Worst flight ever. I was suppose to have a 3 1/2 hour layover in Chicago but got to the gate 4 minutes before boarding.
The comfort of the seats was great, the crew eased my child’s anxieties and the fact that I had full cans of my beverage choice was great.
My flight got switched and my prepaid bag didnt transfer over properly so I paid to check ANOTHER BAG. I was placed in a middle seat and it was just miserable. At least it was a bulkhead row so I had legroom. The flight just never seem3d to end
4 hours late, including over +1 hour waiting in plane to take off. Baggage left behind too.
Sat on the ground in Cincinnati for 50 minutes before deplaning
Flight from Miami to Lima was very good, like the free WiFi to get movies and TV.
While waiting to claim my checked luggage, I discovered the airline had lost it. After a long wait and inquiries, I discovered it was on another flight. Fortunately, the airline finally sent my luggage home.
They should have MSNBC available on board. A 4- hour flight should provide more than a cookie.
Crew should be nicer and emphatic with customers. Same cookies as the past 20 years. Seat are ok and the plane was clean though it was delayed.
No food offered, just chips. Crew was no nice. I had to Stand up and ask for a drink. Even for a midnight flight I have had better experiences from another airlines.
I think the staff was nice. They took time to explain safety protocols. Boarding was great. They started early and our flight left a little early which was convenient. Having free games to play would have been better
One restroom was unavailable/closed on both routes, going to Charlotte and coming back to Detroit a week later.
it was a quick trip. seats aren't that comfortable but because it was a quick trip it was ok. You need to have an N/A in your rating as I didn't have any food or entertainment so the only thing I could do was score low.

Bad experience. Unhappy with the changing of flight times and one particular flight attendant (Bartholomew) on our flight from Orlando to Detroit. Traveling with a large family of 7, including our 18 month old, can be arduous but when the airline changes your flight time from landing at 9:30 pm to landing after midnight, this becomes much more difficult. When our 18 month old was predictably over tired and fussy, my wife and I tried to move to an open row so we can console her more effectively. The flight attendent rebuked us and said we could not sit in an exit row. We were not planning on sitting there for more than a few minutes but just to have space to console our screaming 18 month old. Spirit did not allow for a family friendly trip. Likely will be choosing a different airline next time.
Pl meed tp make proper accom for all pets and owners by placing them on a section to accommodate human animal allergies and give up a few seats YWS ACCOMMODATIONS SHOULD BE MADEBY THE AIRLINES and not pushed off to another paying customer that has to sit in fear or by being touched by someone elses animal.
For a round trip ticket costing US$460 extra, I did not get priority boarding, hence people took my overhead luggage space, the steward almost threatened me when I told him to remove the suitcase that was there. Airport staff in USA and Colombia, are NOT flexible or helpful when you pay extra, and look away or walk away when you want a correction. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: Ads say "wine and dine" when you pay extra, NOT AT ALL!!! you get ONE alcoholic drink, ONE soda, and as much popcorn and/or nuts as dinner on a long trip. MORE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: out of 4 legs on my trip ONLY TWO had WiFi, and there is NO movies nor magazines on board, so why do you ask about entertainment? ... If it was not for the fact that you are the only choice for trips to many destinations from Newark Airport, I would never fly with you! ... How about a refund for the extra money paid to make my trip bearable, was, in some ways worse than if I had just flew coach! ... YOU ARE BANKRUPT, DO BETTER, EARN RESPECT AND TRUST
Nothing I liked. Seats uncomfortable child behind kicking my seat entire flight. Delayed. Couldn't get free glass of water
It was smooth. It’ll always be annoying that nothing is included in the booking (seats and bags particularly).
