Flight back was OK but flight to Orlando was not. Travelling with s 94 yr old man in a wheelchair. Everything at Pearson is not conduscent to travel with a handicapped person. Poor layout, poor assistance, non caring people, long distances,, and final straw was air canada started boarding without calling for handicapped first. We had to stop them and then fight our way up the aisle with people all in the way. Terrible, just lousey. 3 and a half hours before flight we arrived and didn't even have a chance to get some lunch before flight. The plane was quite new, and that's pretty much it.
The food is unsuitable for human consumption and so as some of the crew were unsuitable for the position.
Flight cancelled due to weather, the workers made it seamless.
Had to tack on extra expenses for food while waiting for the next flight. Should have gotten some type of vouchers to cover meals at the very least during cancellations. That would be next level.

The flights were great, on time and no problems. I was very comfortable and the food was good. FLight attendents were great except one guy who was not friendly and needed a vacation or another job.
Luggage didn’t make a Lufthansa connection even though both flights w.
Brand New plane. Great German entertainment. Crew were very efficient but didn't show up with drinks as often as in the past but still more often than other airlines. Overall a wonderful experience.
Took two hours to start dinner service without a reason. Turbulences and a passenger with long legs were impeading my sleep but not Lufthansa's fault.
Departure time go to plane was worst because there were not jetway. So people were with carry on to downstairs to reach the plane was very difficult and more difficult for with the baby passengers , elder lady, ....
it was quite comfortable
luggage got delayed by 2 days. No dresses to even wear. Plus lufthanse didn't know where my bags were.

Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight.

Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again.
From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew.
The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!
Thankful for coffee being served without charge. Not all airlines do that.
There were a lot if security checks but the boarding crew was very helpful and let me check in a bag at rhe last minute with duty free shopping items that i would not have been able to carry with me on-board the airplane.
No internet and the food was mediocre at best.

Snacks and candy served we're of low quality. No prayer facilities inside the plane. They didn't allow me to pray though I got some empty spot to do so. They brought the issue of safety. While fasten seat belt sign was on I found people standing, walking, using toilet etc but air Crew did never brought up the issue of safety.

Crappy old style recliner seats in business class for a 6 hour flight. Not consistent with the Qatar brand
