They did not have a car for us!
Pros: Nothing! They were not helpful in the least!
Cons: Everything. They wouldn't answer phone calls and not only didn't have any car, but we're exceedingly rude!

Dismal
Pros: We were able to leave our bags while one of our party travelled all day to get travel documents that we had not been previously informed were required
Cons: No responsibility taken for inaccuracy of third party instructions. Appalling internal communication between outlets. Stewart Airport staff unnecessarily rude and completely unhelpful. We were forced repeatedly to wait while others behind us in line were attended to. We finally went to Budget Rental and immediately received excellent service. We will not recommend Enterprise to anyone.

Cons: The company called me 4 hours before pickup to tell me they cannot fulfill my registration and it will be cancelled because they had no cars.

Broken Equipment.
Pros: Customer service was fast. Car performed fine.
Cons: Windsheild wipers only streaked water, did not clean from windshield. We were caught in rainstorms both directions during trip and could not see. Had to pull over many times.

Stewart Airport Enterpise
Pros: Zach and Sarah were so easy to work with. I had to change my pick up time, no problem. I had to extend my rental time, no problem. They were so cheerful and flexible, I could not have asked for an easier rental experience.
