There is an insulation issue in the wall next to 35F...Wall was covered in ice cold condensation.
The male flight attendant was friendly. The boarding personnel were friendly and apologetic for needing to check our carry ons.
seats are so uncomfortable. no space.

Nothing, the seats were really horrendous, the head rest was in such an awkward position that it was better to attempt to hunch over and try to sleep on the tray. The lack of leg room as well made it equally uncomfortable. Seriously, the most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on.
Easy boarding and crew kind of ok.
There is a toilet for the main cabin right behind row 5. The door was constantly banging due to a long flight from Orlando to SFO 5hrs 23 mins. Very old uncomfortable first class seats with very little reclining due to the toilet being so close. Not good!!! No real entertainment unless you brought it with you. If this is the standard of United first class now think I will give it a miss in the future.
1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves.
There is not much variety of what to watch- movies/tv. For a long flight it is a nightmare

Crew were super helpful and friendly. Food was above average for airline food. It was all on schedule. On my return trip - knowing already the confusion with the exit row seat which I explained here, they switched me to the correct exit row without a problem or charge.
I tried to book exit row seats online. The seat map would not load, so I called the number suggested. Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!
