Pros: "The flight was nearly full, but I lucked out. One person in my row did not show up, so myself and the other lady in my row had the benefit of having an open seat in between us. The crew was cheerful and accommodating. They did the normal beverage service, but also brought complimentary water and coffee 3x during the rest of the flight. This was greatly appreciated, especially after 5 days of drinking and partying. My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding (yes we did it Hangover style) :) Thank you Delta!"
Cons: "My only complaint was that the flight was delayed out of LAX by about 30 minutes due to the flight in-bound being delayed. However, the captain made up most of this time in the air so it ended up being a non-issue."

Her attitude was less than desirable upon seeing the situation. Also my luggage never arrived in Singapore. Shanghai didn't have any notification, so I assume it was lost on the Delta end. Overall I am very disappointed and will be seeking a non-delta affiliate for my next trip."

He spoke for four hours without a minute of silence! Several of us seated near him were clearly uncomfortable. I put my iPod earphones for about an hour for a break, but could still hear him. I know that it's no fault of Delta, but it made for a weary flight."

Cons: "I travelled from usa to canada on 7 nov and after 2 hours waiting in airport they informed us that due to some issue Delta can not deliver our bagagges also one of Delta airport's staff behaved very badly (his name was Manny) , helpless and rude.I missed an important dinner meeting because of not having any suitable dress. I have many friends and family who lives in canada and usa but by facing this bad behaviour and problems never ever recomnd your airline to any of them."

We sat in the plane for about 15 minutes after landing and the whole time the air wasn't working. Couple that with the fact that I was seated in the row in front of the emergency exit which actually has less room than a normal seat and it made for a miserable flight"

I have been in subway bathrooms that were cleaner. This was the first time flying Delta and it will be the last time."

American seems to be only airline to do this, I will have to reconsider flying with you in the future."

Boarding was awful made me check small carry on when there was several open over-head compartments and several others were walking in with two + carry ons. How do you explain that? I will NEVER fly American Airlines again. The airplane from Dallas to Tampa was ancient, a little scary to even think it was still in the air. The air conditioning was minimal I could hear other passengers complaining it was extremely uncomfortable."

Cons: "Many of us (15+) on this small plane lacked seat assignments. That meant we all had to wait in a queue at the gate for them. They started boarding the plane before they issued any seats assignments to us (we all had confirmed reservations, and we weren't in a group or anything). Then they decided that the premium fliers ought to get the empty 1st class seats, so they had to get in front of us in the queue to change their seats. Anyway, the boarding was essentially finished before they issued any seat assignments. In the end, they gave me two boarding passes for my son and none for me, but the lady was nice enough to just send me through (I was in the system in a seat, apparently, but the printed card had gone missing somehow). Once on the plane, the cabin and ground crew were quite pushy in hurrying everyone to get strollers packed (yes, there was a guy with a baby wating for seat assignments). It didn't affect me at that point, but it was really rude. It just takes time to get children on board, and it was the airline's fault they weren't boarded first. BTW, the flight was operated by American."
Cons: "I checked in on line for my deaf elderly uncle a cousin and myself. I purchased bags online. When we got to the airport ( with a receipt ) we were told we paid for priority not bags. I NEVER would have done that. I looked at the website and it is very misleading. We went for a funeral and no one had extra money. I cannot pay my water bill now. Never again will I fly American. Very deceptive on their website."

They’re getting paid hourly whether flights are on time or not. It’s the passengers who have a right to be anxious."

Pros: "I loved the pilot taking time to greet my boys and give them wings! My boys loved sitting in the co-pilot's seat and hearing "the plane talk." Once we got to our seats, the flight attendants were very helpful and kind and we, actually, landed early! Yaaayyy! My boys won't forget their flight to Houston because of the cool female and male pilots they met while traveling. Thank you!"
Cons: "I did NOT like how the seats are grouped in twos. I flew with two small children who could only sit together and I had to sit by myself and watch them; which was very hard. If I could change anything about my flight, I would change the age of children who need to purchase seats to four and up as most children under 4 want to sit with their mothers, so why should I pay for a seat they will not be using?"

When we asked her for adding miles , she did as complaining " I am here for the flight to Ommaha ." Even though she was not , she is working for United airlines , isn't it her job ??? She was like that to every customer and that presents your company's value ... When the gate was for us , she was back at the gate ...... I am so disappointed for this poor customer service. Even though if I mention here , I know nothing would change and I hope this one voice will reach to the company somehow and make some change ."

Fortunately, I questioned why our flight was not announced and found this change. With less than 30 minutes until flight take off, we had to hurry to ...not only another gate, but a completely different terminal. I feel there should have been better informative announcements of this change."

United employees rude and not helpful. I had to fly to San Francisco then to Ontario making a long terrible day."

Cons: "My flight was held back 2 hours because "a flight attendant called off". So I missed my connecting flight "I touched down as the connecting flight was supposed to take off". I was put on a standby list for a flight leaving later that night and I didn't get it. I was told I had to wait until 7am the next morning to get on a flight. After asking, I was given a hotel, cab, and 2 food vouchers. The taxi took me to the hotel united chose. I got there and there were no vacancies. I had to pay for my own taxi to a different hotel that luckily took my voucher for the other hotel. after all this mess I only got 2 hours sleep. The 7am flight waited for its connecting flights. This delay cost me a third of my trip and money on my first night at my hotel."
Cons: "Flight was 20 min late, and then on top of that an hour delay happened. The courtesy drink I had, which was coffee, was bad. The WiFi I had in my seat wasn't working, and the crew seemed more somber than cheery. I did not at all enjoy my flight. Also, becuase the flight was that late, my ride couldn't pick me up so I had to fork out 50$ for cab fare."
Cons: "Two of the flight crews that were supposed to fly me and my wife to Kansas city claimed to have maintenence issues 20 minutes into the flight and turned back . This was a lie . The fact was the crew maybe had an hour left on their shift they made it up came back told everyone to talk to customer service while everyone was doing that the crew clocked off. When we came back they saI'd the plane was fine and that we had wait for another crew. That crew we waited for another two hours. They to clocked off and went home. I don't know of there isn't any overtime or anything but you are losing money to shady crews like this one. I'm never flying united again."

Cons: "Baggage check-in had one very long line. I waited 40 minutes to simply check my bags. My two small bags were expensive to check (compared with other airlines). After all expenses there were no savings over other airlines (other airlines with better service and better jets). Frontier has NO TSA PRE CHECK PROGRAM!!! Initial flight it was a big nuisance, return flight it was even worse. The security line was at least a 2 hour wait. The Frontier flight in the gate next to us left without 25+ passengers because they were still in line at security. The flight: this was the roughest most frightening flight I've encountered. I found myself having to calm down the passenger next to me. We arrived 40 min late. Return trip: my luggage didn't appear and I had to file paperwork at the ticket desk on another floor. The 2 pieces of luggage were found and delivered to me 3 days after. Case closed. I don't mind the no-frills interior & seats that don't recline. I can bring my own snacks and beverages. But this airline disregards the value of my time."

This raised the cost of the flights from $200-$400 For my wife and I to sit together. That was not an optional expense because the seats are so small that my legs were too long and it was not simply uncomfortable. I did not fit in the way of legroom. There should have been some information explaining this while I was booking the flights"
Cons: "I wonder how often a stewardess has to explain that the drinks aren't free. Frontier is the only airline I know that doesn't do this. Do you really need to send stewardesses down the row, only to remind everyone on board that they're flying a budget airline? What are you going for here? Not the best way to rep your brand. A 12-pack of coke is, like, $4 at most. Just charge me an extra $.33 on the front end so I don't have to have some awkward back and fourth with the stewardess. "Do you want something to drink?" "Sure, I'll have a coke." "We have to charge you for that." "Well, never mind. Obviously." Am I so entitled that I've come to expect a free drink with my flight? No, not if every other airline does the same thing. I expect a complementary drink on a flight for the same reason that I expect a free refill at every restaurant in America. I've learned to not expect free refills in Europe, but it's still annoying. Similarly, I'll learn not to expect free drinks on Frontier, but it's still annoying. At least I got a free napkin out of it."

Cons: "I've used Frontier twice. Once for Thanksgiving week and once for Christmas week. Both times I had to wait 40-45 minutes to get my bag. The first time, the belt stopped working after already sitting and waiting 20 minutes for the the luggage to come to baggage claim. So myself and a large number of people had to wait an extra 20 minutes before someone decided to switch the our bags to a different belt. The second time there was no malfunction. Literally the entire plane and myself, who checked a bag, waited a total of 45 minutes before the first luggage appeared. Because I'm a considerate person, I prefer that my ride doesn't get a ticket or their vehicle towed for waiting outside for an extra 20-30 minutes or they waste their gas by circling around the airport until I finally say, "I have my bag." Mind you, this only seems to happen when I'm arriving to Orlando. I probably will be avoiding Frontier Airlines when picking my next flight."

The plane was clean & looked brand new. It was cheaper and easier to check a bag than mess with a carry on, if you set it up when you purchase your tickets. I had purchased a soda before boarding but the gave me a glass of ice at no charge (some places charge for the cup). No extra cost for seating unless you want a specific seat. We definitely plan on flying more & recommending it to family & friends. Plus it's cheaper than driving"

That was seriously lame. Also, no Wi-Fi, in this day, you've got to have Wi-Fi, drop the carry-on charge and I'm sure folks will gladly pay for internet on the plane."

When the flight landed the entire family talked loudly about pushing their way off the plane to get to another flight, little did they know others had connecting flights to reach as well. Poor behavior & left to make others have a worse flight"

Flight then cancelled. Ok so then we get to stay free at hotel to catch flight next day. Howard Johnsons was so dirty. Bathroom & beds. We slept in our clothes did not dare to shower. Slept with our coats over our pillows. Bad start to trip.... we were told our trip was extended 1 day because we lost a day. When we got to the airport on our new day to leave we were told we were NO SHOWS to the flight the previous day which was supposed to be changed for us. Thank heaven there was room on the flight and they quietly put us on it. We never made any kind of scene or had any harsh words with anyone.... but, DONE WITH SPIRIT AIRLINES!!!!"
Cons: "Flight was delayed over 2 hours due to mechanical issue. No back up plane or alternate flight. We finally boarded the plane and sat on it for 20 minutes or so, then were told the pilots left the plane and there was no backup crew. They only offered either refunds or the same flight the following day. I had prepaid car and hotel reservations as well as critical things to do the next day. They offered no compensation, not even bonus miles, vouchers, or meal tickets and showed a real lack of concern for their customers. This cost a lot in terms of wasted time, extra expense, and lost opportuniy. I will never fly this airline again. I had to rebook another airline at a much higher rate as well. Terrible experience, wasted time and money. I did not feel valued as a customer."
Cons: "My connecting flight was delayed due to maintenance problems with the plane. They made us board another plane just to tell us to de-board because the pilot traveled his max miles already. After that the flight was cancelled with the earliest flight being the next night. Everyone was very unhappy as we all had somewhere we had to be. Customer service did do refunds and rebooking but it was just an overall terrible experience. If you're looking for reliability, spirit is not the way to go. I'm never booking with spirit again."
