Leave the flight attendants out of it, and make some one else, on the ground, "The bad guy". With all of the time standing around waiting to board, there would be plenty of time."

In flight they are professional and personable and keep you up to date on what you need to know! Plus, I’m always happy when my flights have USB ports so I’m fully charged when I deplane."

This caused some problems for some who had schedules to meet, and rides to be notified. The airline needs to see this possibility sooner so long waits are avoided as much as possible. The 737 was not as comfortable as the regional jet on our first leg of this trip."

Cons: "They have a 20 minute policy for baggage claim. At the 19 minute mark they sent up about 20 bags and stoped. It took them another 30 minutes to start sending more bags. One of the airline attendants spelt a fruit package on the floor in front of me. The juice from the package got all over my bag below the seat in front of me, getting important military paperwork damaged and she didn't even apologize."

Connecting flights with first class seats is not as enjoyable since the flight was short. Will look to take more straight flights so i can enjoy first class more!

Flights booked by one company and operated by another seem common enough that this system needs to be improved. - Silver KLM travelers Also WAY too hot on plane."

Pros: "I originally self checked in for my delayed flight from Boston to Newark, but forgot to add TSA pre check. I went to ask an agent if she could add it, which she very kindly did. She also offered and put me on an earlier flight, which made my day! Thank you!"
Pros: "Boarding and crew attendants were courteous and helpful. Flight left on time and arrived early. Luggage arrived and my time inChicago was short."
Cons: "Seats crowded but I was fortunate to not have a person in middle seat. Implied tv was free but system kept asking for my credit card."

Pros: "Considering the rough weather "winds", the flight should have been riddled with turbulence from start to finish. Lucky for us, the pilot was so talented that everyone on board would have never known that we were passing through severe weather if they hadn't announced it over the PA."

Pros: "United delivered us to Anchorage so late that we missed the very last flight out of Anchorage to Homer. We had to pay for a hotel room and full price tickets to fly the very next morning. Because United delivered us to Anchorage so late, we had to spend so much money on the hotel and next day flights. Until this point I have always been happy with United but I don't think we can go with United anymore after this."
Pros: "After being delayed for 6 hours we ended up having our flight canceled due to the bathroom being occupied. Overall not satisfied with the service and will not fly with united again."
Cons: "Sitting at the airport for 7 hours just to be told I'm not flying at all. I wasted my entire day and the pilot couldn't even show his face to explain anything at all."
Cons: "I get that it's the weather but this whole experience has been hectic. I have been bounced around 3-4 different flights in the last 12 hours yet have boarded 0 to get to where I am going. Each one canceled then delayed then missed because of the delay and re-routed. It just seems like a free for all."
Pros: "The flight crew on this route is one of the best that ive ever had the pleasure to have been served by. The ladies were extremely helpful and were always out helping serve the people"

Cons: "Unable to pre-check online. Unable to check at the check in machines--had to go up and check in at the counter, long wait because there was only one clerk. We were then given a ticket just to get through security and had to check in a second time when we get to the gate for seat assignment, which is ridiculous. Why couldn't that be done at the 1st check-in? The clerk told me she will call me when she has the seat assignment/ boarding ticket but she never did and I had to go back up to ask for them when it was getting close to boarding time. At the last moment minutes, volunteers could check in their carry on for free....It would have been nice (and less hassle) to have that option at the 1st check-in."

Cons: "No leg room and tight seats. Adequate but a tight fit. We travel with my husbands 72 lb lab seeing eye dog and we really needed a free area for him, but he was able to squeeze under. This was very uncomfortable for us. They offered the aisle row person a chance for another seat in the rear, which of course was declined and I can't fault her."

Cons: "Over crowded back half of the plane... With the first 10 rows basically completely empty (only 8 people in the front 60 seats) That flight to anchorage arrived an hour early which is awesome, but we had to wait 45 min on the plane "for an empty gate" they said. There were at least 4 empty gates I could see from my window in the sand terminal we ended up deboarding at. Very frustrating"
Pros: "Ended up buying a flight on American Airlines, will never fly United again. God help you if you have a disability!"
Cons: "I was kicked off the plane for telling the flight attendant as I have a 1000 times that I have anxiety while flying. She said I'm not risking our flight. Tried getting a refund and have not! The airline is trying to say I never made the flight! I took AA first class and guess what. Best expierence so far!"

Pros: "My connecting flight was way late, but the plane was held for me and a few others in Denver. Because it was the last flight of the evening I don't know what I would have done if left at the airport indefinitely. I am grateful the plane was held. And regret any inconvenience this may have caused others."
Cons: "The fact that the tv is on constantly without the option to turn it off is annoying. The viewing length to passenger is too short to really enjoy (Probably not your fault). PLEASE permit us to turn it off. The constant repeating of the Dish commercials while in dead air space is so annoying I will never consider Dish as a provider.! Please play more than one entertaining video than repeating the one about alligators (crocodiles?)."
