Provided incorrect boarding time 4. provided incorrect information to pickup luggage in CDMX"

Cons: "if you choose a seat in the last row, they will move you so that the crew can take breaks there and relax. I think its totally unprofessional to see crew eating food from first class right next to you, while you didn't even get a meal choice because you were in the last row. Also, some of them heat up their personal food which makes the cabin smell. If you had a mediocre pasta dish because there was no chicken left and then you start smelling chicken after, it's really not nice."

Pros: "we flew clase premier and really enjoyed it. there was cheese and wine to start, then a chicken breast with potatoes along with a courgette salad and then asparagus on the side. the movie selection was good, the seats were comfortable... we were very happy with it."

Cons: "Aeromexico did not offer alternative accomodating flights until I waited about 40 mins to take to a supervisor/manager. Then the agent I was dealing with suddenly called herself the supervisor. Only then she was able to put me on a 7am flight with 2 additional stops to make it home in the evening."

Pros: "The flight was comfortable, there was variety in the entertainment options, and there was a vegetarian food option (pasta) available without having to have requested it, which I always appreciate."
Cons: "I think the first piece of checked luggage should be included in the price of the flight."

Cons: "There was no air conditioning the whole flight. It was warm, this have never happened before."

Cons: "My husband’s wheelchair was returned to us bent and disassembled. The crew at Logan and the airline ground crew could see us struggling to put it back together and then to fix it but offered absolutely no help until the very end, when we had already gotten the chair to a workable state and help was no longer needed. The crew in Mexico was not helpful upon boarding either, I had to take my husband down the ramp because there was no one to help us. We had no such problems in our outgoing flights so were surprised at the lack of care and utter disinterest on the way back."

Missed the flight and Aeromexico made us pay to grab another flight while it was Aeromexico personel that refused to allow us in even though it was not yet departure time and said plane doors were closed."

Cons: "Rude staff, didn't translate announcements to English, uninformed staff -- when asked questions about the constant delays, had no idea where the plane was, if it was coming, or if the flight would be cancelled. We were at the airport for four hours not knowing the situation or whether we would get new connecting flights that we had missed due to delay. We ended up going on the delayed flight and getting new flights at the next airport because the staff was so uninformed."

I am very upset cause Iberia did not even provided any good ground help in Lisbon - Portugal, with the most rude personnel I ever had to deal with that was actually annoyed I was complaining they lost my luggage, they offer no assisatance."

Pros: "What I absolutely adored is that I left my phone in Philly, and the gate agents put it on the next flight up to Boston. I picked it up from American Luggage Services in Boston the next day. Priceless!"

Cons: "The flight didn't board until an hour and a half after the original scheduled time, and despite boarding quickly, we didn't take off for even longer. Because of the long wait, it would have been nice to have been offered a snack in addition to the beverage that was served during the flight."

Pros: "Very comfortable flight. All I did was sleep and watch movies, it was great."

Cons: "The flight was delayed by 15 minutes. We had well over an hour to go have dinner, so we did. While we were gone, they moved our flight to another gate and left no sign behind-just an empty gate. Nobody, including AA staff at another counter would tell us whether we missed our flight. A passenger getting on another flight overheard us and told us what happened. When we found the right gate, I told the attendant that they should have left a notice on the digital board at the previous gate. He became very effeminate and gave me a piece of his mind, since he had "personally" made the announcement. It didn't matter to him that we weren't there to hear it. That was our problem. The flight was delayed even longer after we boarded because of a fuel gauge issue, and when a few passengers moved about to use the restroom or get belongings out of their luggage, the female attendant on board scolded everyone like school children. We finally got home, an hour and a half late."

Cons: "I arrived at the airport 2 hours before my flight as suggested (especially during busy summer travel), boarded the plane, and waited on the plane for about 55 minutes for 4 people who were late to make the flight. This was announced to us as we sat down. I've only ever been late once on a flight (as a teenager) and the plane was still at the terminal but the gate was closed.... I was told there was no way they were opening the doors for me. Since then, I make it a point to be early and if necessary, have plenty of time between connections because of delays. I was shocked waiting almost the same time as the length of the flight for a few people who were late. They could have been placed on a later flight (I saw there were plenty of flights). Also, why trouble the majority of travelers for a small minority? I haven't flown American in a while because of other past experiences and spent a lot of time looking at delay history for this particular flight before giving AA another try. I am once again reminded of why I avoid traveling AA and why other people speak poorly of it. PS In the future, give travelers timely, honest updates so that people aren't siting in their seats staring at the door for an hour waiting for someone to walk in so we can take off. I don't know who these people were, how they were connected, and what kind of money they paid you guys but it was all around unprofessional. I know I wasn't the only unhappy traveler. Please get your act together American, you used to be great."

Cons: "The 7:00 flight was delayed for an hour and then delayed for another 2. Meanwhile, the 8:00 flight was called for boarding. It was very frustrating. Those of us who got in line quickly were able to fly standby on the 8:00 flight. I felt the airline did not treat us honestly. I believe the reasons for the delays were known long before the delays were communicated to passengers. (For example, there was a new delay announcement at 8:00 for a flight scheduled to leave at 7:58). Had we been informed earlier, people could have made alternate plans if they wanted to do so (e.g. Rent a car or reschedule for the next day.)"

Cons: "Even with being checked in, the line was so long to check bags, it took over an hour. I had to run to catch my flight. Several people missed their flight. It was an 8 hour flight, with cramped seating, no internet, no TV. They ran out of meals with exception of vegetarian."

Cons: "Booked Brittish Air. Got switched to American. Have flown both in the past & would NOT have chosen American. Now, we will not choose Brittish Air either, as we can't be sure we are really going to get the high quality of Brittish air or substandard American Airlines."

Cons: "When we got off the plane in LA from Sydney they told us our flight to Boston was cancelled, and the next avail option home was in 12 hours. We spent two hours with them and on the phone trying to work out different options to get home sooner, when they brought the flight back again, cancelled it again and then eventually brought it back. The customer service agent on the phone said the flight was on, while the agent on the ground said it was cancelled. They were all confused. Caused an unnecessary amount of stress and work. Would make me think twice about ever flying with American again"

Cons: "Exchange students returning home to France were more interested in sitting with their friends than sitting in their assigned seats. As a result, our (2) originally selected, opposing seats on the aisle were not available without a fight--which we declined to enter into--and settled instead for an aisle seat and an adjacent center seat."

Cons: "Pandamonium boarding process. If you're traveling with elderly, you need to pay for priority boarding to help them get on the plane at a pace they can sustain. There was a bad sewage smell on the plane. No in-flight entertainment, not even music. Very unfriendly gate agents; won't even acknowledge your alive as they take your boarding pass. I hate flying American Airlines. Flying is lousy these days. American takes it to a new level."

Flight crew was indifferent and would not collect my trash (drink cup, purchased food box) for almost two hours. the purchased food, vege chips and hummus, was skimpy and outrageously priced. I feel their attitude toward me was the same as a passenger gets on the average subway car."

Cons: "The crew at the gate seemed a bit short and flustered. The gate area was chaotic and crowded. Not a good way to go into a red eye flight."

They never got me home, and refused to refund my for my trip..absolutely dispicable, I am never flying AA again and I am NEVER using KAYAK again for doing business with such a revolting company, this is the last dollar of mine either one will ever see!"

Cons: "Packed light with no toiletries in our carry on to avoid having to go to baggage claim. They announced anyone in groups 3 or 4 had to check their bags. We checked our bag, boarded the plane, and there was PLENTY of overhead space. Wasted 35 minutes at baggage claim."
