I'm glad it wasn't only 75% full because I could get a good seat

We waited in the airplane for over 45 min for a southwest employee to make the flight. This cause over half the plane to miss their connecting flight in Denver. When we confronted the desk upon arrival, they told us the only flight they had was the next day leaving at 8:50 pm!!! Or they offered to get us to Burbank or LA, but after that we were on our own to get back to Santa Barbara. I paid for a flight from sba to bna bna to sba. My re entry into mom mode has been 💯 rough because of southwest mistake with my flight. And now I’m leaving to Reno tomorrow for a vballl tournament and just discovered that my leg in Vegas has me and my 3 kids on a stand by flight even though I had booked these ticket last year November!! Do better southwest!

It was as expected and I was grateful for the wheel chair help and ease of use.

Still need to work out the kinks on the new assigned seating boarding process. Otherwise, a very good flight.

Okay, not wonderful. Short flight. Wi-fi didn't work properly. Stuck waiting for a gate to open upon arrival for 20 or so minutes.

Worst experience I had on Southwest. Still better than most, but the seating was barely tolerable.

Tight seats. Be prepared to sit in the middle if you are in boarding group C.

This was a connecting flight for me and I had already traveled for 7 hours. First, the Pilot didn’t show up and then the gate changed twice, after which the flight was rescheduled for 2 hours later. This made me late and I had to make other transportation arrangements to get home to Astoria another 1 hour & 45 minutes away. This cost me $250 more than it should have. Will not fly southwest again.

Long layover in Chicago. Wish that could have been lessened.

I generally like everything Southwest. But my seat, the window and the table were dirty. The table was covered in body hair and I asked the flight attendant nicely a couple of times for wipes (before service so that I could use the table). I had to ask a few times during and after service again, and she brought them over after I had finished my drinks. Can you keep a bunch of wipes available as we board the plane so that we can clean our areas ourselves? Very little service is expected of the flight attendants on board. But if this is so hard, then I'd prefer to just grab what I need as I'm boarding so that I can take care of things myself. Thanks!
