Our flight was delayed two hours due to mechanical issues. They were very apologetic - customer service was great.
Our flight was delayed an hour and a half so we missed our connection and then the EasyJet customer service did nothing to help us find another flight. Even though we booked the trip as a package, they claim they don’t service connecting flights so the financial responsibility to book a new flight would be on us. No compensation was offered even though it was the airlines fault our flight was late and made us miss a connection that we should have had plenty of time to make. Then all they wanted to do was charge us for a new flight, no other options were offered and the staff was very rude and appeared not to care about helping us. We did have to book a new flight but we did so with another airline. I don’t want EasyJet getting any more of my money and won’t book with them again.
The flight itself was ok, price
Delay and no explanation, located on the worst gate which was announced late. Worst gate because the path led to another gate in super close proximity which created a blockage for other who wanted to get on to their plane. Least resourceful flight attendants Ive ever met, luggage, that was excessive on this flight, instead of placing in it as a check in luggage the asked passengers with smaller package to just keep it with them while seated.
First time using EasyJet. Everything was very easy. All done online. No problems whatsoever. A very pleasant journey.

Herded on to overcrowded buses to and from tarmac. Seats horrible. No worth the trip to Malta. Go somewhere else

I guess they are having problems getting flights out on schedule I had a long wait coming from the US and they added another 2 plus hours of wait at Heathrow.....
no legroom, no business class (while i payed for it), awful food, no business class lane, no space for luggage
