We sat at a very very bad seats. No space for the legs. And when we wanted to go to the rest room it was so narow we couldn't get out or up.
overall good flight
5 hours delay in take off from frankfurt. reason - ice on plane wings. snow in frankfurt is not uncommon, and lufthansa needs 5 hours to clear ice? and why board people in the plane when you know you can't fly ?

Staff courteous. Food good. Toilets clean. Plane clean.
Did not give eye masks. Seats very narrow and packed closely. Front row seat was in your face.

The seating was so cramped and stifling that I no longer had the will to live; I begged God to please take me from this planet...alas, to no avail.

Oh my god, I felt like a sardine. They developed their passenger seating scheme by carefully studying Iraqi prison torture manuals, I think. I didn't die but that outcome was surprising to me.
The staff was nice
I will not ever fly Wow again. I paid more than my friends did to get to Europe and they got meals and drinks as well as free baggage.
Cheap flight sounds great...except it’s not actually cheap. Once you add on charges for baggage, seats, water on board, etc., it’s about the price of a standard ticket on a quality airline. (Plus they didn’t actually reserve the seats I paid $20 for, even though I have the receipt). Amenities on board are atrocious. No Wifi, no in flight entertainment (except an iPad you can pay $25 for that features 10 movies from 1992), no USB ports...you even have to pay for water!!! My flight was delayed twice in one week causing me to miss my connecting flights both to my destination and back home by 5 minutes. Because they are not a member of an airline alliance, my only options were to wait until the next day and stay in a shared hotel room or rebook on another airline for $600 which they couldn’t guarantee I would be reimbursed for. The general apathy shown by the staff and lack of communication is abhorrent. The least they could do is apologize and help direct me to somewhere I could find more information. They were positively clueless! Spend a little extra and book on a respectable airline that values their customers...and maybe you won’t be out $1200 (in addition to the cost of the “cheap” tickets) like I am!!
For the price this was an excellent option to get to Iceland.
Boarding process was chaotic.
You can't reach them via phone and they are horrifically slow and difficult to get ahold of.
Efficiency and friendliness of staff with a visible commitment towards passengers on-board (customers). One of the best experience, even though the flight was too short, and even then the airlines served snacks and refreshments... Simply Amazing... A 5-STAR service to its customers... Wow

Boarding was refused at gate due to late arrival of previous flight which was also a TAP flight. No assistance to delay following flight or accelerate our deplaning even though the next identical flight was three days later.
