Pros: "Friendly crew, clean plane, loved that there was USB and power outlets in every seat, on time departure and arrival"

Cons: "Probably should split the board group to something smaller than rows 20-32 (too many folks in 3 "lines"), but I was in row 17, and since most folks had boarded it was smith sailing for me."

Pros: "I had an unforeseen challenge as I prepped to move my life from AK to WI. Where upon this arose, I called, and after extensive efforts, she managed to resolve my departure problems. Without going into too much detail, I will attempt to fly with Alaska Airlines whenever I can."

Pros: "The aircraft was comfortable. I just had a standard coach seat and it was as roomy as other airlines premium economy seats. Alaska airlines had reasonably priced food and drinks, and the entire flight crew was friendly and professional. I also liked the free GoGo texting feature."
Cons: "For some reason the airplane left the gate about 40 minutes late. It was also very difficult to hear the announcements from the flight deck. The only announcement that came through loud and clear was the spiel for the Alaska Airlines credit card."

Pros: "First flight on Alaska, fantastic airline! Will definitely fly them again. Friendly crew, good perks, comfortable flight. Highly recommend."

Cons: "One particular flight attendant purposely ignored me when I tried to ask for cream and sugar for my coffee which she did not offer when handing out drinks. Then she looked right at me twice as I tried to give her my garbage which she was collecting, but she ignored me again and left me holding my garbage until a different flight attendant came much later and took it without incident. It made me wonder if it was because I looked Asian- she was helpful and polite to the white women next to me. I was polite and was not being difficult in any way. I'm half white, but was often treated like this in Illinois when I was growing up. She should have been professional and if she had I would have rated the trip as excellent."

They even made announcements about not standing in queue for the restrooms (note- there was no queue, I was waiting for my mother to find her back to the seat). Less than average hospitality."

Pros: "Very professional staff yet personable, helpful with questions r/t the flight. Great flight and great landing! I love that you do not have to pay for every single thing and that the weight limit on luggage is still at 50 lbs! Definitely will use this airline again!"

Cons: "We were delayed, the boarding was ridiculous since half the flight boarded with "priority" and then another 1/4 boarded for their elite and first class, so the rest of us in the back had nowhere to put our things. My husband and I were separated even though I had picked my seats months prior. No seatback entertainment whatsoever for a 6 hour flight. I am disappointed--I hold Alaska to a much higher standard based on past experience."

Cons: "I was not allowed to use the restroom when we still had 20 minutes or so to land. As they were collecting final garbage, the restrooms were locked and I was not allowed to use them. I can understand cutting off the use of them once the flight crew is seated but they were still walking around and I really had to go. I don't recall a warning for this. If there was an announcement it was not audible over the hum of the engine. I'm very dissatisfied about that final part of my experience."

Found that odd for First Class passengers. I had to rush to finish my movie as they had to collect players ahead of landing - found that unnecessary. Then there was delay right before landing."

Pros: "The service crew at the Alaskan service gate were amazing. We showed up 5 minutes post boarding gate close because we had to run back to our hotel to grab a wallet left behind. They waived the flight change and quickly put us on the next flight to the Bay Area asap."

Cons: "We returned to Sacramento, and my bag was "lost". The bag attendant suggested it was hung up on the belt. Our neighbors had to circle the airport while we dealt with her. We went home without my bag. Thirty minutes after we were home, the bag attendant called and said they had my bag. We returned to the airport to pick it up because they could/would not guarantee that it would be delivered safely. The attendant said that it was there on another belt. NOT, because I actually checked before we left. Then, she didn't want to give us the Measly $50 voucher. Ugh, still upset a week later."

Cons: "I didn't realize I didn't pick a seat, so I had to sit in the middle. For a redeye flight, I really wasn't happy that Kayak didn't mention to reserve a seat on Alaska's website or when I checked in to my flight."

Also, if they offer tablets at 8$ for a rental it should be free internet and entertainment with access to all of it. Other than that, good flight"

Cons: "My friend and I didn't get seated together on our flight back from Maui we had to ask ppl to switch seats so we could sit together for our 5 hr flight. We had to turn in our carry on luggage so everyone had space. They tore one of the luggage we had to check in and damage 2 zippers on two different pieces of luggage and stuff inside was damage as well. My luggage was new and it came back with scuff marks all over it. I am not happy about it at all and wanted to complain but after catching the red eye back from Maui we where exhausted and just wanted to get home."

Cons: "It was my 1st time traveling with you and my sister booked the fight. I am disabled I was not told no blankets were offered so I was freezing coming from Hawaii visiting Seattle. I was could not get the attention of anyone and when I finally got attention she very unfriendly. No food and water on this flight because I did not feel good to ask anyone after that."

Cons: "As we were a few minutes from our scheduled boarding, the flight was canceled. The reason we were given was the weather, but the weather was fine in Chicago and it was fine in New York. No other flights were canceled, so the weather excuse didn't hold up. They wouldn't put me on another flight that day, so I ended up leaving the next morning on the first flight out but I was still late for work. They didn't seem to be very accommodating or apologetic and I didn't even offer compensation to those who had to stay overnight to wait for the next flight out. C'mon AA. Step it up! I would think that if you cancel a flight, you should help your customers get home the same day. Do whatever you can. I don't think you did whatever you could for most of us on that flight."

I was extremely disappointed, and even the flight attendant said he had flagged this with his management and they continue to sell those seats as exit row and charge a premium. Very poor business practice on BA's end and will absolutely avoid flying with them in the future."

Pros: "Customer service at American Airlines was amazingly good. They figured out the mess that the third party agent, WEBJET.COM made and fixed it."
Cons: "The third party agent, webjet.com, was horrible. American airlines contacted them several times about canceling the ABQ-ORD flight and they never responded. WEBJET.COM did not put their name on the electronic ticket so I was unaware of who to contact. Finnair was not particularly helpful. They discontinued my chat conversation and didn't have an option to call back so I had to wait for 20 minutes. American Airlines was impressively helpful. They figured out that WEBJET.COM had canceled one leg of our fight and AA.com reinstated the flight. American had also contacted WEBJET.COM numerous times and WEBJET.COM had never responded."

Cons: "My tickets ultimately were booked through Kayak/webjet. I will never book through webjet again. You can't directly speak with an agent. They never sent me my e-tickets. I couldn't download my tickets prior to arriving at the airport. It was super confusing because I couldn't figure out whether I was flying on British Airways or American Airlines. I didn't know what terminal to go to. I finally checked in with American even after they told me to go to British Airways. Next, American said that my booking was messed up such that they couldn't check my bag through. So at Chicago I had to exit the Secure area, pick up my bag from baggage check, check it back in and go back through security. I still didn't have my ticket for the chicago-barcelona leg of the trip. At American, they told be I had to exit the airport again to go to British Airways for the Chicago- Barcelona leg of the trip. Luckily, i asked another agent and she confirmed my flight was though American. It was the most confusing flight experience, I have ever had."

Cons: "Think it is ridiculous that I had to pay so much to select a seat ahead of time, and it was just a regular seat. I can understand for extra legroom or exit row, but for a regular seat, that is ridiculous. Then there was a fee to change priority boarding, so I could ensure I was able to have my carry-on with me, instead of risk having it go underneath. Unable to use the entertainment, as I was unaware had to use my own device, which I had not set up in advance."

Pros: "There was nothing too bad other than I wasn't able to check in online bc our first leg of the flight was operated by American Airlines. But there wasn't anything that really stood out that would make me want to fly them again other than it was the best price."

Pros: "JAL is customer oriented and it's always a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, though the return trip is also JAL, the cabin crew isn't."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for 2 hours and after seated in the AA plane for 2 hours, the flight was canceled because without pilot?! Changed to a UA plane but after seated in the UA plane 1 hour, the plane needed to be maintenanced. Had been changed to another UA plane. After three times into three planes, arrived Chicago at 3:30am without the checked baggage."

Cons: "My flight was scheduled for 5.37pm, but came to the airport thinking that I could get an earlier flight to Chicago and I was there at 1pm, requested for standby status, did not get it because am not platinum of diamond member, asked for $75.00, of course I didn't want to pay and stayed in the airport thinking that my flight would be on time, but it was delayed and delayed and took off at last, saw O'Hare airport but it looks like the pilot could not land it because he did not get the clearance, but as a passenger, I saw the flight going around and around the Ohare area, at least 6 times, then after landing taxing took for ever. I WILL TRY NOT TO FLY IN AA AGAIN."

I had to exit use the external train (which was delayed) and go through the very slow Terminal 5 security. Almost missed my ORD-LHR flight (arrived at the gate after the official closing time)"

Cons: "Our plane departed on time, 6:05 AM. About 6:40 A E turned back towards Boston. There was a problem with the wing. It got repaired. We deplaned. And waited. And waited. Then we needed fuel to be removed. And we waited. And waited. Then we got back on board, got to the runway, and the RIGHT ENGINE didn't start. So they tried to repair it, couldn't (didn't want to fly on that old, broken plane anyway at this point), and we had our flight canceled. All told, I spent 10+ hours at Logan Airport. It was an absolute disaster."

Cons: "This flight was a complete disaster. I ended up b=on a different flight to Newark, as my flight to Chicago got canceled. Then that fight was unable to land, so I spent hours in baltimore, and missed my connecting flight to Brussels. By the time I finally arrived, 4 hours late, to Newark, I had to spend 2 hours in a line to get re-book, for a flight the next night. I was compensated for all this mess with a $10 food voucher, and had to get a cab from the airport to the closest and cheapest hotel. My flight to Brussels was uneventful, save one rude flight attendant, and I got to school a day late."

Cons: "Crew was rude, not just to me, but to other patrons. Flight was packed going and the man scanning boarding passes spoke to those of us asking simple questions as if we were stupid and defiant. Was he a prison guard in his previous job? On the way to Newark, I had an aisle seat. One of the stewardesses blazed by me with a cart ramming it into my shoulder without so much as a, "sorry." I'm not a big woman but maybe as I dozed off I leaned over a bit...There is no way she didn't feel her cart hit me. Rudeness, it seems is a part of the culture at United because the flight attendants coming back squeezed past the long line for the bathroom without saying, "excuse me." They did however, say, "I need to get by," and one of them brushed by the gentlemen sitting next to me and bumped his laptop and coffee. Overall it seems that the crew working these particular United flights have forgotten that we pay hard earned money to fly. Some of us are going on vacation, to see loved ones, and some are flying to deal with unpleasant circumstances. The staff may fly several times a day, but most passengers do not. There's a lot of prep and anxiety, that goes into taking a flight and a surly flight crew multiplies that anxiety. No one wants to fly with a crew that hates their job."

Cons: "Our flight home we couldn't land in Chicago due to storms and diverted to Madison. Sat on Tarmac 2 hours and some passengers from Madison allowed to end journey there. We had to wait for that approval and again had to wait for their luggage to be removed from the plane. My opinion is let them disembark but not the luggage. It was too long to be in that plane"

Then, that flight was canceled but the booked me on another airlines. At first they were going to make me wait another 24 hours until I had told her that I had already did that once. The desk clerks were rude on every encounter."

Pros: "I'm handicapped and the help getting from terminal to terminal. The people were very helpful."
Cons: "I have metal leg braces. I had to remove them to get in the seat. So the flight was uncomfortable. It would be nice if the plane could have handicapped seating.I know I wouldn't have minded paying a little more for comfortable seating."

Cons: "Being grounded due to weather is unfortunate, but the team did so well in managing expectations, it's hard to be mad."

Pros: "When l got to airport I was advised my flight had been canceled. Rerouted on United airlines thru Washington Dulles. Waited on Tarmac 2 1/2 hours due to bad weather, etherwise everything was good."

Pros: "I liked when I got home 12 plus hours later than I was supposed to!"
Cons: "The three canceled flights and 7 delays that I was out through were awful!"

Cons: "We got on board, waited 20 minutes. Capt said it was a bad reverser, and we were waiting on paperwork for 15 minutes. Long story short, they make us leave the plane after 2.5 hours. Then we wait in the airport for another 2.5 hours. I missed my connection and spent 10 hours in Chicago."

Pros: "Nothing!!"
Cons: "Everything. Delays were inexcusable, staff ridiculously unfriendly and just bad attitudes all round. Very unpleasant experience, won't be using this airline ever again."

Cons: "My connection to YYZ was cancelled and I was not even rebooked to the next flight. I needed to buy a ticket on Air Canada in order to get there. Every time I fly United I find myself asking "why in the hell am I flying United?""

Cons: "The seats on the flight from LAX to ORD are built for people who are under 6' tall. You need to disclose the fact that your seats cannot accomodate a person who is 6'2" and 200 lbs. or you will need to accept medical responsibility for the damage done to a persons musculoskeketal system."

Pros: "I know it's some sort of miracle. But there was only 40 people on an airbus. We all had about 3 seats each and we made full beds for ourselves."

Cons: "Boarded and left late for many to miss connections. No real help to get to new connection both on plane and off."

Cons: "VERY UPSET THAT MY FLIGHT WAS DELAYED AND I MISSED MY CONNECTION AS WELL AS MY LUGGAGE DID NOT ARRIVE IN LONDON UNTIL YESTERDAY-June 18 after leaving Oklahoma to London on June 14 also my luggage was damaged when it was finally delivered here in London... Broken wheel and zipper!!! I also had to go out and buy a pair of pants, shirt, socks, underwear and a jacket for meetings on Thursday and Friday."

Cons: "Held up at check in because of understaffing. Long TSA line. When we finally got to gate wouldn't let us board. Then agent was extremely rude about putting us on a different flight. Have always flown Delta and am sorry I ever strayed. It will never happen again."

Kept changing gate numbers causing me to walk all over airport while having severe knee pain!! Very upsetting and painful"

Cons: "Instead of pretzels they handed out ranch flavored items; I have food allergies to seasonings. I prefer just plain pretzels"
