Pros: Nothing really was standing out to like.

Cons: Flight was late by one how which resulted in problems with car rental. Non standard weight limit for checked bag. It used to be ~50lb on all flights, it's 40lb on Sprint. I did not have to pay, it's just more packing effort. Spirit seems to try to sell everything, even if it's included already. To select a seat (any seat) I would have to pay ~$20. If I do not select I'll get it anyway. Seats could not be reclined. No entertainment.

Pros: Flight was on time. Crew was polite.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing for free. You had to pay for a glass of water, tea or coffee. There was no complementary WiFi.

Pros: The pilot came out and made an announcement. It was very nice to see a pilot out of the cockpit talking to us. We had a slightly delayed departure due to refueling issues, but all passengers seemed quite pleased that the captain was visible and communicating this information so clearly and directly,

Cons: I paid $100 for an upgrade on a United which turned out to be the first row, and right beside the rest room (which was erroneously showing as occupied for the first 20 minutes). The traffic made it feel like I was sitting on a bench in Grand Central Station. I chose an aisle seat but ended up mysteriously in the middle seat. I had extra leg room but if I’d eaten the free 5 pretzels I wouldn’t have been able to fit it my seat any longer. The WiFi wasn’t working for the first hour of the flight. The flight attendant got really annoyed when we didn’t look up when he came by with beverages the first time. We all had headphones on and were looking at our personal screens. The activity by the rest room was constant so we didn’t notice it wasn’t just someone waiting for the loo. The luggage took so long to come out I thought my conference would be over before I got it. Overall, I thought it was bad and confirmed why I don’t fly United. Old, dingy planes, poor service. The pilot was pleasant and communicative so there was at least that...

Cons: I could not access the games the lady next to me, and others were playing. When I decided to watch movies the earphones were so small they kept falling out of my ears, and I am a small woman. It was a long flight from Tokyo to Dallas, and the lack of diversion became a major irritant.

Pros: AA flights are always a pleasure. Staff is cheerful despite the early hours I fly out of Philadelphia.

Cons: There is a complete lack of airport personnel at 3:00am and the fire alarm went off and sounded for about half an hour or so.

Pros: The stewardess that was serving refreshments threw my pretzels at me and refused to list off drinks. There was no menu in the seat in front of me, so I was curious of my choices. Extremely rude and unprofessional, there is no excuse for the way I was treated.

Cons: The brand new plane is very small and cramped. There is no pocket and the tray table is minuscule.

Pros: Crew was nice. However the spirit airline attendant at the desk told me to gate check my bag. I stood there waiting for someone to grab my bag for sometime. So I asked the stewardess and she told me just to bring the bag in and put my carry on in the over head compartment.

Cons: However the desk attendant came on the aircraft took my bag out of the overhead compartment. And then left it outside or the plane. I waited at the airport for until 1:30am before I got a confirmation that the back was in fact at Newark still. I had a nursing convention to go to and I had no clothing. So I had to Uber to Walmart than Uber back to my hotel. So I didn’t get any sleep. I didn’t check into my hotel til 4am due to a negligent spirit employee. I paid for the checked bag and there was plenty of space in the over head compartment. She caused me unnecessary stress and an embarrassing morning with my administrators due to my lack of sleep.

Cons: Im paid for confort. But give a economic. Maybe mix with golairline.

Cons: The unfortunate delay prevented me from attending my grandmother’s wake. Fewer delays would be helpful.

Pros: JetBlue voluntarily offered a credit for a <5 hr delay (minimum time that it is required). It was 4 hours and they didn’t HAVE to offer a credit but they did. Also they kept us informed throughout the delay, and boarded the redirected plane quickly when it did arrive.

Cons: Didn’t appreciate the delay of 4 hours particularly during the holidays, but did appreciate how JetBlue stepped up in this situation.

Pros: The crew! The pilot that looked like and introduced himself as Bob Newhart was funny!

Cons: The plane A320 is looking old and the seat cushion are flat as a pancake. No support

Cons: Cleanup didn’t happen from a storm two days earlier. So ATC slowed or cancelled everything.

Cons: Had to sit on the tarmac for 35 minutes because our flight was “randomly” selected to wait because there was too much air traffic over Houston. Result: I missed my connection to my final destination. The airline promised that the other flights were alerted of the delay and that people would be there to assist. May departure gate was literally two gates away from my arrival gate in Houston. No one was there to help. No exceptions were made to get me on the flight, even as it was delayed at the gate for 15 minutes, meaning that they could have gotten me aboard. The whole experience made me very angry. After all this, I had to wait an additional two hours for the next flight.

Cons: As always with American, we take off late - today 25 minutes. Constant announcements disrupting sleep - another common feature. And please don't thank me for choosing American, it's the only option from Philadelphia for the locations I travel to. Recently I traveled twice to Newark (an extra hour away) to avoid having to fly American.

Cons: The flight delay was a hassle especially considering the estimated arrival was almost 1am. No information was provided as to why it was almost an hour late but it made for a super late night. Not to mention the seat was unbearably cramped making for an impossible inflight rest... wait, I just mentioned it

Cons: Spirit is and will always be a last ditch choice if no others exist. No hospitality, no food, no comfort and you pay for EVERYTHING including picking seats, which kills me every time. WHY

Pros: The gate crew were very responsive and told us accurate estimates about the delayed departure time. They even distributed snacks for us.

Cons: The flight crew was subpar. We had been delayed by 2 hours and they did nothing to assuage anyone’s frustrations. Service was minimal and lacklustre. In flight WiFi didn’t work with any streaming service. Plane was noisy and old. Seat was about worn through. Truly the worst in flight experience I can remember having domestically.
