The flight was canceled mid-air. It was a disaster and I missed all of my connecting flights.
Sitting on the plane waiting for take off for 30 minutes and not AC plus rude flight attendants.
The flight arrive to Sarajevo late and I was almost loosing the chance to catch my next flight to Dammam.
Pros: "The aircraft (operating the route due to the COVID-19 shortage in traffic between the two cities) was extremely nice and quite/comfortable. The service was better than expected, as I didn't expect food to be served on dishes like it was during the pandemic. But it was amazing!"
Cons: "The crew didn't have their masks on sometimes when coming back into the cabin as they simply forgot (the new norm is hard to get used to) so maybe the airline can stress the mandatory use of face masks at ALL times. Furthermore, for my comfort of the flight (with COVID) the FA's should use gloves"

Pros: "I flew in the A380 bulkhead at row 50 from Munich to Hong Kong. Have flown premium economy with Lufthansa before, it was no different from before. The service is efficient. Entertainment was fine and had an interesting selection in their world cinema section."
Cons: "A pretty standard experience and nothing which makes you feel special. Other airlines might offer an upgraded meal in premium economy or a special cocktail, but not on Lufthansa."

Cons: "We were a little late with boarding. I prefer Lufthansa for travel, but I can think of a ton more, easy to serve, more healthy and delicious menu items. The food smells good, usually, but it isn't that great. The chicken I had was fine, but the side dish (sweet potatoes) wasn't good. The salad had too much radicchio, the soft cheese was too rubbery to cut (spilled my water doing so), the cake wasn't up to German reputation. Also, one flight attendant, got her own suitcase down, at least 5 times, stretching directly above me, with her jacket in my face and never apologizing. My seat wouldn't recline, nor could other peoples. This is why I paid to choose my seat, so I could sleep, more easily but I sat upright the whole time."
Pros: "The flight was fine. However, because of a potential snow storm in Boston for 3/21, the flight with Lufthansa was cancelled. We were switched to TAP Portugal for the 22nd. When we arrived at Logan airport, we were told by TAP the flight is overbooked, but there is a chance we will get seats. We did get seats at the last moment, always kept abreast by TAP representatives. The flight was a non-stop flight, leaving at 6 PM arriving by 6 AM, far better than the connections with changes the day before."
Pros: "The staff was courteous,friendly and helpful. The Plane was on time. There was no short supply of liquids. The Crew made every effort to make our flight pleasant as possible. The in seat computer system worked very well, easy to use with good choices for entertainment. The staff apologized for the hot conditions during boarding."
Cons: "The PA system at the gate was not clear. The plane was almost unbearably hot during boarding. Our first snack on an 11 hour flight was stale pretzels and lukewarm orange juice, but this may have been from my choice of products. The food did get better as my expectations were not that high after the first round. The headphones were mono not stereo."

Pros: "They gave me an exit row seat! Tons of leg room which made the trip for a tall guy like myself super comfortable. Service superb as always with Lufthansa. Checking in luggage very easy (someone actually can do it himself). Boarding fast and efficient."

Boarding in the heat was not pleasant
More than 2 hours late and no food because of a problem with the catering. The flight was super full and there wasn’t enough space for the hand bags. A lot of space for improvement.
Main trouble was with Kiwi -- a partner booking organization through Kayak. Even though tI booked well in advance they did not assign me a seat and I came within a minute iof getting bumped from the flight. On the return trip the airline sent me an ominous message that I had to provide additional info before I could receive my boarding pass and that if there were problems I would get a refund. That caused unnecessary stress since the airline just needed my home address. Kiwi should have made sure they had collected all the necessary information from me before they booked my flight.
Long delay, lack of space at the seats (not comfortable).
We made the boarding and then waited inside 40minutes before taking off The plane was too full It was probably the worst flight of my life in terms of comfort. I was in the central seat, and on my right i had a very big person who was occupying part of my seat since he did not fit in just one. I think in these cases the staff should notice and do something about it. I checked if there were available seats by myself, but it was all full. Maybe in business class there were still available seats though.
