Cons: "Older plane had undersized, non-responsive touch displays so passenger behind felt like a woodpecker. Also, retrofitted to provide in-seat power with metal box under seat in front of you makes it very uncomfortable for window passengers who don't have space to stow bag under seat in front of them or for their feet. (Uncomfortable on a long flight.)"

Pros: "The time it takes from Atlanta to VPS is not long trip at all. The crew was courteous and glad to take off and land safely. Thanks to the Delta crew."

Cons: "Because we were diverted to JFK for "Weather" even though LaGuardia is only 9.6 miles away, and it was 11:30pm by the time we landed. The only flight to Manchester was the next night and would have gotten us to Manchester by 6pm. I had to rent a car at midnight and drive the four hours to be able to attend the reunion I was flying up for."

Pros: "This was a first! The flight attendant (sorry I didn't catch his name) was very attentive and assisted us in first class as needed. He actually addressed us by our name and that made me feel like I was not just a passenger!"

Which is the noisiest location with the least amount of room. On the flight back they put me in the second to last row, even though there were about 10 seats empty scattered throughout the plan. Made no sense to me."
