Food was pretty mediocre. I'd prefer to pay a few dollars extra for a better meal.
The sits were to close to next line and the sitting was so hard and flat as on a wood bench, almost no cushion.
Service was good, airplane was comfortable, and each seat has a TV with a good selection of complimentary entertainment.

Boarding was very delayed. The flight was very delayed. There was never an explanation or acknowledgememt, of the delay and it seemed no effort to make up the delay while in the air. As a result, a great number of us missed our connections to Boston. Poor effort by AeroMexico and Delta
Seat 10C - does not stream properly.
If they know that the flight is about to delayed then they must wait for the passengers for connecting flights!
Courteous crew. Smooth landing. My only compliant is that we have to purchase in-flight wi-fi. I find this unacceptable, especially because the airlines charges upwards of $80 for an Economy Plus seat and then one needs to $26.99 for wi-fi for the duration of the flight.
