Pros: I liked that there was food available and that they offered complimentary snacks and drinks. Some of the crew members were nice and offered good service. I liked that they offered some type of entertainment and free wifi.
Cons: I didn't like that some of the crew members were not very nice. I also disliked that some of the crew members drove the food/beverage cart violently through the isles and saw as one of the crew members rammed into another person's leg, to only say "oh sorry" and kept on going. This same crew member missed picking up the trash from an entire row and was throwing trash on the floor. She was more interested in caring for a baby on board (not sure if it was her daughter or family member) than the rest of the passengers. I also didn't like the seats were so close to each other, the person in front of me almost hit my face when he reclined his seat all the way back. There wasn't much room to breath let alone stretch.
Pros: Air NZ is fantastic start to finish and airport security doesn’t make you take off your shoes in the airport. Flight was on time start to finish.

Cons: After scanning boarding passes at gate, flight crew required us to show them again at the plane door. We had already stowed our phones, as I think others had. Minor issue but caused what seemed like an unnecessary backup at the cabin door. Our other domestic Air New Zealand flight didn't require it.

Cons: I was very close to my neighbor and didnt even feel comfortable to get up and go to the bathroom because I didn't want to wake him.
Pros: Everything was barely adequate. All the flights on this trip was substandard. Planes seemed old and dirty. Really disappointed.

Pros: Good food and snacks. Great boarding and off boarding experience. Appreciated the help by Qantas ground crew who helped me with my wheelchair in Sydney.

Cons: Too dark to see to get into my carryon and then lost something out of it but couldn’t see it
Pros: Best food and flight service EVER. Loved the net leg rests, pillows, blankets, entertainment selections
Cons: Seat arms didn't fold completely back between seats.
Cons: The sound at my seat didn’t work so I had a a 14 hour flight with no soundtrack. I watched one Japanese movie with subtitles and then gave up

Pros: In flight crew did an excellent job as well as the check in at Honolulu international airport except for that one lady with that birth mark on her face. She needs to cheer up more and be less grouchy

Pros: I traveled with my 4 children and my husband. Out of Honolulu the flight is scheduled very late so i had extemely exhausted children. The gate agents were so very helpful and so compassionate, especially because my 4 month old baby was crying. They stepped up and helped me with my other kids as my husband was out looking for water to make a bottle for him. Awesome awesome service! The crew was very nice and helpful when we were all sleeping. Did not bother us once and they let us sleep. Unfortunately I did not try their food service but my husband said it was delicious. The only thing was that they only offered a couple of movies via some small screen at the ceiling of plane making it hard for my 5 yo daughter to watch anything ultimately relying on their tablets which dies early. Overall, from check in to touch down, it was a very pleasant flight! Oh! And the blankets were so soft!!
Pros: Ilana, the attendant at the check in was so amazing!!! She went out of her way to find our friend a seat close to us. We just loved everything and everyone about Fiji airways. THANK YOU!!

Cons: with 39 passengers on a 60 persons flight the following annoncement came up: we need 5 volunteers or we leave 524kg of baggage we have to leave here. Than the locals started to bribe the personel... we have no idea if and when our stuff arrives...
