Cons: I have chosen the seats and paid extra for those seats but got assigned to different seats. The seats for both to Shanghai and Vancouver were all the way to the back, very disappointed.

Cons: When boarding need better arrangements, very unorganized.

Pros: The crew was very polite and accommodating. The food was OK.

Cons: The seat comfort was not so good - not much room and not soft. The WiFi did not work.

Pros: Aircraft , oraganized, accomdating and the service was just unexpected.

Cons: Better choice of movies on a 13 hrs flight considering passenger were 90% south Asian background.

Cons: As usual, someone boarding the plane before I did had jammed my overhead compartment with their carry on luggage.

Cons: The coffee could’ve tasted better.

Pros: On time arrival is always appreciated.

Cons: Overhead compartment jammed with someone else's carry on. We paid for "comfort seating" and I frankly didn't see any difference - if there was more room on those seats, it was small enough I couldn't SEE it.

Pros: Crew was good. As always not enough leg room if you are taller. Resent having to pay extra for more leg room.

Pros: The crew was very nice, but not very professional. Food and comfort in business class was pretty good.

Cons: Departure - there was no gate number shown for long time, but in 15 minutes after the gate number appeared on the list, there was announcement, that gate was going to close. Arriving - it took more than an hour to get out of the plane after we landed. No announces about why and how long...

Pros: The washroom maintains its cleanliness. The inflight tv/movie shows is a help especially with long flight.

Cons: Food needs improvement. Could probably offer the same menu with improve taste. The seat is not comfortable, it is somewhat hard.

Cons: being able to sit together the first flight since we booked months in advance, my seats were broken both flights in the recline position, and the crew kept getting upset with me for it, we were constantly skipped for water even during meal times.

Cons: No wheel chair service in Shanghai. Bus service to and from the airline is terrible and untimely

Pros: A380 plane so it was quiet and comfortable

Cons: 1. Great difficulty selecting seats ahead of time 2. In flight entertainment system limited and poorly organized 3. No power or usb connection 4. Food was not very good - even by airplane standard

Cons: My honest opinion was about foods they have choices like chicken and fish. But sometimes they might don’t have enough chicken or something cause some people don’t eat fish either like me. Or they’re allergic to fish. But still eat some of the foods except for the fish. Sorry about that.

Pros: Was ultimately seated in Comfort+ even though I had an Economy ticket.

Cons: Seat assignment with Economy ticket. More than willing to be asked to move for family seating, etc. Just feels nicer knowing you have an actual seat.

Cons: I didn’t appreciate the women at the boarding counter. She had a very bad attitude and was not approachable.

Pros: The seating for the short haul flight was far better than the long haul flight, the planes should have been switched as the short haul plane was more suited to long haul and vice versa

Cons: The crew is always nice on China Eastern. They seem to be late a lot of the time. We arrived almost 1 hour late. The business lounge is TERRIBLE. Get something to eat in the airport, not in the lounge.
