Absolutely terrible. They boarded the plane, supposedly realized they didn't refuel the plane or load the luggage so we sat as the gate inside the plane for over 2 hours while they supposedly did things that should have been done before having passengers board the planem
It was awful. The communication between corporate and the crew on the ground left more to be desired. The crew even said that Corporate was waiting on answers because they themselves didn't know. Every hour, there was a new excuse. I also understood that passengers were angry, but the crew should have done a better job at crowd control. There was a racial exchange between passengers that could've been avoided has the crew acted sooner.

Little time between flight from Dallas to flight to Gainesville. We chose this one, 43 minutes between, because the price for a connection with at least an hour between, was so much higher. Had to ask passengers on the Dallas flight to please allow us to deplane ahead of them. The economy passengers allowed this. We had to walk very fast to the next gate, 35 gates away. Thankfully all in the same terminal. Getting to the small Gainesville plane was a little confusing as you enter an area that is boarding many small planes at the same time. We stood in the wrong line for about 15 seconds before realizing it was not our Gainesville flight. Since I had boarded at this gate in the past, I knew to check the signs carefully so we weren’t lost. The first class seat experience was wonderful. I really enjoyed the upgrade. We were offered an alcohol drink as soon as we sat down. I got something different but it was a great gesture especially since we really had to hurry to make the flight. We had packed expecting we might miss this connection, but made it. Our luggage didn’t miss the flight. American Airlines delivered our bags to our home the next day. That was very convenient!
We had several flights and they were all on-time and flawless
I’m sure Business Class would be excellent. I feel like I got what I paid for. Overall it was good and well worth it. I would do it again.
No entertainment yatem in flight at seat 51H. Would not shut down either leaving a self moving and openin and changing menus with changes in colors,images brightness levels sort of the type when you get sleep deprivation and image overload when being tortured during an interrogation. 8 hours worth of it. Unable to place backpack underneath seat on that chair. One female stewardess was excellent as she gave up her carryon's space for my backpack but the rest of the iberia crew were very sharp an chtting during the whole flight. The plane did not have hot water so nobody had coffee nor tea. The plane was not up to par to be flying.
entertainment choices, i.e. movie selection not very good. Also, I asked Iberia if an hour flight connection time in madrid was enough for a European flight and they said yes. It wasn't. We made our flight because our ongoing flight was delayed due to airport congestion.
I was asked if I wanted the last available aisle seat when checking in. I was not told it was right next to the bathroom. I could not sleep at all because of the commotion in and out of the restrooms and the smell. I will be sure to never fly in that seat again. The seats also couldn’t recline.
In general, I've had excellent experiences with Iberia flights and will continue to use them. In this last flight there were two things that didn't go right. I didn't get the kosher meal I had pre-requested when I had checked in on-line. Things worked out OK as we ended up eating the fish and vegetarian choices, which were really good. The other issue was that some movies for me and my wife started fine but after 8-12 minutes the content just switched to something else. The flight attendant reset our entertainment systems, but the problem persisted. We ended up choosing other movies/TV shows that did work fine.
Plane delayed due to weather. Plane boarded, then told to unboard due to a maintenance issue.
Everything went smoothly, and we even arrived 40min earlier than scheduled, on an Orland-Madrid route.

I had an issue with the name on my ticket vs my passport name. I was very upset that the Iberia ticket clerk had no authorization to help me and I was left to fix it. It took 19 calls of persons promising to accomplish and not doing anything before I reached someone who helped me in 10 minutes. Two of them even hung up on me. I missed my original flight because of this. Terrible customer service.
Everything OK , except the plane left more than an hour late so I couldn’t participate in an excursion I had that morning in Brcelona
HORRIBLE. 3 hours delayed. Crew did not communicate properly and was rude to passengers enquiring. Delay caused multiple passengers to miss connections.
A bit noisy. The seat was suboptimal and there was too much noise in the service area. Some if the crew members were less than nice; others were great.
When our first flight was late, meaning we missed our flight to Madrid that day, American rescheduled us for the next flight the next day, gave vouchers for meals and hotel, and lounge access.
Awful!! Flight from Miami was delayed. Therefore we missed connecting flight. Nobody knows where our suitcases are for 2 days already !!! As far as the air craft: TVs are not working, food ala cart and even that looked awful. Did dare to taste. If you want a blanket - bring your own. Nothing is free.
