airline Hadn't consider the implication of flying a small independent airline when I bought the cheap ticket."
Pros: "The pilot took our safety into account first and foremost."
Cons: "When we rerouted to Kansas City, we had no real information from Frontier. Hours after we landed, a customer/flier called customer service in order to receive any definite information about getting a flight back to Cedar rapids. Different information was given to my parents who were waiting to pick me up in CR. They were forced to find a hotel to stay in that night. This was on Christmas Day. I am still confused as to why we had to land at KCI instead of Des Moines, Madison, Quad Cities/Moline, etc. Plus, it was heavily suggested by us, the customers, that Frontier offer us food after 2 1/2 hours of waiting in the gate we were sequestered to (security had left for the day). We finally flew back to CR at 3:30 AM with a 4:30 arrival time."

Swear I would never fly them again got tricked by their cheap flight now an hour and half flight turn to 4.5 hours and I'm stuck 5 hours away from where I'm supposed to be with no word from Frontier what is going to happen. Cons: "I don't like being nickeled and dimed for every little thing, including picking your own uncomfortable seat and a drink of water. I would rather pay for a pricier ticket upfront. If Frontier wasn't the only direct flight to my most often destination, I would never use it again. I also don't like the limitations in their schedule out of my market."
Cons: "Upon arriving to the airport none of the kiosks were working- very chaotic. A long line prevented us from checking in within the 45 minute timeframe Frontier requires so we missed our flight. Since they don't sister with any other flight companies our options were to purchase new tickets through another airline ($950) rent a car and drive 12 hours to get home ($450) or wait 2 days until the next flight out. The moral of the story is: you get what you pay for!!!!"

Eventually, we found it in front of Delta's baggage claim with no bag on, no indicator (signage) at all that it was part of Frontier's flight."

When you book the flight you are forced to choose a seat and every single seat on the airplane has an upcharge ($5 minimum but a lot more for the front of the plane). They also charge you to take a carry on ($60 at the gate). It was actually more money to carry a bag on that it was to check a bag. They artificially deflate their prices in search engines so they populate 1st and then up charge you when you get to the airport. The planes are dirty, seats are uncomfortable as the arms are still in your way when they fold up. I've now flown 3 times on frontier and the planes had terrible turbulence on the takeoff and landing. I have nothing good to say about my experience. Take another airline and at least you'll be paying the correct price up front, not weaseled into paying more when you check in for your flight."

Pros: "Flight staff was very helpful with my unwell child - they offered concern and checked back with us to make sure she was OK. Staff was the only good thing!"
Cons: "Did not care for the opportunity to pay for everything except maybe the fuel. food, seats, boarding, baggage - unbelievable to me Also found seats uncomfortable, and no entertainment, and overall a bad experience. Did not make the cheap fare worth the hassle."
