As always, Copa Airlines is great to fly on. The flights are always on time, the staff are pleasant and helpful and it's always a wonderful flying experience.
Cops Airlines is fantastic! The level of care and professionalism provided by the entire crew was top rate.

The flighr attandants were very rude they ignored me didnt offer me anything to drink throughoit the 4 hour flight i feel i was targeted and ignored because i was a darkskin latino man.
I selected first class expecting excetional service. It was mediocre at best. The food service was cold, meal choices was poor and on one leg they did provide dessert. I did enjoy the lay day seat but the movies were old and nothing current. Boarding the plane is always hot. So boarding is quite warm until your in the air. I took a small personal air fan. Update the meals and movies.
Did upgrade, travel in business it was great (more room I could sleep)
Had to go through security at the gate again. Had to take off shoes and go through the whole thing again even though we have global entry. They asked us to check in items bought at duty free during our layover and since we checked our luggage at the original departure airport, they forced us to check in a small backpack. None of this ever happened with other airlines. In addition, no vegetarian food option and no snacks during a 7 hr flight. Luggage limits are unusually small. This is unacceptable. Will NEVER fly Copa again and will tell friends and family to avoid this airline.
We didn't take off until an hour after we boarded.

Flight from Miami to Lima was very good, like the free WiFi to get movies and TV.
While waiting to claim my checked luggage, I discovered the airline had lost it. After a long wait and inquiries, I discovered it was on another flight. Fortunately, the airline finally sent my luggage home.
Flight delays numerous times. Everytime we would get close to boarding it would be delayed again. Strung along the entire time.
This flight never occurred because AA couldn’t get their act together.
Flight was good & early meaning the gate was changed. With gate change there were no wheelchairs & the gate attendant left without making sure wheelchairs were coming to the changed gate. I had to go to another attendant at another desk to get this done.
Everything was great. I liked the text updates so that I never miss a gate change & I have all the latest info.
I don’t usually fly budget airlines or airlines in the United States. It was as good as any other airline. The seats are comfortable and the airline attendants are not rude & surly. Very nice flight (s).

I paid extra for a seat closer to the front. The TV didn’t work at all for the entire flight. Would have been nice to know before I purchased an “upgraded “ seat
It was great. I had never flown on JetBlue before, but would be very happy to fly with them in the future.
My JetBlue experience was nice. The flights ran on time, the aircraft was clean and comfortable, and the flight attendants were attentive. My only issue, which is isolated to the low-cost (budget) option at JetBlue, is that the check in process makes the user feel that they have to buy their seats. The seats offered for purchase are upgrades from the budget seats you get (which are essentially the last seats remaining). The interface should not make it feel like you must purchase a seat.
I especially liked the lead crew officer. His boarding and safety announcements were made with a bit of novelty and humor. The flight also left the gate 10 minutes early and we landed about 20 minutes early… It was a delightful flight…

The check in is the only positive thing in Avianca. The seat is the most uncomfortable I have traveled, the distance is minimal.

And you guys charge $130 for a carry-on did they wanna let me in with my carry-on that I travel everywhere with the luggage you guys are such a dog thank you

Late departure. When the flight arrived in Medellin the plane sat at the gate for 20 minutes waiting for a bus for us to get off the plane.
i think the flight was late because they were so strict about measuring everyone's personal items to try and charge them $119. It was really petty and made us late.
Cheap flight but really uncomfortable. Seat cushions flimsy. Jammed in middle seat when flight is not full. They don’t even give you water

My initial flight got overbooked whilst waiting at the gate, and they rebooked me on a later INDIRECT flight!. No offer of a refund
I like everything, my only draw back is us having to purchase the snacks and even water on the flight while the other airlines are offering it to us in flight

When I got to the airport I had a message to say that the flight was delayed and would be getting into Fort Lauderdale at 10 pm. My connecting flight was due to leave around 10:10 pm so there is no way I would have made the connection. I went back to the Spirit desk and tried to explain this to a desk agent who didn't understand. Eventually her supervisor came over and explained it. The desk agent was unhelpful and only offered options that would have required getting a hotel overnight. She offered no hotel or meal vouchers and when I said that it seemed my only option was to go to another airline she told me I needed to make a decision because they were closing the desk and would not be back till 3 pm. I went to Delta and had to pay extra but they could help get me back to Orlando. I now have to file a claim against Spirit and I am just glad I paid for insurance. Very unhappy and very poor service.

I missed my connecting flight from MBJ to IAH via FLL. The plane was late to arrive to MBJ and the crew has a very slow turnover. (Low energy, lacksdasical team and then waiting for baggage to be loaded long after all passengers were seated.Claiming baggage in FLL took over 35 minutes. It was a train wreck.
Everything was fine. I'm average height and I pack light. I'm ready for my Spirit flight.
The flight was canceled leaving us scrambling to find another airline. I should have known not to trust Spirit
