Didn't make the flight because the flight to London was cancelled.
Once we got flying, everything was fine.
Gate changes had passengers walking from one end of Terminal 3 at O'Hare to the other twice.
Friendly flight attendants and nice to kids
Being held inside the plane for a total of 5:30 hours before taking off. Even if there were several concurring factors, it it necessary to find a better procedure in order to avoid keeping passangers inside a plane with the prospect of taking off in the next half hour repeated every half hour! For the ones of us traveling with children it is even worse, and becomes a real nightmare.
Diverted and delayed. Got home 8 hours later then I should have.
Friendly attendants, plenty of coffee. Great service.

The flight was practically empty!
Paid for comfort, Delta offered free drinks to everyone. Unfortunately though the flight attendant did not bring us the alcohol we ordered and mixed 3 different kinds of whiskey into two glasses! We always are given our bottles separate from the mixer. Oh well. Did to being in so late it took us an hour to get a cab in Detroit.

The staff put on a smiley face despite the delays and upset passengers.
Delays from an earlier flight getting in and then maintenance delays. It was an overcrowded, uncomfortable flight. We didn't even get an apology from it being over 40 minutes late. Then you want us to buy tv? I'm thinking of flying Jet Blue next time!
Flight 1039 dec 16 was delayed due to late inbound arrival to Aruba. United gave the reason "delayed Maintenance" which United denied as mechanical failure. We missed connected flight to Albany. United gave us only option: morning flight to Washington and then To Albany which is inacceptable option. We took rental car. Also: Workers at Newark do not coordinate. Super Slow and give disinformation.
Flight was on time.
Long flights should have something edible.

Food was somewhat disappointing. Ordered a gluten free meal which somehow turned into a vegetarian meal - that was disappointing.
I was put up in a hotel
I never received my luggage. I waited hours and Swissport never filed a report. I did see the Brussels flight I should have gone on did depart late. But as I was waiting for luggage and they gave me a hotel room I hadn’t checked the screen. I was most concerned of the person travelling to pick me up in Bordeaux as it is a journey for them as well
