My flight crew. Received call concerning my bag in Atlanta, although I was still in Denver.
Long line to check in, anxiety about missing flight Had to pay for my carry on Missed my connecting flight, announcements were not clear Was told I to pay a rebooking fee for a flight two days later Frontier does not offer stand by Spent $285 with another airline to get to Atlanta on time
Flight was delayed
The poor way they handle things when the system goes down
I liked that the staff was friendly and the tickets were affordable
I didn’t like that there was no complimentary food or beverage options.
2.5 hours delay is what I didn’t like
Got me to where I'm going safely. Crew was nice.
Flying is painful
I liked the way the AA gate supervisor too charge of the problem and solved it, with great deal of personal imvolvement and follow up. Also check-in crew was very much the best. I would say that AA showed the best of passages care to me. Truly outstanding.
Because of a mixup, though not of AA doing, I was literally forgotten at the gate. However, AA personnel showed the very best of can-do attitude and got me home for Thanksgiving. I am very proud of everyone working at AA at the TPA airport.
seat and seating was nice, boarding was efficient, movies okay
while the dinner was okay, the stromboli which came as a snack of sorts was terrible and caused me to be "on the run" for the next 12 hours. the last five hours of the flight and then at home were awful

I know this isn’t Kayak’s issue but American Airlines literally forgot to put fuel into the plane. We were delayed for over an hour and luckily I made my connection in Charlotte but only because they held the flight and it was not full. Had it been full I would have lost my seat.
