Cons: Very courteous crew, very much attentive to the passengers needs. The entertainment has to be improved. Not very user friendly.

Pros: Some crew was attentive, others were not. Piloting was good

Cons: Upgraded seats in the planes, especially business class, seats did not work properly or recline all the way, very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre at best, movie library needs updating. I'm also not sure why an older model of this aircraft is used on such a long haul flight.

Cons: WHEN i ARRIVED AT AIRPORT ON JUNE 3,2019 TRUKISH STAFF TOLD ME YOUR FLIGHT IS NOT CONFIRMED BUT MY FLIGHT WAS CONFIRMED.I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE I AM DISABLED AND LOW VISION.I THINK THIS IS TOATLY WRONG.20 MAY I WAS SICK TRUKISH AIRLINES CANCELED MY FLIGHT BECAUST I WAS SICK.

Cons: They should serve FREE coffee on the connecting flight Dublin to London at 6 am. Ridiculous to make us pay for coffee after a long, international flight.

Cons: Seats were not very comfortable and there wasn’t any room to put things in the space under the tray table. Food was below average.

Cons: Plane delayed at one airport and again for 15 agonizing minutes at Dublin as an Aer Lingus ground crew forgot to turn on a parking indicator according to the pilot. Then nearly missed connecting flight made it by running. Nobody would allow someone to move faster through lines for a connecting fligh

Cons: It was an older plane with no frills. No power cords, tv monitors. The seats were old and didn’t function properly

Cons: More comfortable than I expected for a 6 hour flight. 757 was quite spacious.

Pros: I was surprised that we received two meals and constant drinks in economy. Delta definitely has better hospitality than American.

Cons: The seats were really tight between the rows. The space between the seats on the same row were typical.

Pros: Kind and attentive crew, surprisingly comfortable seats with more legroom than I expected, even in basic economy, a ton of overhead storage.

Pros: We had a Lufthansa pilot sitting with us on his was back to Frankfurt. He was definitely good company and taught us a lot about how the airline worked, his family's history working with airlines, and life stories. The flight definitely went fast thanks to Daniel!

Cons: I cant really say anything bad except for the fact that my luggage was broken but i did go to the counter and the person was very nice and handled the issue very proffesionally

Cons: There is no entertainment which is ok. You had to pay for everything in flight. Their carry on luggage size allowance is smaller than any airline I’ve ever flown

Pros: Nothing! We’re still in Baltimore

Cons: Brussels air cancelled our flight and didn’t rebook us on another until 25 hours later- so we lost a whole day of our trip. They were supposed to email me confirmation of the new flight and did not- I had to finally call Lufthansa to get it.

Cons: It was hard to keep the washrooms clean despite the effort

Cons: departure board listed flight as being boarded and gate closed hour before flight leading to confusion and standing in queue for over an hour, part of food was frozen and inedible, paid for upgraded seat which turned out to be by bathroom smells were as bad as you can imagine

Cons: Surprised one flight that from what it looked to be, once flight took off a older couple came out of the cockpit are and took a seat in business class. I thought I had seen someone in civilian clothes setting in a area right behind the pilots chair. They did return to cockpit area near end of flight

Cons: The snacks that were handed out prior to landing were not very good and it looked as though a lot of people in our section felt the same way. Also, there were a lot of empty seats in the comfort and premium sections, but non of our gold medallions were offered an upgrade.

Cons: Flight was almost an hour late because the boarding process was so slow. They took forever and then literally bussed us to the other side of the airport to the budget carrier side, which wasted more time. Was a bit of a joke really. Served seafood snack, not everyone eats seafood.

Cons: On my ticket I selected the lacto-ovo vegetarian meal and I never received it. I told the flight attendant and he said “we don’t have any more, chicken or fish”. I said “I am a vegetarian” and he gave me a tiny salad, a bread roll, and a chocolate mousse. I was very hungry as I hadn’t eaten in 9 hrs

Cons: Absolutely horrible business class on the A330-343. Honestly, they should be ashamed of flying this airplane. They have four of these from Singapore Airlines and of course on both flights I was unlucky enough to get stuck with it. The cabin looks horribly outdated, is worn out, and smells.

Pros: The entertainment was adequate and there were multiple snacks/meals. The bread rolls were warm. And they provided towelettes for wiping hands after meals.

Cons: The crew could have been more considerate, and the Economy seats were even tighter than usual! There was no leg room and even without the person in front of me reclining, the seat back was hitting my knees. The passenger next to me had longer legs and was much worse off. The food was very poor.

Cons: My bag remained in London during flight change.Have direct flights to avoid such cases.

Cons: No entertainment, limited drink service. Flight was rerouted and very poor reimbursement provided.

Cons: Considering this flight was delayed two and three quarters of an hour, and as we remained on board with no refreshments offered except a small glass of water during this time, it was not a pleasant experience.

Pros: The on flight entertainment was okay. But the headphone jack was faulty.

Cons: It took us about 2 hours since we landed to finally get a hotel for our 13-hour layover. Then the attendant left outside to figure out transportation to the hotel which was an hour away from the airport. The hotel was filthy to the point that I didn't even feel like using their bathroom. Even the flight attendants we're horrible, they never responded to the ask for assistance indicator. I had to get up to get their attention. Never flying this airline again.

Pros: Very old plane, seats not updated and not working properly, food was served once on an 8 hour flight, there was turbulance for over 5 hours consistently, and the pilots did nothing to go around it. As a pilot, i can tell you this can be avoided. Some of the crew were not friendly. Old movie library.

Cons: New and updated plane, especially business class, more trained crew, seats that work and function normally, better and more food, served a light breakfast on an 8 hr flight. Updated movie library.

Cons: Hi the flight from New York to Istanbul was deleted four 4 hours . from Istanbul to Madina it was ok but I didn't may bagages yet.

Pros: Super friendly, comfortable for the long flight, plenty to keep you occupied. Its my 3rd time flying with them and the flight is always smooth. And it doesn't hurt that there is a huge shamrock on the tail wing to make superstitious people like me, feel a little bit better! I will only use them!

Cons: Aer lingus uses double prong headphones which dates the whole experience earphones are uncomfortable and volume is bad. You have to pay for booze in economy for international flight, seats aren’t that comfortable but the selection of movies and tv is good. I will probably look elsewhere next time
