Pros: One enthusiastic elderly flight attendant was inspiring to see

Cons: After flight was delayed, I've never had a worse experience with an airline. My final flight leg could have waited 10 minutes and gotten me back on time. Instead there was an atrocious line at customer service, where they finally denied me a hotel room, cot, blanket, pillow...after absurdly allowing a man to cut over ten of us in line simply because he requested a translator. Multiple employees lied/gave misinformation, adding heavily to the feeling that Frontier cares little about customer service. Terrible experience!!

Pros: Crew was great. Plane left and arrived on time.

Cons: Window seats should load earlier so I don't have to climb over everyone.

Pros: An itenirary update ahead of time. We missed our flight.

Cons: I had flown from Honolulu to Denver arriving at 6:30 am this morning having paid $25 for a checked bag. So had to get luggage and turn right around to check-in for Denver to Cedar Rapids and pay another $25 with the same airline because I wasn't able to check all the way through! So I feel I was charged double

Cons: Free food was lacking for a 5 hr flight. Pretzels and a pack of cookies.

Cons: The flight had a THIRTEEN hour delay. The plane was very old and broken (we couldn’t fly because of a broken fuel gauge).

Pros: The gate crew were very responsive and told us accurate estimates about the delayed departure time. They even distributed snacks for us.

Cons: The flight crew was subpar. We had been delayed by 2 hours and they did nothing to assuage anyone’s frustrations. Service was minimal and lacklustre. In flight WiFi didn’t work with any streaming service. Plane was noisy and old. Seat was about worn through. Truly the worst in flight experience I can remember having domestically.

Pros: Boarding, Flight departed on time, arrived early. These all went very well. Give me a flight the boards smoothly, leaves on time and arrives early all the time and that is the most I could ever hope for while traveling.

Cons: Flight was delayed at the gate and no one made an announcement until after the origiNal departure time had already passed and people began inquiring. Then they just called all zones so the boarding line was a mess.

"Customer service" showed no interest in HELPING me, and no empathy when they finally did. They just wanted me to move along. Crew on the flight was fine but the seat was awful. I felt like I was sitting on a bench. But for just $25 more....

Cons: I don't like being nickeled and dimed for every little thing, including picking your own uncomfortable seat and a drink of water. I would rather pay for a pricier ticket upfront. If Frontier wasn't the only direct flight to my most often destination, I would never use it again. I also don't like the limitations in their schedule out of my market.

Cons: I had a tight connection, but made it to the gate in time. I walked down the jetway to what appeared to be a locked door, with no one there to guide me on how to board. It turns out there was a stairwell at the end of the jetway, which was to take me to a bus on the tarmac. This was very stressful.
