The flight was comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, we did not know we were flying PAL until we arrived in Canada, so it was a bit disconcerting. In addition, which port we were leaving from was confusing.

I would like to get my money back. I flight was 4 hours late on the way to detroit, And same on my way back to Brussels they cancelled my flight and give me an other ticket and i had to wait 5 hours.

Unfortunately your planes need maintenance. I am surprised your bathroom in business class was not working in 8 hour flight. Coffee machine was broken. Seat adjustment panel was bad. I will stay away from Air Canada in future travel.

It was a small plane and difficult to put my carry-on bag in the overhead compartment. The crew was awesome and boarding was good.

Both legs of my flight were delayed and my luggage did not arrive at my destination. It was a very frustrating experience.

Flight from Toronto to Calgary was >2 hours late departing and was overbooked

The plane was two hours late and we got bumped. Instead of getting to our cruise ship at 10:30am it was 09:30pm. We also got bumped to Edmonton instead of Vancouver.

I like the friendliness of the crew. It could have been better being more on time. The flight from Detroit to Toronto was delayed two hours.

Flight was delayed enough to miss my connecting flight in Montréal. The Quality Inn was not quality. The ”dinner” at the Quality Inn was sugar heavy drinks and dessert and a cold cut lunch wrap. Not a good experience.

One flight was cancelled and air Canada rebooked new flight immediately for me. Checkin was awful at Detroit metro airport. No clear signage, I was directed to wrong line and found out after 15 minutes of waiting. Air Canada line was extremely long with limited checkin counters moving very slowly.
