The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.
I’m on this flight every other week. Same flight, same day of the week, same time of day… Multiple times there are issues getting flight plan registered and FAA approved r to take off. PAPERWORK This is exhausting and it sucks.
They announced a mechanical issue prior to boarding Said it was fixed, we boarded Waited Then learned it was not fixed Had to deplane and go to new gate Bought wifi on plane and it never worked
We were delayed so pilots can rest and had no WiFi the whole trip. First class seats are small compared to other planes
I am in a wheelchair The gate agent knew exactly how to boarding A wheelchair first also the flight attendant knew exactly what she was doing
The ac must have died, it was way to hot on this flight. Boarding g was chaotic. The flight was delayed for boarding. Not a great experience.
I missed the flight because the Minneapolis flight was 49 minutes LATE, and the Boise flight LEFT 24 minutes EARLY!
New high end luggage ruined/zippers broken, items missing. All happened on return flight from msp to mso. Do better! Not store bought luggage but high end personalized ogio custom embroidered luggage. Total slap in the face ontop of an extra luggage fee that took me 3 hrs on chat to resolve.
The plane was old and thus the seats were not good. No cushion left whatsoever, and it all was a bit worn out.
The only thing I would say is we tried to get on a standby earlier flight, but with our fair we couldn’t. That seems senseless to leave with open seats..
For a 17hr economy flight it wasn’t bad at all, thankfully it wasn’t a narrow body plane.
Simplicity of boarding and corporate interactions were all totally positive and simple, brief, organized and clear. No regrets at all. I will favor flights with Cathay Pacific in the future.
Big selection and great food and beverages in business class with good service. Full recline but less privacy compared with Qatar.
Really impressed with the Airline and much with the Crew. The crew was amazingggg, changed seats very easily, provided a lot of snacks on demand, the plane is nice and clean, the menu is well presented; unfortunately, the food is not fantastic, but it's not bad either but nothing to rave about. I am still rating it as excellent because I loved everything else; food improvement will be great!
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
The plane was dirty, the seats were torn and broken, the service was the most terrible ever, the bathroom dirty, they will not even serve water you had to request it, the meals were terrible, overall less than Zero, I will never fly Cathay Pacific again.
Was not able to board flight because boarding pass name did not match passport name and no one caught it.
Had a bad experience with crew member coming back Hong Kong to la the person next to me one of the passenger have taken video and picture of crew member the person that served meal young kid late 20' s 6 5'10 had attitude at his peak anything I asked for I don't know if it was bad day or racial I felt humiliated as people could see difference towards me I no problem with Cathy and my whole family never had one was very disappointed
Frequently flyer number should and could have been put on at the time of booking as I gave the number when booking.
Very attentive crews Flight was very smooth and safe Only little disappointment was the slight delay of departure (~30 minutes ) which rarely happen with CX flights
Food was not Good Nuts came very wet & not tasting Good Main course I asked for Steak they got me Chicken because they don’t have more !!!!
The Wi-Fi did not work, so you weren't able to watch entertainment on your own device. They did not have wired headphones so you couldn't watch it on the in-seat entertainment screen either. There was plenty of time to do a drink and snag service but the flight attendants chose not to.
No extra snacks were available. Meals quality is terrible. Crew was not friendly.
Late- that’s what United does best. Missed my connection, rebooked to a flight 17 hours later and had to spend $500 on a hotel. What did I get? A $15 meal voucher. What can you get in an airport for $15. I hate United so much.
I liked that my son and I were reseated next to each other (we had different bookings). I liked that it was a directg flight and mostly on time. I liked that you provided pillows and blankets. Flight attendants were generally courteous. The messaging through wifi did not work well. The food was not good. Seats are very narrow and I felt slightly claustraphobic in the window seat.
Standard flight with a drinks and a snack- overall very quick flight. The flight attendants were very strict, bordered on rude.
We had turbulence ever 1/2 hr or so and the captains announcements were SOOOO LOUD
The aircrew was solid, the flight was chill, I had no issues. The gate agent was not the best. I was trying to use a military bag upgrade to move my bag from under the seat to the overhead bins and he told me there’s no overhead bins on the plane, argued with me why booking put a military member in basic economy (I don’t really understand this) and made it an issue to even try to help me stating I’d have to call reservations to get a bag upgrade. When every other agent with United can add it at the gate, this man couldn’t be bothered.
They did get us booked on a later flight, but it made us miss our connecting flight. So, we had to stay and another state overnight with no luggage or clothes. Because they kept our luggage at airport for next flight on the next day.
Loading was quick and efficient. The bate and switch with discount tickets were you are forced to pay for bag.
Flight got cancelled and didn't get another flight til late and almost missed the connection because so close. We are still waiting for the bags to arrive the next day.
My seat was one of those that couldn't recline, but the problem was that it was abnormally upright, so the headrest actually made the seat concave, which was uncomfortable and hard on my lower back. I had to ball my jacket up and use it as lumbar support. goodness I had it with me.
I booked my flight months ago, and checked-in online about 12 hours before the flight. I received an email confirmation of check-in. I had no subsequent communication from Air Canada after my original booking. After arriving at the airport three hours before the flight, as instructed, I waited 90 minutes for an agent to appear to check my bag. I was informed that my flight had been canceled many weeks before, and that flight was no longer being run!! I showed a copy of my check-in confirmation, but no explanation could be found. I was placed on standby for the next flight and the connection. Luckily, those flights were not full and I arrived at my destination. I double checked my email, but I received no update about the flight from Air Canada until the day of the flight.
Great overall. Quick boarding, attentive staff - great experience in premium class.
Very good. Very efficient. Entertainment was not functioning both ways which was disappointing.
Wifi didn’t work and no entertainment at all budget airline for an obvious reason. At least drinks were free. And one crappy cookie. I’m not expecting a lot for a cheapo flight but stuff should still be working on a plane!
First time flying Air Canada and the trip was very pleasant! They did a great job getting us out of Toronto and into Rome (early!) For an international flight it was very enjoyable.
Easy boarding, roomy seats, plenty of good food, very helpful snd friendly staff. Very smooth flight! Only thing that could have been better was to have cranberry juice. Women like this as it helps avoid UTI’s and not as sweet as other juices.

Seats are warn out, feels like your sitting on plastic. Staff was okay at best, doing the minimal they can for there job.
