Cons: The long time waiting to get the connection

Pros: Raul, one the flight attendants, was the only positive part of this flight.

Cons: Flight was delayed, but all communications (website, airport signage, emails) showed ON TIME, beyond the time we were to board and depart. Gate was changed, email & text messages were very late communicating this to the passengers. Baggage claim was sent to the wrong carousel and was a very long wait. All signage and gate attendant said baggage claim @ carousel #2, waited 30 minutes, then received a call over the PA that baggage claim was changed to carousel #3, another 20 minute wait...

Cons: They did not refund our ticket during covid-19

Cons: Not very friendly check in. Ended up paying for a seat that was quite uncomfortable. Seems like they trick you into paying for unnecessary things.

Pros: Highly attentive crew, extremely helpful, made a bad day bearable

Pros: I had a great seat and the crew was very helpful and nice! It went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances, and we even got there early!

Cons: I accidentally put this in the wrong survey (the PNS-ATL) one but there was a lot of changing of gates and running around before the flight. I understand how hectic this whole situation is though so I don’t blame you all at all and everyone I talked to was very helpful. The app helped a lot too with figuring out where I needed to go
