The flight was on time. I missed some food, at least a snack I only got a cup of orange juice.
Thifty, Budget .. and all rental car companies are unethical in Mexico. They make the booking through american companies like Kayak, Priceline, Orbitz.. Upon arrival to Mexico and other latin American destinations there is a standard plot "we do not to have what you have booked "customer have not returned the car" like BS ...and always sells to much more expensive product and services and taking advantage. The American CEOs for the rental companies need to crack down on this malpractices.

Then there was a "minor maintenance issue" that couldn't be fixed right away because it was "shift change" for the maintenance crews. Eventually they arrived and fixed whatever, while everyone was getting texts and alerts that kept delaying the departure by 15-minute intervals. Over an hour (while sitting in a warm plane) after the original scheduled departure, we left the gate, sat on the taxiway a while, then took off. Cabin crew only had cookies and drinks, no other snacks or food. All anyone got was an apology for the extended delay."

Pros: "In efforts to reduce my carbon footprint and reduce my use of plastic bottles and single use plastic cups, I always travel with a refillable stainless steel water bottle. It saddened and frustrated me when during the drink service portion of the flight the flight attendant refused to serve me water in my bottle, which was clean, dry and when uncovered the brim has the same diameter as the plastic cups used on United flights. First the flight attendant just said that she is not allowed to fill my personal bottle but kept offering me several cups of water instead. When I explained that it wasn't because I was really thirsty, it was just that I prefer to not use disposable cups, she proceeded to tell me my bottle was too big to fill anyways and she couldn't give me that much water. I have never had such an averse reaction to trying to be more eco friendly. In fact people are usually thrilled and applaud the Effort. If this is in fact the United policy, I hope united will reconsider it. Every small effort goes towards making a big impact."

I had previously purchased her flight and somehow the kayak site had auto populated her name, i know for a fact did I did not type in her name, it is longer Han mine and has a middle name, i don’t even have a middle name. I think it was justfly, the third party who sent the confirmation email, I explained the situation, they took my contact information and since I had just called they would reach out to Volaris to see if they could change it to my name, and would reach back out to me within a few days. They never called/emailed me back. When I called Volaris they charged me a name change fee off $80+... I don’t know if anyone cares about customer service at Kayak, I have been purchasing all my personal flights through Kayak since 2007, this is by far the worse ticketing/airline experience I have ever had. Also, Volaris charged me $10 for my backpack that I store underneath the seat in front of me! They are a terrible airline, that straight out rips people off. This is the last time I fly with them, and probably last time I use Kayak."

every spirit crew member i encountered from the ticket counter at MIA to the flight crew was unfriendly, unhelpful, and unaccommodating considering that spirit delayed the flight 4 hours.
Aside from all the deficiencies with Spirit, charging $3.50 for a cup of coffee smaller than the free one that other airlines offer — if you’re gonna charge $3.50 for coffee— at least make it a decent sized cup - I fly a bit 40-50 times per year and your airlines is pretty pathetic
I think Spirit should include free drinks and snacks, besides that the service was good.
The flight was delayed for 4 hours due to a mechanical issue they ought to have been inspected before we all boarded. Finally boarding 4 hours later, we missed our connecting flights and didn’t arrive at final destination till 10PM after starting our travel close to 2AM
Nothing 1st Spirit flight and the last
Flight was delayed 2 hours, we did not get even a mint. The area to wait in Miami was ugly, only one restaurant-bar .
I liked that it was punctual. Airplane was clean. Crew was efficient and amicable.
The delay was awful but the crew did everything to make me comfortable
my flight was rescheduled numerous times. I was supposed to depart at 7:06 pm and ended up leaving at midnight. Very frustrating
Nickel and dime airline! Charging for seats, and charging $60 for a carry-on bag each direction is basically theft. Why does an airline need to charge for a carry-on when they never even touch the bag? Seats were miserable. I’m 5’6” and my knees hit the seat in front of me. Will do everything I can to avoid this airline in the future.
No problem with the onboard crew . I had to buy tickets again because the agent at the desk did not see my kayak purchase . The time was ticking and if I did not buy tickets would miss the flight . I will fight tomorrow with sprit or kayak for unused fares that I bought . This is ridiculous
I like the prices but I don’t like how the app allowed us to buy big seats that weren’t available. This happened on both legs of our trip
Cons: "Boarding was delayed because the crew wasn’t there and we were not given updates on when we would board. The gate staff was rude and never apologized for the delay. Once we did board, the staff were not friendly and did not make any effort to make up for the delay. Seats were horribly uncomfortable"

However, representing themselves as a discounted airfare seems disingenuous. They charge you for everything - seat selection, carry-ons, printing boarding pass at airport, etc. Add $100+ to the quoted ticket price. (Paying for carry-on did get me priority boarding, which I appreciated.) Be sure to do everything on line before arriving at the airport, as it costs more there. They don't give you anything for free on board, not even water, so be prepared. Also, be prepared for a sales pitch on their credit card. They also squeeze seats in so tightly that, unless you're in the aisle, you have no room to move. You cannot recline, and the seat in front of you is in your face. Personnel were not as friendly as at other airlines."

Cons: "The flights policies. The staff. When I got there I went to check in to a kiosk, it read arrow and directed me to the airline desk. There I was.charged $55 to carry on my bag. The plan was to check in and pay for my bag at the kiosk which would have been $21 instead of $55. For their troubles, I supposed. What a rip off. Then on my boarding pass they put 0 bags where I was then asked for $100 fee to check my carry on at the gate. Why would they put 0 bags?!?! Thank God I had my receipt with me and I dodged that extra expense. The staff was so rude. Worst flight experience of my life! They make TSA look great."

Spirit gave us each a $50 voucher to be used by January 2017 [ yeah great ] the second flight arrived late but with a tail wind we made it to philly on time. WILL NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE AGAIN. Pros: "First aircraft had sufficient legroom between seat rows. Crew was good and boarding was smooth. It was nice that I could make my connecting flight in the same hub without having to find my way to some distant part of the airport."
Cons: "Second aircraft did not have sufficient legroom. I am 5'2" and had difficulty crossing my legs while seated. I didn't realize that Spirit charged for a carryon. By the time I paid for the carryon that other airlines don't charge for, there was no savings by using Spirit. I will not choose to use Spirit again if I have other options. To not even be able to drink water aboard without having to buy it is also unacceptable to me."

The extra fees on my flight cost $250.00. You can only purchase food on the plane with a debit card. nothing is free. When you factor that in with the cost of the ticket, the price isn't much lower than other airlines that include the extras in the price."
