Early flight was not as crowded
But was very busy just the same. Weather was poor
Crew was friendly and helpful on a very full airplane. They did their best to check on connections to let us know if we were going to miss our flights or not.
Flight was delayed nearly an hour causing a very tight connection in Calgary.
The cree was great. Plenty of room in economy plus. Timely boarding.
The food was hard on the edges and too spiced on the salad.
Very short flight so not much to comment.
Not that I didn’t like, but there was no entertainment and no beverage on this flight. Maybe add a “N/A” as an option in the survey. Flight was delayed, but we were kept updated.

The flight was so crammed. I understand there's the possibility of flying on a fully booked flight but if it took an hour to load the passengers how quickly can you realistically get 400 passengers out? Plus it prevents everyone from having an overhead cubby. You need to reconfigure the flying experiwnce.

I have to checked my all suitcase out and re-check in again even thought I am transfer. This is horrible!! Nobody informed me, I have to go back to customs and get my suitcase.
Very comfortable seat in the exit row and entertainment to choose from offered a wide variety of current and older movies, I was very impressed and will for sure book through China Eastern for my next flight to Hong Kong next month
Breakfast was a bit bland but nothing bad

Don't like crew pulling out my charge cords or ear phone jack so early into the landing process.
Easy boarding and finding seat; good food and liked that wine was available, good movies to choose from
Seat was not comfortable, I am 5'1" and the head rest was too high, fortunately I had my own foam neck support. Bathrooms could use more cleaning during flight as one was grossly covered with urine right after turbulence was experienced. One crew member appeared to be having a bad day and seemed unhappy to be at work and was impatient with all.
The United flight had a great entertainment package (movies, tv shows, etc). The flight attendant who sat in front of us was awesome,and fun to talk to. She gave us some great tips about things to do while in Athens. The food was good (for airline food).
The flight from Newark to Athens was interesting. The flight changed gates at the last minute. The plane was towed to the new gate, then we found out that it was going to be delayed an additional hour due to required maintenance checks. Actually, I don't mind the additional maintenance checks, I want to arrive alive! We arrived in Athens 90 minutes after our expected time. We got seats in the exit row, however, we couldn't really enjoy the extra legroom for 2 reasons: 1) The exit hatch was right in front of my girlfriend who was sitting near the window. She couldn't extend her feet without kicking the door (I big no-no at 35,000 feet). 2) Our row was right in front of the bathrooms, so I had constant traffic bumping me in left shoulder and lines of people literally standing in front of me for the majority of the flight while waiting for their turn to use the bathroom. They are stepping on my feet constantly or passing gas in my face (I wish I was kidding).
It got us to London. My bags were quickly available.
The seats were SO. UNCOMFORTABLE. I didn't sleep at all and have a headache because of them. Absolutely atrocious. The food was meh. One of the flight attendants was so rude I dreaded every time she headed over. I'll be flying with Delta in the future.
Very nice FLY and fantastic weather. No turbulence THAT all. UNITED CAPITAN AND CREW, nice. Thanks to GOD a nice fly in ALL aspects.
To be honest, everything was OK.

First class flying is gone. No lounge access in the US. No meal (boarding at 1720 and arriving 2100) Beverage service the same in front as in back. Need to go back to Asia to get what you pay for.

1. Missed our flight connection in Chicago because of delayed take-off from Tokyo. We were forced to use another airline and we landed in NYC about 5 hours later. 2. ANA flight attendants were not very well versed in the English language. Very hard to communicate our needs.
Crews were nice
You guys did an all around great job and my flight experience was the best I’ve ever had. The quality of the service was exceptional.

We were deplained twice from two different plains going to LGA. We are now booked on a third plain going to JFK. Hope we can get home. I have a surgical appointment tomorrow.
We bought First Class tickets. But we were downgraded How do you think we should feel ? We have been in Charlotte since 9:30 AM It is now 6:45 PM Should we use the train to go home?
Why use old planes for such a long flight? Toilet overflowed, poor quality tv, and only peanuts?
What to like with AA?
Delayed by 2:38 hours at Chicago due to aircaft repair. Total layover 8:38 hours.
Condescending staff, lackadaisical crew, pitiful excuses of why we were delayed.
Customer service when my flight was delayed twice and then cancelled.
I hated that there were sudden updates of delays just moments before we were supposed to board, then delayed for a day, then cancelled. I was fortunate to be re-routed to San Francisco (I am on the way) now, through United airlines. All in all, it was a stressful inconvenience.
I like that I made it home alive.
Everything about Departing and arriving was a Poor experience. I might not be using this particular airline again. 4 Airlines now on my list of do not use.
Nothing good to say about AA
AA screwed up reservations by rescheduling flights by 3 hours earlier (done not once but two times) causing 6 hour layover. This plus an additional 2:38 delay on next flight made the journey horrible. Will never book an AA/BA flight again for intrnational travel.
Flight attendants friendly and helpful.
My luggage was not put on my flight and I had to wait a day. Also the person next to me had a dog that died on the flight.
Korean air business class does not match their standards any more
Such good service with Korean Airlines. We even got a free upgrade to exit row seats just by getting to the airport a little early.
Overnight flight is brutal. But that can't be helped.

Good land side service (partially because I am Star Gold) and fair on-board service. luggage was delivered faster than expected in beijing.
Fair Food and Fair beverage... Air China indeed needs to have some western style food. seat is fair to poor condition; too narrow for me even for a economy class (mind you that business class is not much better). and maybe they should learn about something called "entertainment terminal". you stare at a public, plasma TV for 3 hours without change of programs. thanks for the ancient device. that does remind me what flights could be 20+ years ago.

I had a seat with very little leg room. The food was rather bland and the boarding process was slow and delayed the departure time.
Airlines staff took my complaint seriously and found the bag at Hongkong airport. Later the bag was brought to SFO and delivered at my temporary stay. Very good job done.
On arrival on 10th Sep at SFO, I found one of my checked-in baggages was missing. This made me bit worried. I made a complaint to airlines staff there. Some inconveniences caused since I kept my needed cloths in that bag.

Seat recline marginally more than in economy, but 2x+ the price. Boarding process for PE abysmal. Food - slapped on a tray.
Had to wait for substitute crew, and they had a bad attitude. Crew could be heard complaining as they sat in rear.
Good airline teamed up with crappy American brings them down. Don't waste money!!
The transfer was too complicated, long distance to walk, security check line, not enough time for transfer, had to run to catch the next flight

The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!

The fact that my father was diagnosed with Cancer and they wouldn’t refund our 1300.00 for round trip tickets to the Philippines which is our vacation home. The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see

777-300 plane business class very old and tired
Tickets were in the wrong name and the company that issued them refused to fix the problem. I ended up buying a second ticket directly from the airlines.
I wish all long haul flights were like this. Very clean and well maintained cabin space, good quality food, very attentive, helpful and polite cabin crew. Never thought I’d be able to say this, but the 14 hour flight with two young children in economy was a really enjoyable experience with JAL!
Really no complaints
one check-in crew (female) at gate was not very nice. My mom is disabled & in her personal wheelchair. The other check-in crew members told us (5 total) to go together to board the plane then this female staff told us we can only have one family member go in with my mom (to take care of the wheelchair then assist her on the plane) next time we board the plane. Their messages are inconsistent & her attitude was uncalled for, especially when she let other disabled passengers on with their more than one family members & the other Asiana staff members told us to go in at the same time.

The seats in business class were very good and the staff was also very good.
I've flown to Korea many times and this was the most turbulence I've ever had. The choice of moves wasn't good.
Emirates really knows how to treat customers

I was specifically asked for the vegetarian food n mentioned that I am highly allergic to the eggs....in spite of that no vegetarian food was served till I asked the staff about my food...i was told that there is no vegetarian food for me....n at last I was served with very basic food .....not at all good...i could not eat that n stayed hungry n could not even sleep due to headache n acidity This FOOD experience was extremely Disappointing

The crew on board seemed efficient and friendl for this short 2.5 hour flight.
No food, no drink, no entertainment were included with this fare. Thankfully we were so exhausted from the long haul flight immediate preceding this flight that we did not care. I'm not sure why but the gate staff was trying to get everyone to check their smaller bags including our backpacks. My husband gave in but I did not since not having them would be disaster during this trip. His backpack and many bags from other customers came about 15 minutes after the rest of the luggage so we were a little panicked. Thankfully all turned out fine.
It was my first flight with Iberia - I was very pleased with the entire experience.
The movie/tv selection was extensive
I’ve never had such a bad meal on a plane. I don’t expect fine dining but I felt sick to my stomach afterward. My flight sat in by the tarmac for an hour. I only made my connection because that flight was also an hour late. Boarding was really chaotic.

The service onboard the flight was good as usual. Nice and attentive crew, and tasty food as well.
Boarding took too long. The ground crew had all the passengers line up in front of the gate, and wait for about 30 minutes before we were allowed to board. No explanations were given for the delay. The entertainment service needs updating. There didn't seem to be a lot of new movies from the last time time I flew the airline over two months ago.
Flight was delayed by over an hour causing us to miss our connecting flight. Had to wait in the airport all night and no one from Turkish airlines did anything to help us or accommodate us during our unexpected overnight layover.
Lack of drinks offerdd
Liked that they moved me to a better seat - was sitting next to a cranky old Turkish man - who complained every time we brushed his legs getting into our seats- he refused to stand to let us into our seats- I said this is not gonna work and they found me a great seat with some normal passengers.
Food was just ok, plus it’s a longer trip - I understand they kill the lights to let people sleep but offering more drinks - soda and water would b nice - rather than having to go to back and beg- they know who is awake and watching movies - b nice to ask.
The cabin was kept quiet, dark and orderly for the night flight.
Same as above. The seat in economy is truly an endurance test. No way to go to sleep.
The flight attendant for this flight she was really nice and friendly good!! Nothing compared to my flight from LAX TO CDM..
The aircraft was late we stay in the aircraft for 1 hour not doing nothing cuz the in flight entretenimient was block until the aircraft was out to take off
