Pros: American Airlines seemed to have upgraded their airplanes. The seats, which were abominable in the past, were comfortable. They also had in cabin movies. I used to prefer Jet Blue or any other airline, just taking AA for the price. Now, if all the airplanes are updated, they are on par with any airline.

Pros: Nothing really

Cons: WiFi on both ways was not working

Pros: I liked that they were on time (mostly) I liked the movie choices.. Crew were very nice.....

Cons: Wasting money on their part for the silly little bags of pretzels......hardly worth the effort......could be a little more generous on a five hour flight..........

Cons: boarding and unloading are nightmares. They really should load the planes back to front and if someone has a connecting flight, they should be allowed to unload first.

Cons: 3 hours delayed

Pros: Crew was thoughtful.

Cons: Flight departure delayed due to something about waiting for a travel log.

Pros: The pilot’s landing was phenomenal.

Cons: Once again.... too much advertisement!!!! I just want to enjoy my vacation.

Pros: Highly efficient crew.

Pros: On time departure from PHL and on time arrival in LAX.

Cons: This was an older Airbus A321 with no power outlets at the seats and no video screens on the back of seats. As an Executive level Advantage member, I felt that I received no special recognition from onboard flight staff; they did the minimum as scripted.

Pros: The flight crews were fantastic on all legs. They really do the Lord’s work.

Cons: The only improvements were related to seat comfort. Often, after hours in flight, my back began to hurt.

Cons: The flight comfort was very bad. The plane was extremely warm and people we beginning to feel bad. Several mentioned it and asked multiple times to have the the cabin air conditioning turned down

Pros: Seat was comfortable

Cons: One attendant looked and acted,like she had just gotten up after a rough night. Never smiled, watched people put jackets and even a fast food bag in the overheads without ever saying a word.

Pros: The flight crew was amazing. Super considerate and very fun to talk to/be around especially on my first flight.

Cons: Honestly, nothing! The entertainment was not necessary for such short flights and were still available. The pretzels were... well... pretzels so no complaint there. Overall great flight

Cons: This is the second American Airlines flight we have had in less than two months where there was an issue with the plane and multiple delays lasting hours. I understand delays happen, but we've had two late evening flights turn into red-eyes while traveling with one of our children. Will not be flying American Airlines again.

Pros: We didn’t crash and die. That’s the only positive.

Cons: Before we boarded I listened to a couple described how they always went ahead in line at boarding because no one ever stopped them. They described how they waited until group 3 was called and then went right through. While we were waiting, we watched them do it again. If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced.

Pros: Crew was absolutely precious.

Cons: Delayed because a passenger was let on that shouldn’t have been. The plane was kind of beat up and gross. The gate changed after boarding started. This is the second flight in two weeks that had the wrong gate posted.

Pros: crew kept hitting my arm with cart and butt. imnot obese at all...…..they never apologized. too small...…………...squeezed in

Pros: One flight attendant who was on a plane not scheduled for this flight (much smaller plane than scheduled) so lots of people left behind. Don't know her name but she had the best personality and really took care of a lot of people not happy being late of stuffed into a very small plane.

Cons: Delays happen but DCA is a pretty big hub not to have a big enough plane to get passengers on board who are already delays. You had to pay $700 vouchers to a whole bunch of folks so whatever profit was possible went to vouchers instead.

Cons: The seats felt like I was sitting on a concrete block. HORRIBLE!

Cons: The flight was delayed for over 2 hours because of a reported maintenance issue with the aircraft but was originally delayed because of not having flight attendants available. When the flight attendants did finally arrive they all had an attitude of wishing to be anywhere but on this flight. The lead flight attendant even got into a verbal altercation with the gate agent demanding help getting people's bags into the overhead compartment because she was "injured" & not supposed to be at work. All in all a quite dissatisfying experience but not an uncommon one with this airline & this airport. I will use both only when I have absolutely no other options.

Cons: Well it’s nothing you can change I was pleased that the flight took 8 hours instead of 9 but because we were early it was a bit inconvenient that Heathrow had us do a “hard” arrival I think that’s what it was called so instead of a gate we got off on the tarmac.

Cons: The seats are extremely restrictive and in a aisle seat I had the gentleman sitting next to me with thighs touching and attendants brushing by me as I squished to left to avoid contact with him. Entertainment screen between center seat and window seat so I just didn't even try to look at it and mostly just leaned forward to have a little space. Also another inch or 2 was taken by person in front of me putting their seat back. With such restrictive space why is this even possible??? Flying has become ridiculous and I try not to as much as I can.

Cons: Their Basic fare should be renamed "Bare-sic" – you have to pay for almost anything. Food choices can be better. I guess they can pay the Munich airport to get better treatment and not having to bus their passengers around.

Cons: Upon arriving after 4 hour delay, for crying out loud have someone there to immediately for deboarding !!!

Pros: The crew was great. Flight attendant worked really hard to keep people moving and comfortable and safe. Pilots kept us informed.

Cons: The plane is a bit older and they need to update their fleet. Boarding process needs to start sooner. Not sure what is ... Took forever for them to board.
