Pros: i was pleasantly surprised. The suite was roomy and very clean.
Pros: Very nice large rooms with kitchen. Evening reception and great breakfast. Indoor pool.
Pros: location great and breakfast is nice
Cons: mattress too soft for me; no safe in room is a problem.
Pros: I liked the room layout, we had the two bedroom suite. It was perfect! My Dad was going on the Hudson Valley Honor Flight to DC. There was so much room, we could have invited 6 more people. The staff was very pleasant, attentive and professional.
Cons: I cannot think of anything.
Pros: Hotel is very clean and the staff are very, very helpful. The rooms are nice, not too fancy, however, they are certainly adequate and fine. The hotel is quiet and you can really relax and rest. The location is also perfect.
Cons: no. everything was fine.
Cons: The staff took $50.00 for incidentals as a hold on my debit card THEN without calling to ask too an additional $250.00 because the room 'smelled like smoke.' I do NOT smoke indoors, I vape indoors. Only. I am fighting for my $$ back.
Pros: Very well designed rooms, all amenities provided.
Cons: Breakfast area crowded.
Pros: The full kitchen and separate rooms with 2 TVs
Pros: Hotel was very clean, service from staff was excellent, food service was very good and pool area and spa was very good.
Pros: Continental breakfast was nice, and having the suite was especially lovely while traveling with a newborn. La Casa Restaurant nearby is amazing.
Pros: Location was wonderful . The staff were incredibly nice and professional . The complementary breakfast was delicious and well stocked .
Cons: We had 4 people staying in the room , yet only 3 towels were left everyday ( for 4 days) by the housekeeper. I even left a note stating we would appreciate 4 towels instead of 3 .
Pros: Great customer service, friendly staffs, and amenities
Caldwell House Bed & Breakfast offers a free airport shuttle during limited hours. You can be pampered with deep-tissue massages, then unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Rooms at this Colonial bed & breakfast offer up nice touches like iPads, iPod docks, and Tempur-Pedic beds with Egyptian cotton sheets.
Pros: Nice place to stay for the night. I'd stay here again if I am taking the train to the city.
Cons: A bit pricey, but nice.
Pros: There were TWO ESPN 2 channels and no ESPN channel. I missed second half of a game I really wanted to watch and the front desk gave me a completely wrong channel when I asked. Also, provide a CURRENT TV channel lineup in your in room book. This completely ruined what may have been a perfectly good stay.
Cons: Can't read this. I suggest you use larger font.
Pros: The best part of the stay was the help. Dwight & Kadeem at the front desk went out of their way to make our stay great!!
Cons: The breakfast was mediocre; we went to the diner down the road. Also rooms are only for sleeping extremely small.
Pros: The overall hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. A good location for a night or two stay. Also the breakfast was actually quite good.
Cons: The bed, it was not comfortable and sunk down to much.
Pros: Nice staff. Prompt shuttle service from airport.
Pros: I was attending a wedding and needed a hotel to stay. I arrived and found it to have a great view of a lake, right in front of the hotel. Upon entering the hotel, it looks new and modern, our rooms were well kept, large and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay and recommend to others.
Cons: Extended stay was only until 12PM. I was attending a wedding and got back to the hotel at 5AM, hard to get only a few hours of sleep to drive back, I was hoping for an hour more of sleep :D
Pros: The people were so friendly and engaging. I felt safe as a lone traveler.
Cons: Would be healthier if they had yogurt and/or eggs for protein for Breakfast. Ran out of energy early.
Pros: THE BED!!!!
Cons: How the room was poorly designed - door wise/stopper and the tub and it's water
Pros: Location to West Point! Great diner just below hotel. Nice staff. Room had everything we needed. Room was on second floor with window view behind hotel. Heard some road noise from I-87 but not a big deal. (The train noise at the Thayer is much worse.) Slept great.
Cons: Its not a luxury hotel -- but you're not paying luxury prices either.
The Roundhouse is a unique, historical property overlooking a beautiful waterfall, rushing creek and bustling street corner in charming, artsy Beacon, NY. Our singular name represents several masterfully restored buildings, including a boutique hotel, award-winning New American restaurant and popular event space that holds up to 200 guests. Our 23 guest rooms are located in two historical buildings that previously housed an early textile mill and the first lawnmower factory in the US. Careful restoration of these buildings has preserved some of the buildings' original features, such as exposed wood beams, oversized loft windows, stone walled showers and uniquely shaped rooms.
Pros: everything was nice. the shower has slight indication of not being scrubbed but it's a shower so it was expected.
Pros: Cleanliness, helpfulness and very nice staff, our room was very comfortable, loved the indoor pool and hot tub, close to the parkway and Newburgh airport, location is great not far from restaurants, fast food and gas stations. The price was JUST RIGHT!
Cons: I didn't like how the food area was only open during certain times.

Pros: the bed was comfortable, liked the flat-screen tv, fridge, and microwave.
Cons: hairs left in she shower, a couple hairs in bed too.
Pros: FRINDLY STAFF QUICK CHECK IN
Cons: DIRTY SMELLY ROOM VERY HARD BED AC DID NOT SEEM TO COOL WELL EVEN THOUGH IT WAS IN FIFTIES OUTSIDE ?
Pros: The staff was great and very helpful. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.
Cons: The room accommodations were sorely lacking. The room was damp and had a very musty smell. The curtains and blanket on the bed had holes in it. The mirror fell off the wall within the first hour of us getting into the hotel room. We originally booked a 2-night stay and stayed only 1 night because we were too tired to change hotels after we checked in late in the day. The hotel is in dire need of a complete renovation because the facility is quite old.
Cons: The room smelled like a dog. The bathroom floor was sticky.
Pros: The room was clean and did not smell. It was spacious and even had a fridge/microwave combo. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. The air conditioner worked just fine and we enjoyed our relaxing evening in after a long day's drive and anticipating another one the next day.
Cons: The ice machine didn't work but I can understand how that happens. However this facility has both smoking and non-smoking rooms. The hallways, lobby, and breakfast area smell disgustingly like a stale ashtray. I was terrified walking to our room that it was going to smell like that because there was no way we'd be staying if it did. Luckily the room smelling nothing like the hallway and we stayed but they really need to do something about it. I couldn't even stay to eat where there were a few tables because it was smelled so heavily of stale cigarettes.
Pros: The gentleman who checked us in, was a total sweetheart. He was helpful, understanding, and very professional while still holding a warm tone. He helped my family and I know where each other were, and he was genuinely sweet. Thank you so much!
Pros: The staff at the front desk was very friendly and accomodating. The location was good for my needs. The facility was very large but we were still able to park near our room.
Cons: We had no hot water and had to contact the front desk and were told the hot water heater had to be reset. the room smelled sweaty like the sheets hadn't been cleaned I was slighty intimidated about sleeping in them.
Pros: The location was good. It was quiet
Cons: No TV for 4 days out of 6, no refrigerator like other rooms had, twice we had no hot water, continental breakfast sucked, toast, cereal, and frozen waffles and at 9 AM it was gone so heaven forbid you slept in a bit.
Pros: Was in a first floor room near the reception desk. A lot of banging late at night that could have been guests in floor above. Confusion about whether or not there is an airport shuttle.
Pros: The breakfast was better than I had hoped for.
Cons: Room access was through the exterior perimeter of the facility. Main area of hotel was very dark and guest room was in need of updating If not total renovation. Should be sold to a Ramada Four Points Franchisee and updated. The Ramada down the block is just fractionally superior. It kind of sucks as well.

dogs that bark should be asked to leave (or at least their humans should be asked to leave).,
Cons: the free breakfast sucked.,the water to make tea was lukewarm at best...
It's really not much more than a roadside motel. Only stay there if necessary.
Pros: The fact that it had a vacancy when none others did.
Cons: The lack of amenities including knowledgeable staff.
I am surprised that Econolodge has not revoked their franchise. This location was extremely run down.
Pros: Location, location, location
Cons: Made coffee on Thursday- the same left over coffee was still in the pot on Sunday! Electrical outlets were in such poor condition cords would not stay in them- definite fire hazard. Walls were dirty, wall paper falling off. It was just very run down.
We would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros: This is hands-down the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was filthy; the carpet damp and dank; the beds very squishy/lumpy (resulting in a horrible night's sleep). It was very noisy all night. The bathroom was dirty and barely functional.
Cons: It is very far off the highway, not at all convenient. Like the rooms, the lobby is filthy and dank.
Pros: when i got to this hotel they had no room booked for me the gent at the counter didnt even try to help us ended up going down the road to another hotel and now im still waiting to get my money back
Cons: its been almost 2 weeks since i was there and even though i did not stay there they still have not refunded my money i would like to get my refund and not have to even think about it anymore it does nothing but aggravate me each time i do
If you need a cheap place to sleep, then this is the right spot. The bed, bathroom and linens were fine. Everything else was either filthy or in need of repair. Plus, your dog won't know the difference and it's all about him anyway!
Pros: The price
I would never stay here again.
Pros: checking out
Cons: no one at front desk sketching people sitting on steps drinking beer and smoking something
Cons: No elevator and security doors work intermittently.
Cons: The service I booked a room for three days on my second day they cut the phone off I couldn't make local calls. The service was garbage I give them a rating of zero
Pros: Great rate for a clean room
Cons: No frills
Pros: Close to NYS Thruway
Cons: Lots of steps
Pros: Got a band aide from the front desk
Cons: Dirty, can't explain the feeling of pulling down bedding and having who knows what on the sheets. ..thankful my wife looked, very bad smell to room. Had to change rooms after getting in late and carrying up luggage 2 flight of stairs. ..should had just slept in car
Pros: My room was a complete dump. Ripped wallpaper, bathroom towel rack broken, Chrome kleenex holder fell off the wall when I touched it.
Cons: My friend said his room was completely different, and was nice.
Pros: Good for a brief stay - just your basic drive in motel. Nothing outstanding, but no real shortcomings either.
Cons: Sort of a weird floor plan (lots of short stair cases), but is only a problem if you have mobility issues.
Pros: You can't beat the location. The staff is always very accommodating and the rooms are always clean, but the beds and pillows are not particularly comfortable. But for the price, you make some allowances.
Pros: rooms where nice... staff especial Bar tender was really nice food okay and breakfast nothing special

Cons: Attitude of owner when asked for refund. Belligerent and threatening. Refused to listen to legitimate complaints even after we advised him that we were going to notify you and the town building inspector.
Pros: Convenient location considering my travel needs. It was really funky, I like old timey places like this... but not for the price I paid.
Cons: Room had a musty smell, old furniture, water was very coppery smelling/tasting. All things considered, it was overpriced for the condition of the establishment. I would’ve expected it to be priced accordingly between $---
Pros: Location is great for an Event at Anthony Pier 9 as its right down the road.
Cons: Beds are a little uncomfortable but the room is clean and is a good value.
Pros: Friendly staff!
Pros: 1 clean, comfortable, large space room 2 owner is kindly 3 great location, only 10 mins to woodbury outlet
It appeared that the rooms had been let go for a long time and could have benefited from some new carpet, updated bathroom fixtures, and modern windows.
Pros: It was located near where I wanted to be and the price appeared to be very reasonable.
Cons: There was a musty smell, the front window would not open, the bathroom sink was loose.
It was clean and super cheap. No internet, basic TV but all I need was a place to sleep and shower.
Pros: This place was--- a night.
Cons: The room smelled really musty but it didn't bug me that much.
When I stay at a motel I only need a clean place to sleep for the night, so when I read the other reviews before I reserved my room, I can not understand what they expected for the low low price the motel charges. Best of all the owner was very pleasant, and I will stay there again when I'm back in town.
Pros: The owner was very nice.
Cons: I felt the door lock was not as adequate as I hoped, but served its purpose.
I would stay here again. It was a good value, and the staff were nice.
Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room provided the basics: decent bed, television, and bathroom with shower. Even free WiFi. The location was convenient to West Point and other attractions in the Hudson River valley.
Cons: The TV remote did not work, and there was no alarm clock in the room. Also, the motel's credit card processor was not working, so we had to pay with cash. These were minor inconveniences that didn't bother us much.
You get what you paid for. Meets all basic requirements of a stay.
Pros: Proximity to 9W, cheap, get what you paid for
Overall, the motel was cleaner and the staff was more helpful than I had expected. The room was pretty quiet; when a drunk neighbor came home next door (probably from a wedding), I expected to be annoyed most of the night by noise. However, I really didn't hear anything and I slept fine.
Pros: The room was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly.
Cons: It's a very basic motel. You need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc. However, it lived up to my expectations. I do wish that the lighting was better in the room.
This was a great little motel , yes it's old and could do with a Make over but it was immaculately clean and the room was nice and warm. We had no problem with noise from the road and the location to West Point was great. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to be so. This room wasxxx a night so if you seriously expect toiletries, memory foam mattresses and flat screen T V get real or stay at the Hilton. We have already booked for our next visit and would absolutely recommend this MOTEL to everyone else who is looking for clean, affordable accommodation for West Point.
Pros: This is an economy motel and was excellent value, location for West Point is great. The staff were outstanding and friendly. The room was immaculately clean and warm.
Cons: Not a dame thing forxxxx a night. Great value for money.
Cadet Motel is a great choice for a stay in Cornwall. Free perks include WiFi and self parking.
Pros: We had made a mistake with our online reservation and the hotel manager helped us to resolve it.
Cons: The TV needs to be mounted a little higher on the wall
Cons: It was disgusting.
Pros: Close to the north way
Cons: Musty and dated
Pros: The continental breakfast was OK. However, could have had blueberries and bananas to put on the waffles.
Cons: Clerks never smiled. They appeared to not like their job. They just went through the motions.
Bathroom was not cleaned well. Long hair and cheetos on floor. Soap scum on counter top.
Tub drain clogged. Bathroom sink drain slow.
Pros: Decent room and wifi
Cons: Staff guy was very rude and then waved at my girlfriend with extremely offensive comment to me after I booked my room with credit card he waited to wave at my girlfriend after we parked never will I go back or suggest anyone to go back for that reason
Cons: Hallway smelled really bad
Cons: A bit rundown
Cons: Very poor condition. Door hardware loose and in disrepair. Heavy smell of cleaning chemicals. Very worn ot building.
Pros: Good location
Room service didn't bang on my door at 6am.
Cons: Wifi in the part of the hotel I was in was pretty much no functional.
Patio door on the ground floor had seen some better days.
Room was clean. No sign of bedbugs or roaches, but did spot a house centipede near the above mentioned patio door.
Cons: No gym
Pros: The price was good, the staff was friendly and attentive.
Cons: It's very old and not too appealing. They are going through construction too, so it may look better once that is completed. When we were there the second day we lost cable connection. Not a huge deal, but kind of stinks. We also had an old fashion TV, don't expect any upgrades or updates with this date hotel.
Cons: They were terrible people, only guy I liked worked the over night, owner was rude; hated the experience

Message: We are at the Hudson Valley Hotel which we booked thru u for 2 nights. Last night they had a wedding here and the music and vibrations lasted till midnight if the hotel new this why put us in room (107) which was directly across on the ground level where our room was. I just went to front desk to complain and she said what did u want us to do it was an $8000 wedding, I said u should have advised us and pout us in a room farther away. To add insult to injury we got up 1 hour earlier because the clock was wrong, the hair dryer was broken no TV channel guilders pen paper this is a No Frills hotel. When I asked what they could do to take something off the bill she said that's what u get for booking thru Expedia. I am thinking of never using u again if this is what happens not booking directly
Pros: price & location
Cons: TV connection didn't work, no WiFi, outdated rooms, over-charged above booking.com price
Pros: The facility was quiet, affordable and clean
Cons: The television in the room was way too small
Pros: not much
Cons: everything. it is a very nasty place and we will never return
Pros: I liked that theres a pool out side it was good for the kids and breakfast.potential offer of the sausage or bacon with your eggs
Cons: Not enough chairs around the pool this should be a microwave in the room so you don't have to go back and forth the lobby
