Our plane delayed so we arrived late at Tokyo causing to missed our plane connection then the crew helped us( very accommodating) for our transfer from Narita international airport to Haneda International airport with Limo bus, 1 & 1/2 hour ride with our luggages and waited for 8 hrs to be on board in a different airline."

Cons: "The boarding was terrible. They called for groups, asked everyone to form 2 lines, but after the lines were formed, closed one boarding lane. Some people were late to board for first-class, causing even more boarding delay and chaos. There were 5 crew at the boarding gate just standing and watching. I selected a seat closer to the rear of the cabin, which received much worse attention than any other flight with ANA. I didn't get asked for a drink until very late, and the second time around there were almost no drink selections available. My seat was also broken and would not recline. Aside from the actual airline, the passengers in the rear were very inconsiderate. There was a big family with several children running around/crying/playing with seat-back trays the entire 11+ hour flight. Again, this is not entirely the fault of the airline, but it was a discomfort."

Cons: "My only question is???? When I went to Mexico City from Yangon my baggage was 32kilos. When I came back my baggage was for 23 kilos. I had to pay for my extra weight. I didn't understand why the weight change????"

Pros: "The quality of your aircraft. Clean, modern, plenty of leg room. The check in agent in Manila, Arnel (or maybe Armel) was especially helpful and accommodating."
Cons: "Pax are advised to show up at least 3 hours before flight. My wife and I showed up 3hrs 45 min before takeoff. There were perhaps 40 to 50 people already in line ahead of us. But no checkin counters were open. The first check-ins began 3 hours prior to take off. By that time the line was backed all the way out into the main corridor. It would be MUCH better for ANA and the customer to begin the checkin process 3.5 to 4hours prior instead of 3."

Pros: "As my other flights with them, the crew is so friendly, the planes are nice and pretty good movie selection. Also nicely organized and they apologized profusely for the hour delay. I wish all of the American airline companies would learn from them! Great beverage service too, even when people are sleeping they quietly come around for us who are awake."

Cons: "They didnt want to board my twins and I early so we blocked the aisle as i got them sorted. I had to sit over the aisle from my children as it was a 2 2 seating but the staff didnt seem to pursue where their mother was even though i was 1 row back. They didn't need me but i thought they should have at least enquired as to where the parent was of 2 11 yr olds. They were also curt trying to rush us off the flight as my daughter was trying to locate a lost item as we arrived. She has limited sight and we need time to get off and to find things.... given she has lost an iPad, and very expensive reading glasses and other things on the trips that span 24 - 36 hrs."

The flight attendants were caring and offered great service. The entretenimient system on board was easy to use and had a large library of movies."

Pros: "Since I am a Silver Medallion Skymiles member, I asked about an upgrade. All seats in First Class were taken, but the agent at the gate seated me in a seat in the front of coach with more legroom (comfort plus? I don't know what they call it). That was great!"

Cons: "The seats were so tight that even average size people had trouble getting their seats back a little. Somehow kids were placed in exit rows and seat exchanges had to be made. They ended up in my row. One piece of my luggage showed it was available at the conveyor but couldn't be found. It delayed our long day and was frustrating to think it was missing. No distinction where Delta has it's gates in Mexico City."

Cons: "Paid for Comfort+ at the Kiosk. My app said I had a Comfort+ seat, but at boarding found out I had two (yes, two) non Comfort+ seats assigned to me. Had to call and tweet to get my payment for Comfort+ back. All in all a very poor showing for Delta's seat assignment and reservation system."

Wish we could have gotten it at the start of our trip, because the people at the counters in Mexico city sent us to like 3 different counters. 2 aeromar counters and one delta. Things were not clear about this flight by aeromar operated by delta..."

Cons: "On the first leg of my trip, the time shown on the boarding pass was the time I needed to be at the gate. For this leg of the trip, the time on the boarding pass was the time the plane left. I arrived at the gate at the time the boarding pass said and the plane had already left. I am traveling to my father's funeral and the only option I had was to rebook for an additional cost of $600. Extremely upset."

Cons: "Terrible rude service, nobody could help me when I had all the following problems: -I didn't get the seats that where chosen and confirmed on ANY of my FOUR flights. -In my connecting flight to LA in mexico they made me go out of the connections area and re-check back in (as if I was checking in from my flight in mexico, which I had already done in Peru) and get searched again just to drop off a fragile bag. -Connecting flight to LA in Mexico they wouldn't let me take my carry on as a carry on even though it was within the size and weight, which I had carried on flight in my other three flights already with no problems. OVERALL GARBAGE"

Cons: "Aeromexico tried to take each penny from you. They even tried to charge me for the second connection check-in luggage for a connection flight from South America (2 check in luggage allowed). Airport is a mess, service, food are poor, crews are not as professional compared to their US counter part."

Cons: "I travel in 4 AeroMexico flights, and in all of then they needed to check passengers carry because they run out of space in the cabin. If you are boarding in group 5 be sure you will not find carry on space."

The flight was fine dispite the lack of entertainment (TV, phone/tablet charging station) you can use your own device most of the time, as long as the divice has plane mode function."

Cons: "When we arrived we were told that the entire plane's checked luggage had been decided to NOT be sent on that plane. They said that we could have it delivered to out hotel, except they refused to send it to our hotel because it was an hour away. That's not our issue, that's YOUR issue. So we had to wait at the tiny airport. They told us it would take an hour.... it ended up taking THREE HOURS for our luggage to arrive on another plane. Absolutely horrible experience. I will be flying with a different airline in the future, even if that means going into an entirely different airport."

Cons: "I'd been warned that Aeromexico is notorious for baggage weight overages. When returning to JFK from Mexico City, I was lucky with my checked bag, but when boarding the flight, an employee had me put my carry-on, my purse, the heavy wool coat I had removed during security, along with a 1.5L bottle of water and other items I'd purchased in the terminal, on a scale, then declared my carry-ons were 4 kilos over the airline's allowance. I then had to head down the terminal to a customer service desk to pay ~$60USD so I'd be allowed to board and not miss my flight. I was the last person on-board. They didn't do this at JFK on my 1st leg of the trip, as I suspect they know they'd never get away with this in the States. I spoke to employees aboard the flight, then at JFK upon arrival, and also on the phone. No luck yet regarding a refund for highway robbery."

Cons: "I was impossible to check in. Errors in the system wouldn't allow me to check in the day before or and the self check-in. I had to wait in line and no one could tell me what the error was"

Cons: "Nearly got stuck in Mexico City because I misplaced my immigration form. Apparently this is a new Requirement, so the ticket must be retained and presented when exiting the country. I was not made aware of this by the airline."

You need at least 3-4 hours to clear customs and even if you get to the gate with 10min to departure AM will not let you on the flight. This airline has a near monopoly in Mexico and they do not treat customers with the care and attention western travelers are accustomed to. I travelled SF to Buenos Aires and both on my way down and back they made me loose my connection, which added an 11 and 9 hour layover respectively. The airport in MX is full of low level employees who cannot make a decision, nor rectify a wrong, even if they agree with you. THE WORSE TRAVELLING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Too bad because their on board service is good and they have a state of the art fleet (I flew the 787 dreamliner). Don't do it..."

Cons: "Didn't like delay from Mexico City to Alcapulco...more than an hour because they were waiting for the crew to get there."

Pros: "When shopping for an airline to travel Lima Peru try AeroMexico. If you do not mind a connection through Mexico City AeroMexico is the one for you and price is good. Tacha and avianca airlines are also great alternatives for traveling to Peru. If you don't mind connections. For a straight flight try LAN for flying to Lima Peru they are the best."

Cons: "Check in was a living hell... I was in line for about 30 minutes, when I was the second to get check in. Someone came and grabbed all of us and put us in a different line and now we were at the end and in a longer line. Then when I was finally getting checked in the lady would not check in my bags because they were over for a few pounds I took the pounds out and put them in the other bag that did not have enough and even then she would not check in my bags. She wanted me to go in the back of the line. I already had my boarding passes all I needed was my bags to get checked in. So I asked to speak to the supervisor which then she immediately checked my bags but with an attitude."

Pros: "Going through the long lines and customs was normal. But once we were in we located the flight board to see our gate number it had the wrong time and gate to depart. Didn't get much help to determine where to go so bottom line we ran back and forth to another gate. The board still did not change. Later to fine out it was delayed and delayed and finally the board was corrected. It was a long day."

Cons: "Aeromexico does not have the authority to enforce the laws of Argentina. We could have boarded and paid the fee upon arrival. This cost us over $4000 for no reason. TOTAL SCAM."

Cons: "Gate 75 for AM 818 is overloaded. There are upward of 350 people milling around waiting for a number of flights to depart in a rather quick succession. The annunciator was drowned out by the crowd. I almost missed my flight because it was impossible to tell when the flight started boarding. Bussing on the tarmac is fun in concept, but not so fun in practice. The busses were uncomfortably hot, even though the weather was very pleasant. I really didn't like that aft of row 12 you could really smell the lavatory. The smell dissipated a little once we started taxiing, but remained for the duration of the flight."

No refunds, no affordable flight change options and hrs of waiting in line to talk to different period to no avail. The wrist is that you know they overbooked the flight on purpose and made money. Had to buy a brand new ticket on the spot, but I certainly didn't get one from aeromex"

Once we landed at Toronto Pearson from Mexico City, there were no available gates. The movies see election available through streaming on Air Canada Rouge had fewer movies and shows than the tablet you could rent from the airline."

Cons: "No entertainment provided (iPad tablets you need to pay for 10 dollars), pay as you go Wifi, and limited legroom/ overall comfort. Other US airlines have on demand videos. Overnight flight without pillows/ blankets provided."

Cons: "Flight was more than 2 hours late - same as the flight from Columbus to Toronto when we left- the ground crew did not know or care where the plane (a replacement craft) was coming from or when it arrived and let it sit on the ramp for about 15 minutes before marshaling it in and the seats we got after waiting all that time were excessively worn and felt like we were sitting in bowls. The logistics either of Air Canada or at the Toronto airport for domestic flights stinks. I will try to avoid both in future."

Everything was fine when they checked the ETD. They arrived at YYZ at 1300 only to finally board 12 hours later. Totally unacceptable."

We almost didn't make it to the flight, only because we have double citizenship and we could board with our other passport. Front desk made us a lot of trouble in accepting the other passports because the name is not the same in both documents (one married last name other one with single last name) Strongly suggest adding a pop up when there are specific visa requirements."

Cons: "Flight took off over 3 hours late. Worst part was online check in on United website wouldn't work 24 hours before the flight. So when we got to the airport they didn't confirm we could actually get on the flight because it was oversold until 7:30pm, 2.5 hours after our scheduled flight. We arrived to a wedding 15 mins before the place closed."

Cons: "The buttons on the screen in economy seats for controlling the entertainment are less effective. too small, and sometimes a bit off. Tying to control during a light chop takes quite a bit of effort (A330)"

Cons: "Baggage claim at final destination was a complete mess. I went straight to the baggage claim area after our flight and never saw any baggage come out at the designated carousel. Checked with the baggage office and they apparently don't work with Air Canada and sent me to their check in desk where no one was available. Customer service was only able to fill out a form listing me as missing my baggage and tell me to head home. Had to return to pick up my luggage the next day, but the Air Canada manager couldn't even tell me if the baggage would have gone to the baggage claim carousel or to the check in desk, because it seems they have no established protocol. With it being such a small flight (only around 10-15 of us total on the plane), it seems like a brief announcement of where our luggage would be could have saved people headaches. Being small seems to be an issue where the airline itself doesn't have any real established protocols or a substantial presence in the Columbus airport at least. So overall, not impressed with the management when checking in or out in the actual airport."

Cons: "When the flight was overbooked I did not get my flight because I checked in in person and not online. That is bullshit. They were nice to figure out the best alternative but I still lost hours to figure it out, leave and come back."
