I’m on this flight every other week. Same flight, same day of the week, same time of day… Multiple times there are issues getting flight plan registered and FAA approved r to take off. PAPERWORK This is exhausting and it sucks.
They announced a mechanical issue prior to boarding Said it was fixed, we boarded Waited Then learned it was not fixed Had to deplane and go to new gate Bought wifi on plane and it never worked
We were delayed so pilots can rest and had no WiFi the whole trip. First class seats are small compared to other planes
I am in a wheelchair The gate agent knew exactly how to boarding A wheelchair first also the flight attendant knew exactly what she was doing
The ac must have died, it was way to hot on this flight. Boarding g was chaotic. The flight was delayed for boarding. Not a great experience.
I missed the flight because the Minneapolis flight was 49 minutes LATE, and the Boise flight LEFT 24 minutes EARLY!
I've flown many many times on Northwest and then Delta. The crew on this flight were absolutely the best I've had the pleasure of being looked after by.
West Jet has a horrible boarding process and the seats have no cushion.
Airline stewardess service is good. The check-in attendant had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. We did not complete the trip as originally planned. Very dissatisfied☹️ We didn't get on this flight

Food was not Good Nuts came very wet & not tasting Good Main course I asked for Steak they got me Chicken because they don’t have more !!!!
The Wi-Fi did not work, so you weren't able to watch entertainment on your own device. They did not have wired headphones so you couldn't watch it on the in-seat entertainment screen either. There was plenty of time to do a drink and snag service but the flight attendants chose not to.
I felt scammed. The priced advertised was different than what I paid. I paid the whole some online. I then got a call 20 minutes later saying I need to paid 70 more person. She said the price online is not the guaranteed price.
Late- that’s what United does best. Missed my connection, rebooked to a flight 17 hours later and had to spend $500 on a hotel. What did I get? A $15 meal voucher. What can you get in an airport for $15. I hate United so much.
Standard flight with a drinks and a snack- overall very quick flight. The flight attendants were very strict, bordered on rude.
Delay and keep changing gates. I have to run around from B to C then to E.
Boarding was a little difficult. The gate area at O'Hare was very small and crowded due to multiple gates in the area. Could not hear the intercom, so had to rely on signage to see when my group was boarding and the signage was blocked by passengers standing in the gate. Flight was great and we arrived in Montreal on time.
When I booked it on Kayak it aaid that I wasn't allowed hamd luggage. I called United Airlines and it took them 6 minutes to figure out if I was allowed free hand luggage. Surely something that simple they should be able to tell me instantly.
They did get us booked on a later flight, but it made us miss our connecting flight. So, we had to stay and another state overnight with no luggage or clothes. Because they kept our luggage at airport for next flight on the next day.
Loading was quick and efficient. The bate and switch with discount tickets were you are forced to pay for bag.
They were on time and everything went as expected. The only thing that could be better was they didn't wait for us to get through customs to pick up our luggage off the carousel. An employee picked it up and was shoving it together with others onto a cart. Later we found one of our luggage was slightly bent.
Asked to cancel flight 6 days in advance of flight back to St. Louis, MO. Would not allow. No credit either.
The staff were the friendliest I have encountered in years. Absolutely great!
Delayed flight, no on board entertainment - had to use my cell phone for a 5+ hour flight
Delta was great. West Jet was not. I booked my flight in Sept (well over two months ago), but was told there were 2 reservations and NO tickets for me, my husband and 16mo daughter. We were unable to go ahold of West Jet over the phone and the kiosk was unhelpful so we had to buy completely new tickets in order to get home that day. I’ve called West Jet twice since and sat on the phone for over an hour without speaking to any representatives
I had a guy behind me kneeing me in the back due to his limited leg room and the stewardess kindly relocated him. I was very grateful.
WestJet cancelled the flight with Delta. Previous experience with Delta wasn't great. Sat at the tarmac in Omaha with some sort of technical problem so we were delayed for over an hour.
Flying is no fun anymore. Too little space. Too much carry on baggage slowing down everything.
WestJet's food was terrible. Had no control over there passengers. Passengers were loud and they did nothing about it.
Delta gave out earbuds for in-flight entertainment, which was nice. But the legroom seems to decrease every year.
I was downgraded from first class to coach due to an airplane change. They pulled me out of line and I was the very last person to board the plane stuck in the middle seat with no overhead place to put my carry-.on. Very poor customer service.
We hoarded. Then we deplaned. Then we waited for 10 hours in the MSP airport due to a wheel misfunction. We understand safety but communication between crew and airport staff was horrible. When we did finally board, we were rushed on and because we were waiting for a “fresh” pilot and crew, we sat in a roasting plane with no A/C for an hour. My question is why was this flight not cancelled right away when they knew this would be a huge issue OR, why did AA not get a substitute plane, considering this was already a full flight? To me, this appears to be a complete breakdown in leadership and utter systems failure. The compensation for completely disrupting travel plans for hundreds, which we paid dearly for, was measly. While we appreciated the lodging for the night, $12 in meal vouchers isn’t going to sustain anyone for over 12 hours. “We apologize; our hands are tied” is no longer an acceptable explanation. We are so completely turned off by this experience and will definitely seek alternative avenues when we need to fly.
American Airlines was great and worked very hard to change my ticket so I could get an earlier, direct flight back to Dallas. However, I was informed that Kayak made mistakes with my itinerary and classified my ticket as desiring to be on the earlier flight instead of taking the necessary step of calling AA to get me on the standby list. This ended up keeping me from being added to the standby list and delayed me getting home by 6 hours. I am happy to discuss this further with Kayak so they can correct their procedures so this won't happen again.

Was able to get on early due to being short of breathe. Agents very helpful.
this is starting to seem like an american airlines standard. delayed flights and fake apologies… getting tired of it
It was probably not the fault of the airline, but we taxied for about 15 minutes after landing and also had to wait 5 minutes or so near our gate.
I rarely vote ‘Excellent’ but this AA flight out of LGA was amazing. On time departure, early arrival, amazing crew, smooth flight, baggage came out quickly. It was the best airport/ flight experience that anyone could ask for/dream of. Highly recommend. I usually fly Delta but American Airlines really stepped up their game.
My seat was one of those that couldn't recline, but the problem was that it was abnormally upright, so the headrest actually made the seat concave, which was uncomfortable and hard on my lower back. I had to ball my jacket up and use it as lumbar support. goodness I had it with me.
I booked my flight months ago, and checked-in online about 12 hours before the flight. I received an email confirmation of check-in. I had no subsequent communication from Air Canada after my original booking. After arriving at the airport three hours before the flight, as instructed, I waited 90 minutes for an agent to appear to check my bag. I was informed that my flight had been canceled many weeks before, and that flight was no longer being run!! I showed a copy of my check-in confirmation, but no explanation could be found. I was placed on standby for the next flight and the connection. Luckily, those flights were not full and I arrived at my destination. I double checked my email, but I received no update about the flight from Air Canada until the day of the flight.
Great overall. Quick boarding, attentive staff - great experience in premium class.
Very good. Very efficient. Entertainment was not functioning both ways which was disappointing.
Wifi didn’t work and no entertainment at all budget airline for an obvious reason. At least drinks were free. And one crappy cookie. I’m not expecting a lot for a cheapo flight but stuff should still be working on a plane!
First time flying Air Canada and the trip was very pleasant! They did a great job getting us out of Toronto and into Rome (early!) For an international flight it was very enjoyable.
Easy boarding, roomy seats, plenty of good food, very helpful snd friendly staff. Very smooth flight! Only thing that could have been better was to have cranberry juice. Women like this as it helps avoid UTI’s and not as sweet as other juices.
The delay in my second flight really caused me a lot of discomfort.
I have flown a lot but just experienced my first flight with air Canada from MSP-Quebec. my luggage was lost and did not arrive at the airport, the flight was delayed nearly an hour. I was not very impressed with my first experience.
Nice smooth and short flight to Montreal from MSP in MN. Would Have liked more foods. And wider seating.
